Just finished watching Dead Leaves. Wow.

Have you seen it? Opinions? Recommendations for someone who enjoys this style of anime?

is that Gurren Lagann?
>>
I remember watching it forever ago on HBO when I was a filthy casual.

That's about it.

Well if you like Imaishi's style, look up the rest of his work, TTGL, P&S, KLK, to name the big ones.

Are you some kind of moron, or is this some attempt to become a clever ruseman?

I'll check out more of his work. The only anime with even a remotely similar style that I have seen is FLCL which I am a big fan of.

It was alright, kinda a fucking mess and no real plot to speak of.
Got really weird near the end.

I dunno, I feel his later stuff is more focused and enjoyable.

Well you just doomed your thread.

I have been hearing a whole lot about Space Daddy lately, something about the clips I have seen have thrown me off, is it good?

I kind of dug the fact that it seemed like there was a huge plot and back-story to the characters and the world, but they never really bother to explain it, which I thought was interesting. I had alot of fun with it, but towards the end it did feel really messy.

I haven't used this image in forever.

I wish that Takeshi Koike would work with Imaishi again.
He should have been animating the 40% part of Kill la Kill, but then it would have taken 10 years of hand-drawn animation.

It was way too fast to understand properly, but the artstyle and characters were great.
