OK. I understood Evangelion episodes 25 & 26. I even kind of got EoE. But holy hell, what the fuck did I just watch?

So, uh, everyone came back from the dead? or did they stay dead?

In b4 Ghost Nia's bad end rant. The whole thing about tuning the world that had been mentioned several times came into play. Hayato basically had the power of a god, and could remake the world as he saw fit.

So he gave everybody good ends. Even the Mu or whatever they were called.

The world was changed where no one died or fought the Mu War at all. It makes more sense and is a lot more satisfying to me than tang and choking.
