I liked how it had that sol aspect but displayed it in a more realistic way.
>>
Can Beck be considered a shonen?

Pretty good, really good dub, but Greg Ayres sucks at singing.

I actually preferred the version of, "I've got a feeling," compared to the actual Beetles version.
>>
Never watched it but the OST is awesome.

I just can't stand his nasally ass voice. Justin Cook's singing was surprisingly enjoyable though.

I fucking loved the anime, and the dub only made it better. The dub acting/singing for Koyuki, Chiba and Maho were fantastic.

One thing I noticed was that there was almost no BGM at all outside of the music the bands played. It made the songs feel more special/significant when they happened.

After I finished the anime I gave reading the manga a shot, and to be honest I was really surprised at how much better the anime is. One day I might press on with the manga to go beyond where the anime ended, but I was pretty satisfied with the anime ending.
>>
only music SoL i ever liked. I really need to rewatch this.
>>
I liked it, watched the dub, because the songs sound better in english not engrish
>>
The dub ost is still on my iPod and I give it a listen every few months. One of the only dubs which I find on par with the sub.
The Beatles at the end was also awesome, along with the whole festival.

I watched the anime back in like 2006, finally got around to reading hte manga last year.

It was nice. Shit definitely gets real at a point but it feels like it goes through the same arcs.

The ending definitely gave me a warm fuzzy feeling though
