Kill la Kill is ridiculously, unabashedly stupid and over-the-top. Love it (or hate it) for that. It's a great big slice of what anime used to be like.
If you find it unwatchable garbage, then I guess maybe you just don't like what anime used to be—and that's okay.
>what is Symphogear Season 1 and 2?
Is this nigger serious?
Being ridiculously over the top it's what makes it so good, every episode is beating the last one and everyone get more powerful. Even mako get powers up
I think its calmed down on the over the top now, Trigger have done a great job on this, I can't wait to find out what they're gonna do after KLK ends.
>false assertions, logical fallacies, and antagonistic argument approach
And that's why your thread is dying on page 10.
This is what Japanese animation used it be like.
It was nothing like Kill La Kill.
You are all plebeians who should commit senketsu.
Thanks? I guess.
Would you like to junketsu with me anon? I don't wanna do it alone. ;_;
I don't have anything against the show's ridiculousness. I find it a bit difficult to enjoy because it has very little plot development and mostly because the attempts at humor are LOL so randumb xD. Also the recycled jokes, nudity and innuendos got old pretty fast. For some reason I still keep watching it though.
Seriously though, Kill la Kill isn't edgy.
