Have you accepted Amaterasu as the one true goddess who stands above all?
Also, why is Inari such waifu material?
I'd watch it if they made a non-kansai version.
>a non-kansai version
But kansai accent is half the appeal, the other half is Ukaxonii-chan.
>hating those heavenly intonations
You are terrible human being.
Not loving the kansai accent
Inari is fine but the real meat of the show is Uka-sama.
Last week people said these looked small.
It was pretty obvious that the whole point was going to be failing the test for a good reason, but I still like the way they did it. The whole show just has a really warm feeling about it, maybe even moreso than Gingitsune did. And I love her magical girl transformation.
Yes. Yes I did.
Not that anon, but that is actually an issue for some of us.
Maybe it's fun for those who're relying entirely on subs, or an actual nip who's good at his own language, but for someone who is somewhat halfway through the process of learning moon, it's a nightmare to have everyone speaking kansaiben.
My brain recognizes that as Japanese and tries to comprehend it, but that's fucking impossible. By then, I've also missed the subs so have to go back and read.
You do realize that Kansai-ben isn't all that different from a regular accent, right?
My anon can't be this bad at Japanese.
It's not just the accent, anon.
And of course, I'm bad at it. I'm still learning, after all. Wouldn't need subs at all, otherwise.
Just change every 'da' to 'ya' and you're halfway there! But seriously, if it causes you this much trouble then it means you should watch it for the learning experience. Nothing will help you get accustomed to it more than listening to it.
Then what is it?
And my brain went fullretard for that last post. I meant dialect, not accent.
Time for drama?
The misunderstanding is solved and then this
I love it
>Just change every 'da' to 'ya' and you're halfway there!
There's a huge difference with common vocabulary and grammar with kansai-ben. -iru is now -oru, for instance. Also, if you listen closely you'll hear that they enunciate everything completely differently from tokyo-ben. Still, it's really good practice to get used to it, and it's a fun additional part of the language.
Well there's both the dialect and accent. Some of the characters in this show have a heavier accent than others (who sound closer to Tokyo). Tanbabashi has a nice accent.
To be honest it's mostly second nature to me now so I couldn't actually list any other differences off the top of my head.
The grammar structure is still the the same, so it's just finding the spots in the sentences you don't understand. That's how I learned it, for better or worse.
I agree that it's fun though. Especially since it's a change from normal.
The gods don't seem to speak Kansai-ben though.
Just an overprotective onii-chan. Inari and Uka-sama will have to start meeting in secret.
Can someone explain to me kansai?
She's so cute.
Why is Inari so perfect? She makes the best faces too
She looks so soft, I want to pinch her cheeks.
What does konkon mean, anyway?
Too homo for me
I feared this would just be pure fujo or shoujo stuff but it got really good in ep2.
Though typical anime retardation tripped me up. Don't they carry cell-phones in this day and age? Why did she run to the basketball game and yell around instead of just getting help from someone nearby? Why the fuck would a class's basketball game be cancelled because some random girl from the class who's not even in the team fainted?
Isn't it the name of the little fox familiar she got?
It's part of the "mahou shoujo incantation" she made up. Kon was given to her just a few moments later, so that came first.
They probably didnt have a cellphone and they probably found it easier to cancel it than to pause it.
She passed though, Amaterasu was just trying to kill time and she got closer to Uka, everything worked out in the end
>they probably found it easier to cancel it than to pause it
>girl rushes in, yells
>some girl who's totally unrelated to the game fainted
>"let's cancel the game"
Well maybe because she made everyone think it was something serious.
She should be embarrassed as fuck, don't you think?
Maybe I'm just too reasonable of a person. ;_;
Her classmates probably left and rushed to help because Inari made it sound like something really serious and in the end they had to cancel it
>>some girl who's totally unrelated to the game fainted
She's the manager of the team, or well, she was asked to become the manager and is a classmate of the guys playing so she's not unrelated.
I'm still crying. Why did it have to end?!?
Preview of 3rd episode
Uka in Touka's room
Right fox is voiced by Wien/Hikari/Shinichi
>she was asked to become the manager and is a classmate of the guys playing
>so she's not unrelated
Sounds pretty unrelated to the game to me.
You people lack resolve.
>Inari taking a bath
Oh man, next episode is going to be so good.
>Inari taking a bath
You beat me to it. Yes, can't wait.
I also want to see Uka's brother, the guy is hilarious
This would be really gay stuff if you didnt know that Inari is shapeshifting as a guy
I never noticed that heart-tongue.
Time for the main series to begin
It's the sound foxes make, in japanese. Just like cats go nya.
Oh, right. Thanks. Had no idea.
This is the most relaxing show of the season
How is this show's title supposed to be abbreviated? I hate typing the whole thing out.
Inari konkon, the whole thing is Inari, Konkon, Koi Iroha.
furfag the anime
Why are Gods and Goddesses so fucking useless in anime? They can hardly do shit.
Do you even into Shintoism?
I like it how their gods aren't just totally OP like in Abrahamic religions. That just totally kills the fun.
All the useful ones get recruited
>Maybe it's fun for those who're relying entirely on subs, or an actual nip who's good at his own language, but for someone who is somewhat halfway through the process of learning moon, it's a nightmare to have everyone speaking kansaiben.
Bitch please. I haven't studied for even an year and I can get most of the kansai-ben stuff easily through context. The fact you can't do that proves you aren't even halfway through the process of learning moon.
