>A country located somewhere on Earth, the Blue Sky kingdom, is under attack by the Phantom Empire, which is led by the evil Queen Mirage. News teams all over the world broadcast and report on the fight between the Precure and the evil Saiark that have been rampaging on every continent. The term "Precure" has become a common thing known to everyone around the world. The legendary warriors known as Precure fight to protect both the Blue Sky kingdom and the rest of the Earth!
>The princess of the Blue Sky kingdom, Hime Shirayuki, is entrusted with the mission of fighting against the Saiark as one of the Precure. The one who has entrusted her with this mission is none other than the God of the Earth who resides in the Blue Sky kingdom; Blue. However, Hime is too scared to fight against the Saiark even when she transforms into a Precure! As the Saiark invade the kingdom, Hime flees from the fight and escapes to Japan. Blue urges Hime to seek out new Precure comrades and entrusts her with the 'Crystal of Love', which will lead her to the one that will become her partner.
>Hime doesn't know what to do with this item and ends up throwing it while shouting, "The person hit by this will be my friend!" The girl who ends up being hit by the Crystal of Love is Megumi Aino! While Megumi is in the shopping district, she meets Hime on a bridge but a Saiark appears and begins to attack! Hime suddenly transforms into Cure Princess and Megumi's urge to help Hime, who is in trouble, allows her to become Cure Lovely! Together, they defeat the Saiark and learn that if they collect all the PreCards they will have their wishes granted.
>Together, along with the fairy known as Ribbon, they protect the world by transforming, attacking, and using the power of Form Change! With the theme of dressing-up that all girls love, a new and different story about Precures begins!
Are you feeling it?!
Will the first episode have the traditional ultra high jump of the Pink?
when will this air
>tfw you will never be a villain in the precureverse
6d 5h 34m
6 days, 5 hours, 35 minutes, I think?
I remember people saying moths ago that Mana would solo the Final boss while the other Cures just watch as a way to exaggerate Toei's sucking Mana's cock at any given chance
Oh boy, if only we knew
This is the start of the third era of Precure. Nothing about its similarities to seasons past is known.
Of course. The wait might even kill me.
I don't even know why
And again my expecttations are exceeded. Dokidoki never stops giving.
I'm calling it now: the Jikouchu trio survived to they could show up as members of the Phantom Empire and that's why Toei is keeping the villain designs secret.
Not all of us are gifted with foresight, unfortunately.
My happiness is charging just thinking about it
>. However, Hime is too scared to fight against the Saiark even when she transforms into a Precure!
Holy shit Hime, step it up
That scene was just blatant Haruyama bait
Yuko, please stop being so sexual
>That Top Left
I would send a Japanese person money just to buy as many of these as possible and scan them.
The way Doki is set up they very well could expand the universe and bring HaCha in. I don't think that feels right though with the Trump Kingdom already existing.
mana is a girl she does not have a cock
By the way, over at Tokkyuger we have Hisakawa Aya and Fukuyama Jun voicing the villains and Horie Yui voicing this semen demon.
Yeah, no. It's a self containted story.
THE GOYIM KNOW
SHUT IT DOWN
That's too awesome for Toei
You must be really new to the threads. Past 10 months have been nothing but Mana's cock.
Mana's Pink Priviledge is so strong, it even extends into taking all the lewdess.
>Hisakawa Aya and Fukuyama Jun voicing the villains and Horie Yui
Did Candleira being voiced by Tomato somehow open the gates for seiyuu to be doing this from now on
I hope tomorrow's image is the same scene from the top for delicious Parthenon Pits.
Why is precure shit?
So this confirms that Honey != Ribbon, right?
She's not the boy next door either to those who were wondering
Yeah, it confirms that Honey = Seiji.
It was never a realistic theory to begin with.
Getting Shugo Chara vibes here. Also
Is she... Is she called wagon?
Like the kind you ride?
Like the kind the engine hitches up with.
> Named Wagon
> Something about selling boxed lunches and drinks on a cart
She's the refreshments lady?
I want to fondle Aguri's ass while she scolds me for being attracted to lolis,,,
Well, it's never happened so far. I don't see why they'd start now, 3rd era or not.
Now I just want to know who's voicing her, though we might find out as early as next week if we get a scene at Megumi's school.
Does Milky Rose not count?
YOU KNOW WHAT MANA
FUCK THE WAR, I JUST WANT YOU DEAD
>it's never happened so far
It technically happened with Ellen, she just got stuck in human form.
Milky Rose is a not-Cure like Shiny Luminous.
I said "Cure", not "walking forehead".
Cats aren't really fairies. And if she's stuck in human mode, she's not even really a cat anymore.
I'm gonna answer for that guy right now. He's probably going to say "She's not a real Cure"
It had no evidence going for it. It wasn't realistic to make that logic jump from nowhere.
But Milky Rose isn't actually a precure so this is completely new, /toei
Are people in the US this uneducated? They don't even know the most famous epithet of Athena?
Enjoy being more ignorant than a Japanese little girl.
I'm both nervous and excited to see if they can pull this off.
Toei's in good graces with me for 2014 with Gaim right now so I'd like it if they can keep that streak
That mouth is just asking for it.
> Cats aren't really fairies.
I guess that means Hummy isn't a fairy either, then.
They really were both the same. But in Mana's case, violence breeds fuck you Mana wins.
>I'll charge your happenis with my mouth anon
I'd say not, personally. No more than Luna or Artemis. I forget, were Hummy and Siren ever called fairies in-series?
Glad that fanartists are still respecting the brows.
>implying there's any practical difference
The only reason why Milky Rose wasn't Cure Rose is because the group was already know as Precure 5.
No lewd in Precure they said.
Soccer moms they said.
Sharing the main accesory and knowing the fairy's seiyuu while EVERYTHING about the early cure herself was not enough?
Miracle of the Precureverse
It's the final episode. Like they give a shit at that point.
As if soccer moms could stop the Mana.
I'm sure Toei stopped giving a shit about Doki months ago.
I think hummy was.
And she gets called a fairy collectively with the other fairies in crossovers.
Although Milkty Rose and Shiny Luminous also get called cures by association in the same way.
Why were the GoGos so badass? Particularly so in the OP.
Cuh-razy Precure action game never.
This is just wrong. It almost looks like Mana is struggling to defeat him.
That's just filling the gaps for the sake of filling the gaps. If by main accessory you mean the green earrings, then that's just too little to mean anything. They both appear at the same time in many posters and cards as separate characters. If they are keeping Honey in the low, it's not because of some fairy shenanigans.
Why is MakoP so revengence?
I'd rather have some crazy action game where I can play as all the cures over a cross over movie that's getting more and more crowded.
>They both appear at the same time in many posters and cards as separate characters
Milky Rose and Milk also did plenty of times. If anything, that cements it further.
It looks like it's just regular cure heart.
>YOU CALL THAT SWIMMING?
>WATER RESITANCE IS HUGE!!
>BRACE WITH ALL YOUR MIGHT
>ALL YOUR MIGHT
>GO FOR GOLD AT THE RIO DE JANEIRO OLYMPICS
That's terribly unrealistic, even by fantasy Precure game standards. A game as complex as Revengence can't support that many characters. You'd get Dynsaty Warriors-tier combat at best.
>If they are keeping Honey in the low, it's not because of some fairy shenanigans
It's for some sort of shenanigan for sure. Some shenanigan that could get spoiled if they gave out more info than they have.
And the most direct one is relating it to the other thing that shares some details with her.
The lack of a seiyuu by itself is already extremely suspicious and would usually mean that either she doesn't have one (at the moment) or that she shares it with someone.
If only little girls liked video games.
Not even little japanese boys like video games.
Cure Moonlight was credited as "?" in the credits of the first episode. That sure was some mystery eh?
Yeah, let's ignore everything else.
Or that she's a mute.
where's the gif when Proto-KJ is being selfish in the street and subway?
Honey is Megumi's childhood friend, whatshisface. The one that looks really similar to her. The one that's a "boy" and has an obvious crush on her. HaCha is going to be even more /u/ than Doki.
Reminds me of Kingdom Hearts II's final battle.
>I already did the stage greeting yesterday, but anyway they're telling me now that the movie was a big hit!
>Thanks so much to everyone! ♥
>Hey you there, you who hasn't watched it yet!
>If you don't see it, it's your loss~ (lol)
>Since Nikaidou-kun told me he didn't see it yet, I decided to go see it with him this weekend~!
>I invited Rikka too, so it will be the three of us ♪
>Though it will be the third time I see it~ (^_^)
The first time was with everyone, and the second time was obviously with Regina.
This has never stopped bing a retarded theory
Did Yuri get included with the Cure merchandise early on like Yuuko is?
Mamono Hunter Precure when?
That blatant NTR. Poor Nikaidou.
That's a sound argument, but it is not current evidence. By this I mean that the current set of evidence does not support the theory beyond "what if" claims to be anything worth taking seriously.
Reminds me of how long character creation can take in some MMOs due to all the options available.
She spends 2 hours making her character.
Things I liked about the ending:
* Mana handling everything like we expected.
* Random stuff with the magic world.
* One week closer to saving Precure.
* Repeating the Smile ending means Smile fags will get a heart attack and die.
Things I did not like about the ending:
* No R-18 sex scene with Iira and Rikka.
* Bad guys surviving.
* Only average fighting.
* Bad obligatory sad scene, but beats forced crying like in the MH movies.
>* Mana handling everything like we expected.
We expected that not a positive way you realize? That shouldn't be a good thing
I spent an hour making my unit in FE:A. Most of it was spent deciding which voice I wanted to fap to.
>her eyes should match her hair color
That's nothing. I often spend hours on character creation only to start over from scratch because the light hits it funny.
And don't get me started on naming a character.
My favourite part was that the theory that Yotsuba Corp. would invade the Trump kingdom was entirely correct.
I was expecting something like that in the first place. Even then I'd be happy with it so long as the gameplay is passable and the Precure fanservice is top notch.
"MOSHI MOSHI KYUA HAATO DESU" saved the ending.
>Repeating the Smile ending
They keep whining about how Joker was absorbed and say Smile was the worst season ever because of that (even though it was one of the best).
I don't really need another yurifest right after dokidokis but I sure hope at least one hacha acts cool and doesn't blush around no boys. Maybe scolds other cures for acting dumb.
Only? That's how long I take for not even half the options.
Ahaha. That last part is just hell
>Alright, after filtering for hours this ancient Kazakhstan name sounds exotic and perfect for my character
>name already in use
>What about option number 2?
>name already in use
>A-alright... what about this swahili name?
>name already in use
>Fuck it, I'll just combine two good kanji now
>name already in use
>with another reading
>name already in use
>with another reading!
>name already in use
And all three of them are the same!
I miss Regina
So much wasted potential, if Regina had been a team member for half the season Precure would have been saved.
Wasted potential: The character
Isn't it sad, Regina?
I'll never look at French the same way after Pierre.
>They didn't even bother to change her outfit, just a recolor.
Worse than SS.
How much am I reaching for (relatively) equal screentime on characters this season?
I hope they bring back the eye and hair color not matching
How the hell should I know?
Regina and Shin are gonna be good buddies in the NS3.
How is it sad? She's now a superhero. If someone were to abduct the fairies, the dokis wouldn't be able to transform anymore. Regina is the strongest.
She only lacks a cool brand new spear.
The best part about DokiDoki was watching Regina being selfish or oblivious in "normal" situations while learning to cope with new concepts.
Last we had of that was in episode 23, unless that short moment where it looked like she was giving up counts.
>I hope they bring back the eye and hair color not matching
No, that pisses me off every time I notice Hibiki's eyes.
i want to lick not-nagisa's salty eyebrows
She kind of looks like a semen demon.
I'm just glad she gets to be a part of the Heart and Co. Disaster Prevention Team. She's lucky to be there at all.
Look at it this way: her base dress doesn't lose to cure dresses, so in a way she already had one.
Michiru and Kaoru don't reach that level even after HENSHIN.
Can't stand how shitty it looks.
Where'd her cleavage go?
That butt looks quite shapely.
Are you ready for dressup shenanigans
>it hurts to live
It looks better when she switches out the towel for a sheet, which I think happens between that and the card sequence.
Her butt is her charm point.
WE FRESH NOW
Can't stand you.
Better set your screen's saturation down to zero if you can't stand contrast.
I hope Hacha goes full pantyshot-lewd.
This pic is Princess' reaction to my hope.
shit, the new series reminds me of those princess twins
Talking about the video quality.
She looks like some sort of malformed snake mutant.
Rather, the card sequence leads to the towel becoming a sheet.
TV captures are inherently shit.
That hat never gets any less amazing.
Is there even one decent frame in the whole henshin animation? Goddammit, Toei.
>I have not watched the show but like to talk like I did
we will always be together oniisama
These deserve a special place in hell though. If the show looks this bad I don't know how anyone would watch it.
I wonder if the wing mode will be their default mode in crossovers? Since it seemed to be by the end of the show.
What? Are you just fucking reaching or
If we can get through Fresh, we can get through anything
Go to japanese TV stations and tell them to stop using mpeg2, then.
So Commie won't be subbing Happiness Charge. Will Doremi's mediocre subs be the only option?
Hold on, let me find a qualified group willing to invest their free time into a 20 hours long kids show.
>'This towel isn't even mine'
Nothing's changed. The best option still remains. Livewatching.
Why would you complain about the inferior subgroup not subbing?
You sound fulttered.
>superior to anyone
They're saving up money to pay the CG staff for the dancing scenes
Go away commie devs
Kawano's going to give us lots of fun this season.
I'll rek u m8
Because I took too long to post and forgot I had selected an image ;_;
The better shop would be if someone changed the "Thank You" to "Fuck You".
Such a fun end-of-transformation bit.
This is pretty funny, what with Commie being gottagofast for the past week.
Well I've always preferred Doremi because they do the karaokes and I can't watch Precure without singing along very loudly. Though after five episodes I usually remember the lyrics and now I can read them in Japanese so it doesn't actually matter, I'll just watch the livestreams I guess.
Doremi's fine too mate. Only went for Commie this time since they had better name usage. Sharuru sounded too off compared to Charles.
From the thumbnail I always think she has a tiny hat.
Moot wins again.
Why is the swapped image always appropriate
I wonder where the other pic went.
I don't think it goes anywhere, it is probably just overwritten with the same image appearing in two places. Deleting one might delete the other.
Fuck you, if the lyrics are on screen you have to sing them or you're not properly enjoying the anime.
Why is she doing things to my dick? Doujins haven't even been released yet.
Because no one else would
That's why. No girl could be that cute.
If you have the original image you can put into google image search and limit it to site:foolz.us
>needing doujins to get off to Precure girls
>needing any added context whatsoever to get off to Precure girls
Same reason so many people like Isuzu in Log Horizon.
She just always looks so nervous. At least that wakes mine hard.
Have spats been confirmed?
I don't think so. I'm expecting magical frills.
It'll probably depend on the costume. We're going to get more than one after all.
But...her outfit is the same color it always was before she got brainwashed.
Normal forms, Lollipop Hip-hop
Macadamia Hula Dance, Sherbet Ballet, and Cherry Flamenco though I think he skirt itself will be gravity-proof.
>based on Suite suits
How is it based on Suite at all?
What? It's Bright.
>Macadamia Hula Dance
>based on Heartcatch
Look at that skirt
The color pallette is. Nothing else comes from Bright.
>ballet or hula dance
So Suite invented double-pleated skirts? Okay.
When will we ever get a Murakami Precure?
Three-layered wavy skirts? Only Fresh and Suite have done that, and it looks much more like Suite's than Fressh's.
* Black and White
* Bloom and Egret
* Milky Rose
Would he be ok, if he bit off his tongue?
If we're counting combos, then Infinity Silhouette > *
>Those sub colors
Regina always had love in her heart, so there was no need for a recolor.
Mana failed where Hibiki succeeded.
That upscale looks quite a bit better than the bitrate-starved fansub. I just wish they weren't hardsubbed.
Mana succeeded where Hibiki failed.
Actually, do you have any other screenshots of this?
Futagohime Gyu! will never be subbed :(
In Hibiki's case
>Noise: As long as sorrow exists, so will I.
>Hibiki: I know and I accept it, now be my friend and come live with me.
In Mana's case
>PKJ: As long as selfishness exists, I'll always exist!
>Mana: lol, no you won't.
It's not even half as good as the first season anyway, if that's any consolation.
See, Mana knew what the fucking score was.
>yeah nah fuck yer shit cunt this is my stage now
Do you miss me yet /a/?
>this is my stage now
I can't wait for the day when people just forget Mana completely.
Missing implies you left. You've been in every thread, freeloader. Shouldn't you be studying to be prime minister or something?
No, check your privilege.
Who knows, maybe Naisho will do it after Fun Fun Pharmacy
Well any kind of subs would be nice, but I hope they're not like this.
Since we're on the subject of other magical girls, who remembers Sugar Sugar Rune?
I do. Very fun.
Doubtful. I believe they have other plans.
What if Haruyama does a picture from the HaCha PV?
I love the opening song but I haven't watched the actual anime at all.
What if Haruyama drops Precure after Doki?
It would be understandable. Quit while you're ahead, and all that.
Don't even dare joke about that.
Cherry Flamenco's armpits and Macadamia Hula Dance's short skirt say never.
All these new outfits, why would you think about dropping.
I don't know what the hell Fushigiboshi No Futagohime is, but it seems girly enough for me to enjoy it. I'll go find subs to torrent.
I hope they don't stop doing older stuff.
And even at that, Mana failed. Since PJ will be back.
Finally some Cure with some sense.
>DAMNED PRECURE I'M GONNA DESTROY THE EARTH AND FILL THE UNIVERSE WITH NOTHINGNESS
And then what? Who are you gonna reign over? What's in going to be the source of your energy?
Are the bosses so eager to live the rest of eternity in the infinite void of space doing nothing?
Not much since the movie is just around the corner
To be honest, Mana had a totally valid point here.
Villains who want to destroy everything never think in the long term
Gohyaan seemed to be looking forward to it pretty well.
I watched it this year.
It was pretty good but I think I should read the manga instead, it feels like a lot of stuff were shafted. I loved how there were Magical boys, the earrings and pointy fangs were hot as fuck too. Vanilla's character development was cool too. And the setting was super nice. And Chocolat's uncle is so fucking hot.
Fuck I think I might like this anime more than I thought.
Fresh's Boss wanted to rule everything forever, but he was a special case because he was a computer
You have a long wait ahead
Some villains just want to watch the world burn.
Others want to rule it all. And others yet want to kill themselves and take the world down with them so they can never be brought back.
> Are the bosses so eager to live the rest of eternity in the infinite void of space doing nothing?
Some of them were.
Rewatching old magical series makes me kind of miss the hetero. It's weird. For some reason, I felt like it helped with the story except with Futari wa
Noise wanted to die, and the only way to do that was to wipe out his source of power.
The alternative is for him to give up and die, Mana might have a point about selfishness but she doesn't make any sense about what he should do.
if I remember right, the original dotsuku zone King planned to expand himself unto the universe, just covering the existing worlds in darkness, not destroying them
Mobius just wanted to control everything, like he was programmed
Mana knows exactly what he should do. Get fluttered to death and come back in ten thousand years. Serves him right.
Can Mana defeat King Crimson?
Dark King wanted to do something like. Akudaayan wanted to destroy everything, then destroy himself. Yes h
That's pretty much what Gouyan wanted. And Dark King, together with his own self-destruction.
Dark power was kinda "corrosive". Anything enveloped by darkness would be eroded into nothingness. The dark seedlings even suffered from this, with their bodies getting damaged by their own power.
FW made a point about total destruction even, a theme was "everything will eventually disappear, so there's no need to rush it".
>A country located somewhere on Earth, the Blue Sky kingdom
Wait a minute, there's no country like that on Earth.
>Some villains just want to watch the world burn.
I'm gonna use it in my next macro
But she had a cool cape.
The irony is that it's located deep under the Earth's crust.
I blame the Trump Kingdom interference.
She can probably solo GER without problems. You see, Mary Sues always win.
Of course there is.
Right next door to Canada
A polished shit is still a shit.
Meh, the shoulders were kinda shitty.
It's no heartcatch capescarf.
I miss Regina already ;_;
Just a reminder, Makoto accomplished nothing and achieved nothing
I'm from Canada, I can confirm this.
Why does Smile has so much fanart compared to other seasons?
She accomplished her career before the show even started.
I blame Aguri for fucking everything up. I haven't been this disappointed since Eureka Seven AO.
So in Sentai it's pretty much canon, if Gokaiger is to be believed, that each successive team inheriting the titan of Super Sentai from their predecessor, with the exception of Timeranger being from the distant future. This is (probably) used to explain the fact that the actors age.
This obviously doesn't happen in Precure, since every time the legacy Cures show up in the All Star movies, they're the same age as they were during their reign.
This leads me to hypothesize that:
a.) Each Precure season takes place concurrent to each other in the same universe, but are all isolated cases, far enough apart where they can't go out and help other teams, or even know of their possible existence.
b.) Each season takes place in an alternate Earth; a retelling of the same story, told slightly differently each time.
Fanart is drawn by bigger friends. Smile is the panderingest season.
>Cure Sword didn't do a damn thing to help.
Well he made Haruka join the swimming club when they were kids.
Also he makes people feel warm and fuzzy (and lonely) so it's quite something in my opinion.
Fun and likeable.
>Chioarks are just recolored Sunakies
>Saiarks are practically identical to the Jikochu
So basically, they're reusing the best MoTW and the minions everyone loved? I'm ok with this.
It has the best cast and is one of the most approachable shows.
c.) Crossover movies aren't canon.
It's a possibility also worth thinking about.
Lots and lots of otaku pandering
Would you protect that Smile?
>so much fanart
>2/3 of them are Yayoi
>inheriting the titan
inherits the title*
Or c) All Stars movies are not canon.
Or Pretty Cure just runs in Comic book or Doraemon time, where people don't age in spite of time passing. See Gintama. Or Keroro.
But, yeah, the crossover movies clearly aren't canon for Pretty Cure so far. Maybe the next season changes that, but there's nothing confirmed about it.
With my life
I would do my best, though she might spend more time protecting mine.
>somebody saved my bullshit edit
I'd rather show her the penguin
HaCha has Precure fighting across the world.
It'd be nothing but a missed opportunity to say these aren't the same Precure from past seasons.
I think the engrish is cute, so I prefer Sharuru.
You'll never hear that theme again ;_;
c) Each Precure season takes place in the year in which it aired. Cures are cyborgs, and thereofre do not age.
This theory is supported by the Futari was being made of metal, Karen and Komachi not graduating in GoGo, Makoto being a non-machine-powered cyborg ninja, and Mana being an escapee from Space Shocker.
It could be just generic magical girls theme after other countries.
It would be and that's why Toei isn't going to do it because it would be too awesome
G Gundam Precure would be great.
>スマイルプリキュア -(黄瀬やよい OR キュアピース OR バッドエンドピース)
I'd rather it be unacknowledged third-party Cures than to be past Cures, if only so that they don't need to make up a reason to bring back past Cures.
Since the Freshes made their existences public pretty early in their season, if all of the seasons were occurring contemporaneously and in the same universe, the news of the existence of Yotsuba Town's Precure would have reached the other Cures and they would have all either revealed their own identities after seeing the positive reaction of the citizenry to the Freshes or otherwise descended on Yotsuba to meet with the Freshes and seek cooperation.
Why would they be around the world if they haven't grown up yet? They were largely based in Japan.
>barely any VA's
>no villains designs
>barely any information about Fortune
>nothing about Honey
>no footage other than one henshin scene
>"friendship and romance"
What are they plotting /a/?
You underestimate the information control of the Yotsuba Corporation. They could never be beaten on their own home turf.
Full 3DCG handholding
hyperslut show to raise the birthrates
Anime logic dictates that even with the most advanced technology, it's just impossible to communicate between large distances. Chain of command in military and local police forces fall apart because the people in power have no way of traversing this vast world to tell them what to do.
Phones are also either not working or go unanswered 70% of the time
>Yotsuba to meet with the Freshes and seek cooperation.
Wonderful things that will change the way we've seen Cures. Like Gaim did.
I would hikari her mirai
Alice and Buki can be irrelevant together.
Cosidering that cures are fairly common in HaCha, other cure teams exist. This opens up for canon crossovers.
>barely any VA's
We know the main ones
>Fortune, Honey, Villains
We've heard the basic shit
Aside from the lack of footage, what here is unusual?
Yotsuba-cho and Yotsuba Corporation are two different entities, as entertaining as it is to try and draw connections between the two.
Obviously a company is not a city. The company owns the city.
>Show takes place in the crossover movies world.
>The other cure teams are the previous season cures spread all over the earth.
The other teams are from future seasons.
Best part of Doki Doki was the last scene, the HaCha promo.
Also blonde Mana and "normal" Rikka are miracles of universe.
G Precure when?
I want this. Including one team so overpowered they never get their season, since it would be boring.
Do little japanese girls learn english while watching Precure?
Give each group a variety of characters/powers/toys, see which ones are most popular with fans, next season becomes a safe bet.
It would also be a relief.
I'm actually scared that they'll actually go there, despite different Precure systems and season finales not matching up. AT ALL.
They just look at the pictures.
That's the kind of forward thinking, riddled with potential plot holes and continuity errors that'll land you a job at Toei.
And they all have the horrible vests.
>We know the main ones
I think we're supposed to know more than like just five of them
>Aside from the lack of footage, what here is unusual?
We have always gotten villain designs before the show aired. That's a fact. Hiding a Cure's voice is unusual but even more so when she premieres in the next movie as well. Fortune is a late addition Cure so its okay for her to be a mystery but we don't know anything about Yuko either.
And yeah, the lack of show footage other than the henshin scene is pretty big in terms of weird. They always show like a couple of seconds of the show.
They learn it while watching Pretty Cure.
That's actually a pretty good idea.
Can this be the season with rival Cures please say yes.
"Collect all the cards and you get a wish" seems way too easy for one Cure team to be selfish about
>Leaks will never happen again because there's nothing to leak
You can have a 100 teams which never appear until the last episode of the previous season. You get leaks, and crossovers make sense. "They were there all the time, just in another part of the world".
More cards = more outfits = more powerups
Cure Fortune seems like rival material to me.
When will Hibiki stop being the lewdest Pink?
Where can I watch and download the english futari wa? I am interested in hearing what it's like.
What if Yotsuba Town WAS Yotsuba Corporation? There's no discounting the possibility that the entire community was manufactured by Alice for the sole purpose of creating and training new Precure. Given her existing access to supertechnology and the dimension-hopping technology of the Trump Kingdom, it's not out of the realm of possibility that she secretly orchestrated the downfall of Sweets Kingdom knowing fully well that Labyrinth lacked the power to defeat the Precure and would eventually stumble into its own destruction in due time. In one fell swoop, she gains more supersoldiers for her magical girl PMC and eliminates a potential future threat to the peace of Earth.
>Lovely and Princess get their poo-chutes handed to them early on by a Saiark
>Fortune saves them at the last second
>Lovely asks for a team up, but Fortune doesn't want them to slow her down in beating Queen Mirage, tells them to just go home
>during the first half of the season, get short glimpses at Fortune fighting her own battles making her way to the Phantom Empire's HQ
>Team Lovely eventually take the fight to Queen Mirage as well
>they unexpectedly meet up with Fortune
>"If you've come here to face the Queen, know now that I'll be the one to fight her. If you want to show me you're strong enough to face her, show me your resolve."
>after all four girls are weakened from in-fighting, Queen Mirage stages her attack on them
>Fortune is forced to retreat with Team Lovely
>forced team up as Fortune warms up to them in the second half
I don't think it's that big of a deal if they don't linger on it. It wasn't that bad when Fourze did it for Kamen Rider.
>And yeah, the lack of show footage other than the henshin scene is pretty big in terms of weird. They always show like a couple of seconds of the show.
I can think of some explanations:
1. Hacha is a sequel to Doki and showing anything else would give it away.
2. Budget was cut even further and they couldn't finish the episode in time even with Kawano working day and night until he couldn't remember how to distinguish Lovely and Princess' faces.
3. Toei's whim.
Bakabt has it.
nyaa or bakabt should have it. Just read the description to make sure it has the dual audio.
It's unnecesary and an autist killer. If they're going to do it, they'd better do it like Decade.
>they couldn't finish the episode in time even with Kawano working day and night until he couldn't remember how to distinguish Lovely and Princess' faces.
This is my new favourite belief.
>until he couldn't remember how to distinguish Lovely and Princess' faces
It's the eyebrows, right?
Poor Kawano. The problem is we complain so much about him, Toei doesn't want him to do too many episodes. As a result, not only does his artistic ability deteriorate, but he's also not getting paid enough and therefore can't afford to eat as much. If he's too hungry, he probably can't concentrate on drawing at all.
Save Precure. Let Kawano animate more episodes.
>mfw legitimate bitch Cures who think the HapCha's are too goody-goody
The manga was being released as the anime was airing, so there a significant amount of anime-original stuff to compensate for that. I enjoyed both, but the manga definitely comes up on top.
Oh hey, if this is true, that means we get Lovely and Princess at the same time compared to the previous two seasons
I want to suck Mana's cock
Haven't had your fill yet?
Come on, Commie, give me the batch.
How many pencil crayons do you think Kawano has?
>top brass of the villainous team defeated by a fucking shield
>random giant Lance outta nowhere
>not a single ounce of despair during the final battle
>mana easily defeating the villain
Fuck Doki and fuck Smile
The episode title for the first episode is something like "Cure Lovely is born".
They need to add a "Fuck you doremi" note in it first.
Not enough to make his art good.
Doki's second to last episode was fun. Deal with it.
Princess is already a cure on the first episode.
>not a single ounce of despair during the final battle
But Princess was already a Cure first.
There's very few cases where the ending hasn't sucked. You should realize this trend by now and expected the worst, which was what we got, again.
It's the final battle, mate. Even Sailor Moon had shit that was despair worthy. I swear since Smile they're dumbing down this series.
It is despair that makes the greatest comedies.
>despair is smart
Anon, all Precures have despair involved when it comes to the final battle
What, you don't like an ending where Mana doesn't get any stronger but still wins by default?
No, but it's exciting. It's nice to see the main character struggling at the final villain and losing almost all hope and the overcoming the villain.
Mana lost her heart for ten goddamn seconds and is now flinging the villain around like a sack of shit.
Pray tell, which endings have not sucked?
I agree, but it sounded stupid when you implied that less despair = dumber.
Struggling is fine, but if you have an entire season of fighting you shouldn't complain that the last villain wasn't magically out of their league.
Rikka > Alice > Regina > MakoP > Aguri > shit > diarrhea > Mana
Splash Star and Suite didn't suck. Well, Suite could've had slightly better fighting but it was overall good.
The final villain has always been out of the Cures leagues. That doesn't seem to be the case with Doki, though.
Looking at Suite, they were seriously struggling against Noise. Hell, Noise almost killed the princesses mom and the cures couldn't do shit about it. They struggled like fuck against Noises final form as well.
Where is that in Doki?
>Suite was overall good
And it was hilarious.
Honestly though, I really couldn't see them doing anything else considering they already pulled the despair card during the fight with Leva and Gula.
Heck, those two were technically more threatening than Proto-Jikochuu.
> Planet Destroyers
Are those all Angol Moa's comrades in arms?
Suite sucked. The endboss was a whiny Digimon and they didn't even beat him.
>Aguri > shit
>Aguri is better than shit
> we don't know anything about Yuko either.
We just learned from >>100971161 that she's one of Megumi's school friends and her family sells bentos.
>Heck, those two were technically more threatening than Proto-Jikochuu.
Better fight too
They were only more threatening because the Dokis were weaker. Proto-Selfish was immune to the same attacks that beat those two. If they had the sacred treasures, those two would have gone down easy too.
>The endboss was a whiny Digimon and they didn't even beat him.
Mana pls go and stay go.
when will we get precure's digimon tamers?
Oh thank god. This really better kill the Honey=Seiji theory for good
We did already. It was Heartcatch.
What we need is Precure's Decade to save it, but hopefully significantly less shit than Decade
So, we want Precure's Gokaiger.
He gets nobody in the end.
Hetfags like him can't be reasoned with.
Dokis had the ancient Cures that defeated/sealed Proto-Jikochuu 10,000 years ago backing them up. Without the treasures they'd have been fucked against PJ given how he didn't give a fuck about Royal Straight Flush.
It was a stupid theory
>The boy next door is actually secretly a girl because we totally didn't do that already"
He got worse than no one - he got an entire republic to take care of. Responsibility he didn't ask for and probably isn't fit for.
I want a Precure in which the main villain is an evil Precure.
Bel-Waited an entire year just for the right moment. Made into a joke
I want the word Precure to hold meaning.
Is Dark Precure not enough for you?
Did you guys know that Miyuki's mom is voicing the main villain for HaCha?
Gee, I wonder who she could possibly play
From what it sounds like, maybe this is the season that seriously does that
But we all know they'd end up making the evil cure good at the end. That's not fun.
But a villain precure would be neither pretty nor curing
So, the next pink is cure Lovely?
So, we got Love - a character
Mana, cure heart
Miyuki as Happy
now cure Lovely
I dunno. They didn't exactly purify Dark did they?
So how about a Precure who was corrupted?
Only acceptable choice here is "I need that wish to heal my sick dog, so I'll fight you if I have to!"
Dark kind of died before they had the chance. Even if they did, purifying her would probably kill her, much like how purifying Regina would kill her too.
> Main Villain is an evil Precure from the future who traveled back in time to fight the Precure of the past because in the original timeline, those Cures had not faced tough enough villains to be able to defeat the enemy that eventually faced them and thus the world fell into despair.
She might be playing one of the new fairies.
I just thought of a great way to make Mana's super form seem just a little bit better while still keeping the outcome of it the same since they were dead set on having the fighit this way
-Mana gets her heart Jikochuu'ed as before
-Instead of it just purifying itself, Proto just eats it and becomes even stronger
-The Dokis go up against it but get beat.
-They then do the "transfer our power to Mana" thing but when they do that, they essentially create a new heart thing to fill in the hole where Mana's was.
-The rest plays out the same way, Also, super Mana uses their attacks along with just beating Proto up.
This is better because it shows that the Dokis at least tried to to fight it and were too weak to continue and it feels like the team contributed something to create something together
Enforced levelups? A dastardly plot indeed.
That sounds way worse. And would take too long.
fortune's va is pretty cute
But wouldn't that mean that Mana's heart is made of the feelings of the others? That would be weird.
They don't have that much time.
>She starred in last year's Gatchaman
The Cures would end up defeating her, but she'd have a Lordgenome role in the true final battle.
Shove your sides along with your opinion in the deepest reaches of your ass.
Too good to exist.
A Maaya Uchida Cure would be fucking great, but it's probably too much to ask for along with Aoi Yuuki and Saori Hayami.
Mana is male Hajimessu. Discuss.
It would? They could just cut out the part at the beginning and jump straight to the Mana's heart getting jikochuu'ed. I don't think it would take that long.
Well she would get her old heart back once Proto was purified
>first episode preview
David please go.
She looks like a Greek goddess
If zapping Precure hearts works, why not just do it to all of them? He was pretty damn happy to get the first one. He definitely would have goe straight for the others.
Well they did call it "Parthenon Mode".
Well that's also why they would give to Mana.
He said it was the first one so he either didn't think of it or never tried it against the last group of Cures.
What about an Ogura Yui cure? Now that would be maximum otaku pandering
>In the story, the Illusionary Empire led by Queen Mirage has begun attacking Earth. The Precure teams that are on every continent of the world fend off the rampaging Saiaaku, and word spreads on global television news about the Precure girls who fight for humanity. "Precure" becomes a common word throughout the world.
>Hime, the princess of the Blue Sky Kingdom that was invaded by the Saiaaku, fled to Japan. Hime was ordered by the Blue Sky Kingdom's deity Blue to fight as a Precure girl, but even though she became a Precure girl, she simply fled. Blue advises Hime to look for Precure friends, and gives the Crystal of Love. With this crystal, one can be led to a partner. To the shy Hime, this is a convenient item. However, Hime has no idea how to use it, and she lobs the Crystal of Love, saying, "Whoever this hits is my friend!" As it turns out, the crystal strikes Megumi Aino….
>Cure Fortune is an aloof Precure girl whose true identity is unknown. With her strong sense of duty and excellent fighting prowess, she can take on wave after wave of the Saiaaku enemies by herself.
>Ribbon is an aide to Hime and the partner fairy to Cure Lovely and Cure Princess.
I'd rather have her as a fairy.
She wouldn't even need to fake the voice!
Ogura Yui voicing a yellow
>Hang on to your heart strongly!
>Don't hand over your Psyche!
>I finally got the Precure's Psyche!
>Now the world is mine!
>Please, everyone. Lend me your powers.
>We grant our powers to Cure Heart!
>Cure Heart Parthenon Mode!
> excellent fighting prowess
Rest easy, anons, we'll still have fights.
You left out the part where Ribbon has a sharp tongue and is gutsier than Hime, though.
Ogura Yui and Ishihara Kaori should play the lead pair in the series after next. Assuming they're going for pairs.
15 years old at the time.
We're treading in dangerous territory here.
Truly the masters of storytelling
>Still no Aoi Yuuki Cure
>Still no Chiaki Omigawa Cure
>Still no Yuu Kobayashi Cure
>Still no Yuu Kobayashi villain
>Sentai got Mamoru Miyano and Jun Fukuyama as fabulous villains before Precure did
>strong sense of duty
>excellent fighting prowess
And 18 right now still not legally an adult
Funny how she retired from some idol unit because of university exams incoming and now she's a MC in two series, right during the tests.
I want Rosemary as a Precure villain. It's like reverse Eas/Siren/Regina: starts as friend of the Precure, becomes a villain.
We already have HanaKana, Mamiko Noto and Rie (both dark and normal Cures). I for one can die happy.
Oh, is that why they left StylipS?
>I want Rosemary as a Precure villain.
Good god man, do you want them to be driven insane?
Megumi Nakajima, Megumi Han, Haruka Tomatsu, Naoko Matsui.
It isn't like they're using brand new VAs, who knows what next season or even the rest of the year will bring.
When did HanaKana appear in Precure?
My bad, I meant KitaEri
Then you should include Nana Mizuki, Misato Fukuen, Marina Inoue, Yukana, Rie Tanaka, Ami Koshimizu, etc.
The reason they gave is that they were bussy with stuff. And well, that happened about one year before Yui would graduate from high school.
As a side note, if you look at Kaori's anime roles, you'll see she started getting a lot of roles right after graduation (going by dates. I don't actually know if either of them dropped off school or whether they took university exams or not).
>quiet girl who loves fairy tales
>tends to be in her own world so her grades slip easily
>social skills are quite lacking
Mizuki is like some kind of Miyuki that never met that imaginary friend of hers.
I should've known.
Mirror episode never happened, Movie is canon.
>All those fanmade Precures
It's like I'm back in the 90's.
I wish the movies were canon and mentioned in the show.
I miss Nico.
>complete with japanese titles and an OVA
>all those TBAs
>Pretty Cure - Balls to the Wall!
>On 30 April 1945, Adolf Hitler, the Lord of Darkness, was found dead, having committed suicide alongside his wife, Eva Braun. Or so the world thought. In fact, it was not the body of Hitler at all that was discovered, but that of a double. The real Hitler had left this Earth long before. In 1943, the Angel of Death, Josef Mengele, and a team of Nazi superscientist had discovered a new powersource, one with infinite potential; the Star Keys, powerful artifacts that would allow their wielders to harness the limitless power of the stars.
>Desiring this power, Hitler set into motion his greatest plan; he would leave Germany in the hands of a trusted body double, and journey alongside a trusted group of followers to the darkness of space to secure the Star Keys. From their base of operations on the Moon, Hitler and his minions learned of the Garden of Stars, whose inhabitants lived in peace while guarding the Star Keys. Without mercy or remorse, Hitler and his Moon Nazis attacked the Garden of Stars, all but destroying the once idyllic paradise. However, before he could steal all the Star Keys, he was faced with a power the likes of him had never seen; the Legendary Warriors, Pretty Cure. After many great battles, Hitler finally defeated the Legendary Warriors, but by the time he had done so, the surviving residents of the Garden of Stars had escaped, along with several of the Star Keys.
>As fate would have it, Fuupy and Buupy, holders of two of the Star Keys, made their way to Earth, where they encourntered two girls, Hanamura Hayase and Kaneda Kaede. With no other alternative available to them, Fuupy and Buupy granted the girls the power of Pretty Cure, giving birth to a new generation of Legendary Warriors. Now, as Cure Luna and Cure Solar, Hayase and Kaede defend the world against the dread forces of Hitler and the Fourth Reich!
Except Precure debuted in 2004
>Fuupy and Buupy
Better than Moop and Foop.
Can i watch the new precure which is going to be aired without watching any precure before ? I wanna watch them later.
>Cure Luna and Cure Solar,
They blew it.
This phrase will never not be funny.
Yes, all of the seasons are set apart.
Why didn't we have Sailor Earth? or Sailor Sun?
That's what I meant.
Yes. It's a new era of Happiness, friendship and romance!
>Hitler on the moon
But does he become a Super Aryan?
Nico is love.
Also, IIRC the HC movie was canon and referenced in the series.
This entire page is a gold mine
What are the chances of this being approved over Doremi's release, /a/?
>Dietricha Degenhardt/Cure Reich
>Hitler's secret weapon in the war against Pretty Cure, Dietricha was an unknowing Nazi sleeper agent who was sent to planet Gobotron, a robotic world where a keeper of a Star Key was hiding. After the girl was taken in by the cybernatic residents of Gobotron, Hitler attacked the planet. As only organic beings can harness the power of Pretty Cure, the keeper of the Star Key granted Dietricha the power of Pretty Cure. Hitler and his forces then brainwashed her, turning her against her former friends and gaining himself a Cure in the process. After the tragic destruction of Gobotron, she now leads the Nazi assault on Earth. When the brainwash is not in effect, she's probably the nicest and most ethical member of the cast, which is ironic, considering that she's y'know, a Nazi.
Probably good. BBT accepts multiple and ranks them, right? They'll porbably take Commie's 720p release and Doremi's toaster release.
Pretty high. It has a better encode, typesetting (although not of the on screen warnings and such), and probably timing. I don't know how the translations compare, but BBT rarely look at that.
Depends on if Doremi gets its shit together and actually releases the last episode.
Does it matter? Doremi could get up with the avi releases if they wanted.
>Cure Luna (キュアルナ)
>The main character of the series, Hayase is a intelligent, cheerful girl, who enjoys an unfettered imagination. While generally well meaning, Hayase lacks any sense of common decency or social etiquette, and is prone to acting in whatever manner that most amuses herself, regardless of the consequences. A fan of superheroes and shounen manga, she treats the whole business of being a Pretty Cure as a grand game, one where she can punch people in the face and not get arrested for it. As Cure Luna, Hayase is the more defensive of the pair; possessing the ability to create force fields, but lacking the strength and power of Cure Solar. This of course doesn't stop Hayase from getting up close and personal, as she makes up for her lack of power with an assortment of homemade weapons, her favourite being the Pretty Cure Knuckle Duster.
>Pretty cure knuckle duster
Why not just make a dual-sub release?
Both doremi and commie.
And for the doremi track you still could use commie's timing and typesetting.
Actually, that's a good question.
Who would get track 1?
Who will? That takes effort.
I'd do it.
But only if BD raws were released.
No point in doing it for a TV rip.
You could pretty easily make a script to copy typesetting from Commie's track to Doremi's. How does Doremi handle typesetting these days? Do they just an8 everything?
Because Doremi's translation isn't all that different and often has more errors, if anything you would make an alternate track for people who get upset that Japanese words don't stay in Japanese.
because this isn't /ak/ with GuP
> Not using her force fields to punch
Well if somebody wants to buy the BDs, we can get started.
Smile has BD rips but not BDMVs available. Yes5 and DokiDoki don't have anything up yet, as far as I can see.
Doremi has tradition in Precure subbing whereas Commie hasn't
That's a complete non-reason.
What does that have to do with anything, they leave the good batches up over the mediocre ones.
So TV-N should be preferred to Over-Time because they have a tradition in Sentai subbing?
Do they really have to take Commie's release?
>talking like a teenager
How dare they
It wouldn't flutter me if they did.
It's a good reason. I support Doremi because they release subbed episodes diligently. It can take up to two weeks of delay but they've always managed to deliver.
The other groups schedules are erratic, and there's no commitment to the fans. See Commie.
Don't forget Yes! on that list.
Damn, I meant to reply to
And what do any of those things have to do with having a batch on BBT?
But they didn't punch the big bad in the face therefore it was shit!
-they are the least deserving
-the one time they try localizing dialogue, they do it for the one character it doesn't fit (get hype!)
A sadistic choice.
Maybe you should re-read
But they aren't.
>hey are the least deserving
Who cares about fansub drama?
Some of us actually prefer that the subs actually represent what the characters said.
I personally prefer Doremi because even if it's dry, it's at least (mostly) correct. I don't want >>100987731 reminding me of how obnoxious it was trying to read their subs for Crowds.
Now I love Sword.
>the subs actually represent what the characters said
Too bad that doesn't happen often with Doremi!
They're not trollsubs. If you want to say they're undeserving, that's the conclusion, not a reason. Why are they undeserving?
Doremi subs vary wildly between being very stiff and being over-localized. They often ignore parts of lines and add parts to lines. They also have more than a few straight-up errors.
No, I read them. Them being dedicated over a long period doesn't have any connection to their subs or encodes being good or not. Those are the only metrics by which a batch should be selected.
>Who cares about fansub drama?
Everyone who starts watching PreCure after this will probably download whatever's on BakaBT.
You're a funny guy.
>back to the past
Take me with you.
I deleted >>100988130 because I pointed to the wrong posts. But yeah, you have a point.
This picture is very informative and you do the thread a service every time you post it. Keep on!
gotta get back
The only people who care about fansub drama are the ones that hopped on board with Commie subbing Doki. They'll be gone or assimilated in a week.
I'm sorry, I thought you'd understand. Each of those lines is in direct contradicton of >>100988191 . Some are completely incorrect, while others are only re-phrased with different words but a similar meaning. None are "cardboard/vanilla subs" that "actually represent what the characters said".
>They'll be gone or assimilated in a week.
I'll just wait for CureCom to sub HaCha.
See you in three years.
I'm pretty sure >>100988191 is saying that they prefer Commie over Doremi though.
or bored faggots
most likely bored as heck faggots
>waiting for CureCom
Personally, I just see Doremi's blatant content-altering errors where they just completely mistranslated a line, and fail to understand how people prefer that over stylistic errors that preserve the basic meaning.
Now who got NTR'd more? Rikka with Ira or Ange leaving Makopi?
The stylistic errors remove you from the experience, while people understand human error now and then.
>while people understand human error now and then.
Are you seriously this fucking dense?
You'd rather not understand the show.
I understand this perspective. I almost agree. But the thing with mistranslations is that people won't understand that they're human error - they'll basically trust that every line is accurate, or they wouldn't be using those subs in the first place. I'm speaking of people who don't know any Japanese, of course - those people will be misled by one and not the other. They'll be able to figure out Commie-speak, but mistranslations will slip by them forever unnoticed. That doesn't usually matter too much, still - it's better to avoid.
You don't need Hadena-tier subs for it to be problematic. Even if it doesn't cause strong misunderstandings, that kind of errors cause a lot of "noise" when watching a series, and even if you can grasp the basics, they can still mislead you "this doesn't sound like what it says... but... oh well".
Some localizations are easy to filter, but the "noise" turns a walk in the park into a walk in the mountains.
Which is also a problem with COmmie's more usual flavour of localization, but run on and verbose lines, sometimes adding and removing whatever they want, but done in a way that isn't obvious. A noise that makes you feel like something is missing or off. Good thing that wasn't the case with DokiDoki.
This is what Doki (the fansub group) suffers from. Aside from their typesetting being stuck 5 years in the past, their main problem is okay editing hiding multiple errors. It's not obviously bad like Hadena, so the uninformed viewer will think nothing is wrong.
Did anybody watching Doki for Dokidoki?
Holy shit, just learn Japanese. You have unlimited time since precure is eternal.
It's probably the easiest SHT show to understand too, language-wise.
Time spent learning Japanese is time spent not watching Precure.
If no one here knew any Japanese, we wouldn't be able to notice mistranslations. Clearly some people do have at least SHT-level understanding/
You could finish every season of precure in two weeks, if you watched hard enough. That leaves the rest of the year to learn nihonese.
Implying I'm not also going to start Doremi, Sentai, Rider, and Gundam after I finish Precure.
At the very least, after all that, I should be able to parrot a good number of phrases.
Gundam only has ~13 4 cour seasons worth of content. Doremi isn't that long either. If you were watching those at the same rate as precure, you could have everything (including precure) done in a month. I have no idea how many sentai and rider series there are, but I suppose that would take a very long time.
