What western games would you like to see getting an anime adaption?
No thanks. I don't like brown grey shit with cinematic experience or just boredom in general.
You posted it.
I'd love to see VTMB and all of World of Darkness in anime.
fucking weeaboo faggot with shit taste
Why does /v/ hate that game so much?
Your own fault for only playing AAA titles.
Fuck off /v/ermin.
/v/ REALLY hates PlayStation and its games in general.
It's a Pee-C mustard rice circlejerk, so don't go there unless you're a mustard rice yourself.
This. I was trying to think of a W-game i actually enjoyed in the last 2 years but nothing.
>Implying non-AAA western shit is also good
Still brown grey dull shit with boring mechanics.
Binding of Isaac.
Fallout NV adapted by Brains Base for a feel similar to Baccano.
I can't think of any western games I've played in the last two years other than Need For Speed: The Run. It wouldn't make a good anime and would get compared to Akira way too much.
I'm still waiting for my Touhou anime starring Cirno.
Call of Duty
>playing western games
>tfw the only good western games were made 20+ years ago
Monkey Island could be a fun comedy/adventure show, and Leisure Suit Larry could be a quirky harem/ecchi series. But otherwise I can't think of any.
Oh yeah, the demo is out.
had my trip off all day LOL
I dunno about /v/ but I don't really like it. It's just really pretentious and boring. You dont do anything and theres no replay value
Stanley Parable. Narrator voiced bei HanaKana
that would be pretty cool
but that game is shit
one of the hitman games. it could just be episodic with his various contracts
You guys either don't play games or only play entry-level shit. It's just like anime.
Personally I can't see many Western games ending up nicely in an anime portrayal. They'd probably just end up being a worse telling of the story than the original game. That being said, I wouldn't mind seeing Zeno Clash or The Longest Journey getting adapted. The studios could really go to town on the visuals with those games.
Seconding this real bad. But... Brains Base? S2 never then.
Something from Warcraft universe.
None. However, I'd like to see an adaptation of a documentary showing /v/ how to fuck off.
Production IG would do it
Also Gold > T2
I'd like to see this or twewy the most, if done well they could be incredible
Maybe Knights of the Old Republic?
I mean, the elevens apparently love Star Wars. I'm actually surprised that there's not a Star Wars anime of anything. Both games have pretty good to excellent story with some exceptions here and there.
It'd be amazing to see an anime version of the final duel between Malak and Revan on the Star Forge. Or seeing the Exile go through the trial in that one ancient Sith Lord's tomb.
What the fuck would there be to adapt?
People go fast and physics gets weird when they bump against rocks? The only lines of dialogue are variations on "Sandraker", "Butcher", and "Shazbot"?
Or do you mean the Tribes series as a whole? If so, starting with Earthsiege and going through the whole plot would be cool.
(I would actually like to see what set off the Diamond Sword/Blood Eagle feud, but Hi-Rez does not care about lore. Or Tribes players, at this point.)
adaptations are better when there's no established lore
see: Star Wars
But who cares, those would be pretty great
