Didn't find any thread, so I'll dump the first chapter of Ashinano Hitoshi's new series, Kotonoba Drive.
Ashinano's style is so soothing for the soul.
Will this full of fog too?
Can't post page 4. >>>100971867
Just wait a few pages...
The mist returns.
Wait, he finished Kabu no Isaki already?
fffffffffuck, I've got some catching up to do
I'm still mad over the ending of Isaki's Cub.
I wonder how long it'll be before I can forgive him and pick this up.
I'm not really mad, but I found it so depressing.
Watch this series end with her waking up from a daydream and her bike was a plane the whole time.
Got to have the small motorcycle..
I lol'd at the conclusion of Kabu no Isaki -- it was a fantasy Isaki was having while travelling on a Honda Super Cub, almost a Postie bike, actually.
And the credits.
Man Kabu no Isaki had such a terrible last volume. Had to redo my 3x3 because of it.
The same bike has done some more travelling..
The world didn't seem ten times bigger, though.
Only 2-3 times.. :P
>Next time, Suu-chan's heart soars through the sky!
Hitoshi you troll.
As a pilot in training, I was really turned off by the fact that the whole thing was a fantasy. It was like Hitoshi was saying what I'm working towards was an unrealistic goal.
Not to mention best girl never really existed.
They are slow as fuck, they probably go at most 90-100kmh not modified.
Damn, i hope the rider is a light person, with that kind of luggage plus the rider weight, i dont know if it can climbs up hill, but its australia, hopefully the road there are not full of hills.
65 km/h touring speed.
If you're touring a country, but feel entitled to do it at full highway speed, you might as well buy a plane ticket.
And there aren't that many bikes that'll do a 20,000 km journey in one hit without dying in the ass..

Notice the motorcycle silhouette when Isaki was look out to Mt Fuji?
>Notice the motorcycle silhouette when Isaki was look out to Mt Fuji?
Ignore. Checking the manga now, the next few pages after that scene made things bleeding obvious..
Although.. that is the rear profile of a Postie/Super Cub, and not a Vespa (as he was riding next).
>needing an excuse to post a recent YKK fanart that made me lol
So he had a bike in fantasy too, I don't see how that would lead one to the conclusion that the ending was planned all along.
