WE WILL MISS YOU ALL Edition
For those who get Justin blocked message;
I've set up a restream at livestream dot com slash higakirinne
I paid for pro so you don't have to
You have my gratitude.
That's not very Jikochuu of you, anon.
And my axe.
is also worth trying.
Today anon has shown us his minagiru ai
I caught up in time.
See you in New Stage 3 DokiDoki Precure.
i want to lick not-nagisa's salty eyebrows
I just did too. 10 epsiodes today.
I'm sorry for your loss.
This thread is overflowing with love. It charges my happiness.
What were the best memories in Dokidoki?
NOW IS THE TIME
The last 10 episodes weren't as good as the previous cour, I think. But I did it for this livestream, which'll make dokidoki the first precure I've finished.
Alice sitting on the mattress.
I'm here to watch how will you cry when Bel will be ripped from inside by KJ.
Doki Doki? More like Kuso Kuso!
Rikka and Mana's dads.
Rikka helping Heart defeat a stoplight
MakoPi sings to Regina
Alice uses shield-fu to save her father
Regina gets inspired by love and saves Mana from lava
Aguri realizing the love she has for her grandmother was genuine
Mana punching a fucking dragon
>I'll miss the man who embodied what it truly meant to never give up more than any Cure. Even after his plans all failed, even after all hope seemed lost, even in the face of an overwhelming opposition, he managed to achieve his heartfelt dream.
He's the true hero of this series
The gameshow ep.
Rikka and Baka Trio, nothing more
Regina and Mana sleeping together.
And pic related.
Listening to this one last time before the episode airs
The episode where they attacked Jikochuu-land to save Regina and ended up in that volcano. I think the show peaked there
livestream dot com is lagging and fengshui is minutes behind.
KONO ATU SUGU!!!
KONO ATO SUGU
On an unrelated note, how many bloody riders are there in Gaimu now?
For the last time
alice a shit
Are we going to see Alice shields break again today?
there were already plenty, then the soda riders showed up and doubled the number
I'm tearing up again, because I knew it was going to be over.
doki a shit
NUMBA WAN DA
So much for NUMERO UNO
And took away Zangetsu's shield. Although it was cool seeing his old habits kicking in.
LOL NUMBA 0 NOW
Just watch fengushui anyways. It's literally only 2 minutes behind.
I TOLD YA FUCKERS
MANA A SHIT
ALICE A SHIT
MAKOPI A SHIT
AGURI A SHIT
REGINA A FUCKING SHIT
RIKKA A LOVE
Sleep in peace, sweet NUMBAH ONE.
>Bel completely failed
Fuck this shit
Also, why isn't everyone using cc0721xy?
Mana being alfa as fuck
their faces look so off
RIP sweet Bel
But he was ripped from OUTSIDE.
Gaim, Baron, Ryugen, Bravo, Zangetsu (Shin), Guridon, Kurokage (rip), Duke, Sigurd, and Marika.
NUMERO UNO no more.
Not cool, Toei, not cool.
>4chan X broke
Bel: Forever Numbah Tsu
This series was way better than Smile.
>No more slots in your country
>Bel got screwed over again
It's just too sad. I'm thoroughly fluttered.
well it comes from inside... I'm actually sad.
bye nice op
one of the only things i'll miss about this season
My connection is shit, but apparently it's trying its hardest to provide me the finale. I hope it can last for 30 minutes.
Mojibakeru a shit. CHou shit.
I agree, yet I still think Smile was more fun.
Is that a paper costume?
DAT HAPCHA CM
Happinesscharge doll house!
HaCha is charging the happiness of little girls!
I'll always remember Minako's voice here, I guess?
Good fucking job!
You mean KNPK?
Shields breaking soon.
I think I'm OK with this final boss.
Holy hell. He means business.
why is regina so shit
That's the Regina I know and love.
Could you guys at least try to CQC it?
>Sword cutting buildings in half
because all of dokidoki is shit, anon
I hope Mammo and Ira help out.
WATASHI TACHI NO CHIKARA WO CURE HEART NO MOTOHE incoming!
WE DBZ NAO
These side-characters wouldn't feel so pointless if they hadn't gotten a total of 5 minutes of screentime tops.
How can proto-Jikochuu be so much stronger than KJ?
Proto-Jikochu giving no fucks.
>precure already ded
No buildup at all?
Finally, Toei are using elements from Splash Star again.
We SS nao?
Time for Mana Sue to save the day.
>cures are losing
>mana speech does more damage than any actual attack
>they purify the shit out of king jikochu and he goes down
>king jikochu realized he was wrong
Fucking calling it right now
Because KJ still had love and didn't really want to hurt them.
Because he's the origin of all Jikochuu.
we man of murder now
Was that Ai speaking a whole sentence there?
>You can't be selfish with no one to fuck over!
Nope. Speech does nothing, Jikochuu pummels Mana a bit.
Far too late...
>VIIIIIIOLENCE BREEDS VIIIIIOLENCE
I swear if Mana overcomes this alone...
WHERE IS YOUR GOD NOW?
ARE YOU READY
Now her heart can finally become a crab or a gorilla or something.
I didn't see this coming. Seriously.
>Mana goes down
>World gets destroyed
>Next week the hachas start where the dokis were defeated
MAKE IT SO TOEI!
>yamaha english language school
fuck missed my quote >>100922094
mana a shit
>Implying Mana doesn't have extra hearts
>I thought the same thing
Heart is not corrupt
WORST RESOLUTION EVER
MANA FUCKING SUE
MANA'S SPIRIT IS UNBREAKABLE!
I didn't happen
Alright, even for a children's show for love and peace, that was super lame Toei
That was lame.
Now try and argue she is not a sue.
WHY DID YOU EVEN BOTHER TO DO THAT IF SHE WAS JUST GOING TO RECOVER ON HER OWN?
kusokuso precure does it again
HAHAHAHA FUCK YOU MANA DA BES
OH COME ONE
NOT EVEN A FUCKING MINUTE
SUPER MANA TIME
MANA IS SO MARY SUE SHE BRINGS HERSELF BACK TO LIFE
>I WAS ONLY PRETENDING
Well, that's just bullshit.
MANA A SHIT! A SHIT! CHOU SHIT!
So fucking anti-climatic.
Mana is the worst Pink ever.
B-but Regina's lance...
Pfft here we go
we DBZ now
Not as bad as Miyuki resolving everything by crying
But it's close
Well, fuck me.
The complaints are not gonna end from here, are they?
That armpit shot! Haruyama, please!
While the whiners spam, the rest of us are enjoying an amazing fight.
and in the worst possible way
FOR WHAT PURPOSE?
Well that leg made up for it. I'm ok now.
Mana in space!
That beautiful kick.
>the other cures don't do absolutely nothing
At least Space Tsubomi was meant to be all 4 of them together. This is just bullshit.
>implying a completely one-sided curbstomping can be counted as a fight
>you can only be strong if you're on your own
Why are people so retarded that they don't expect the main character to be the hero?
Fuck, I bet these same people would defend Miyuki's bullshit ending.
Remember when Mana soloing the Final Boss was just a joke?
WE EVA NAO
I'm actually laughing my ass off.
The Mary Sue is so over the top in this one, with the Jesus, WATASHITACHI NO CHIKARA WA KYUA HAATO NO MOTO HE and overpowered Mana, that it's outright hilarious.
Mana will go down as the most infamous Pink.
TOO MUCH LOOOOVE
Who the fuck was that?
>everything goes back to normal
Dokidoki will go down as the worst Precure ever.
The audacity of it!
>Every other Precure Season
>Everyone Cure works together to beat the Final Boss compensating for each others weaknesses
>LOL WHAT OTHER CURES? THIS THE MANA SHOW
Mana can't be an even bigger Mary Sue even if she tries.
Proto-jikochuu was about to puke.
miyuki >>>>> mana
speech, jikochu purified, fucking called it! Now all that's left is for KJ to be reincarnated into something good.
Still better than Max Heart by a longshot.
Postin' in Mana Thread
She just resurrected an entire kingdom.
BUT NOT ANGE HA HA FUCK YOU SWORD
Nothing can be worse than Smile.
At least Super Tsubomi was all four together into a single Cure, this is just lame.
MANA WINS LOL
A SHIT! A SHIIIIIIT!
funny joke m8
That pic was perfect for the LIZARDMEN THEORIES.
>my daughter split into two lolis and a baby!
I dunno how to feel about this.
HA HA THIS GHOST PRINCESS ENDING WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS EVEN
Remember that Makoto and Bel accomplished nothing
>crying over a character nobody gave a shit about
>pretending Makoto was ever relevant
Oh here comes the crying
And the kingdom lies in ruins, the king, his knight, daughters are left to make a living off MakoP's idol career
What happens to Ira and Mammo?
So what the hell happened to Ira and Mammo?
Reminder that the same shit happened in Smile's ending, with 2 differences.
1. Miyuki did absolutely nothing to justify becoming the central destroyer of the enemy
2. The execution was far lower quality, just being a simple hug, and not an awesome fight.
Anything with Mana.
It's like Noise without the developement of foreshadowing!
I consider it a win situation.
Ain't no joke, Smile was a boring piece of shit with an ending even worse than this. Or did you enjoying CRYING: THE EPISODE?
I must go my people don't need me
Nah, Mana Sue fixed the kingdom.
>bel became a mouse
and without manly tears from the pink cures
OH SHIT ALICE UNIFORM
>not an awesome fight
What part of Mana dodging three beams and making a single kick and punch was a fight?
>I still want my dick in Rikka
Well, Regina wins da Mana.
>Jikochuu trio stays together
That was kind of nice.
What was the fucking bird?
Shit, I'm fucking psychic
>Regina in the school uniform
My dream was realized!
Wait, if the king is playing shogi on Earth, who is king now?
Joe for President
Joe in a business suit. WHAT.
THE FUCKING GIANT FRACTURE IN REALITY IS STILL THERE?
Wow Yotsuba is even monopolizing the Trump Kingdom
I have been moaning about the show all year, but this is probably the best Cure ending ever
>Alice buying out the Trump Kingdom
Wait Alice really does make her money by exploiting the Trump kingdom?
Trump Kingdom is already better than our world.
YOTSUBA CORP TAKING OVER TRUMP KINGDOM
I CAN FRY
It bugs me that it's never explained exactly where the Jikochu trio came from in the first place.
Yeah, strange isn't it?
KYUA HAATO DESU
MOSHI MOSHI, KYUUA HAATO DESU
Dokidoki never runs out of twists!
TO BE CONTINUED...>>
The part where she made a punch and a kick.
>satellite crashing to earth
>everyone has to go and stop it
>not just sending God Mana to snap it away with her sue powers
See you in crowd shots in crossover movies, Regina
Does this mean Regina can be in the crossover movies? She was with them in the final roll call. ;_;
I'm glad it's over
.....what, they can still transform?
I expected a bad finale. But this was beyond bad. I can't believe what I just watched.
so wait. . . did the Doki's effectively become the city's police force?
They're fucking superheroes now?
So Regina is gonna be all but forgotten next week.
I am so glad I'm not the only one that feels that way.
Well, at least the epilogue was decent. Sort of.
What the fuck Toei
Did they just set up Hacha perfectly?
And yotsuba corp pioneers interdimensional relations.
I CAN'T EVEN..
I DON'T KNOW IF I'M HAPPY OR NOT.
IT'S LIKE "OH LOL, WE'RE ALL HAPPY ANYWAYS."
Someone should edit Rikka's face into this.
What was the purpose of the other cures? Why don't they just permanently WATASHI TACHI NO CHIKARA WO CURE HEART NO MOTOHE?
They became the JSDF.
>2 missing Jikochu generals
>Original 3 still around
>Ange still dead
What the fuck is going on?
>Yotsuba Corp invade Trump Kingdom
>Joe is Trump Kingdom puppet Prime Minister
And they go to slumber for milennia.
Bel wasn't Pucchi, he actually was a pillar man.
[Commie] Dokidoki! Precure - 49 [5C08333A].mkv
city near dimensional crack is pretty important
They were always superheroes.
Princess sounds awful
It was good until they turned out to be superheroes.
And somehow they still can't afford more than a set of clothing.
Why are they only showing footage of the transformation?
Are they behind schedule?
The only redeeming factor is the Yotsuba zaibatsu owning everything.
Wow, they showed nothing but the henshin.
Because the transformation is the only thing that isn't CG.
HaCha confirmed for full CG.
> Magical girls keeping their powers
I love it every time
What, are they going to "MAI SWEETO HEART!" the falling satellite?
Princess confirmed for lewd.
But she was explicitly shown defending earth with the cures!
She's like Milky Rose without a cool name!.
Although I don't remember now, did she get her spear back?
okay, while the ending of Doki wasn't as bad as the ending to Smile, it reached the realm of, so absurdly bad it was funny.
Seriously this episode the staff just decided to screw subtlety and turn the Mana fanwanking up to 11.
>Makoto getting shat on EVEN IN THE LAST EPISODE
Then China claimed that Trump Kingdom was always part of its territory and invaded it.
attack of the clones
>6 days, 23 hours, 30 minutes
I liked DokiDoki and I will miss it.
Why the hell won't they show any in-show footage for HapCha?
I hope it's to build hype because I'm getting nervous now
They're superheroes now. That's why Precure are a common thing in HaCha's world.
The big thing about 3rd Era Precure is that they all take place in Doki's universe after Doki. Mana continues to win even after her show is over.
>Cure Mana Sue.gif
That was the least standard Precure finale ever.
Why is PreCure celebrating its anniversary in its 11th year?
onodera a shit
The fight itself wasn't bad but the idea behind it was just insulting. Seriously Toei, what the fuck.
That wanking was pretty bad, the following epilogue still felt incomplete, like there were holes missing, and at the same time trying to make up for what the show didn't do for the rest of the season.
That might mean some Cure Empress in the future!
I literally did not stop laughing for the entire episode. Literally every moment was completely amzing.
Are you niggas ready for Aikatsu Charge PreCure?
>Precures are now superman
>1. Miyuki did absolutely nothing to justify becoming the central destroyer of the enemy
That's kind of different though. Everyone attacked, it's just that the attack took Miyuki's form due to her being the pink. It also wasn't Mana by herself who recovered and decided to save the world. She was crying and saying that the world might as well be destroyed at one point of the battle.
You really can't compare Miyuki to Mana here.
>okay, while the ending of Doki wasn't as bad as the ending to Smile
>this is what shitposters believe
>tfw you enjoyed Smile's ending more
It's really weird. The fight was at Splash Star level, the rest was kind of honestly not very good, and I honestly still liked Mana up to this point. This definitely takes Doki out of my top four, but at the same time, I really liked large parts of the episode.
>REGINA STILL NOT A CURE
>MIRACLE LIGHTS AT BEST IN NS3
FUCK YOU TOEI
Because it's Toei, they celebrate every anniversary.
I kind of want this, just for the constant shitstorms it would cause.
Just say "worst". No need for sugarcoating.
Why is Sailor Moon celebrating its anniversary in its 22nd year?
You know, this reminded me a lot of Digimon Xros Wars' ending except the difference there was everybody combined into one.
That would have worked a lot better instead of it just being Mana
I only watched this to see the HaCha PV, but it was just the henshin again. Why, Toei?
REMEMBER WHEN ALL THE CURES USED TO GET A POWER UP AND THEN BEAT THE FINAL BOSS AS A TEAM?
BECAUSE TOEI SURELY DOESN'T
good night my sweet Rikka
see you in NS3
Anyone with a modicum of taste enjoyed Smile more than this schlock.
2/3/13 - 1/26/14
I'm actually satisfied with the ending.
>Jikochuu Trio gets a good end
>Alice buying FUCKING EVERYTHING
>Regina in a uniform
>Fairies are cool with humans
>The king living in the human world
It compensated for that suffering last year.
Reminder that regardless of whether you liked Smile or Dokidoki more, Smile had better doujins.
Technically, it is the 10th year, as in ten years have passed since Futari Wa premiered.
Thank you Doki. You had your good times and your bad times but I enjoyed the ride. From the speculah to the salty tears, you made me feel the minagiru ai for sure.
Now, who's ready for ANNIVERSARY THREADS?
Maybe they're just saving it to wow us next week!
I liked it.
Big Bad gets Heart'd into the stratosphere and then cleansed - no last minute "Oh now I see I'll change my ways and be good from now on". He goes away with the promise of returning in another 10,000 years, the Jikochuu trio lives on, and Ange stays dead.
The epilogue was pretty average until suddenly "Oh yeah, we've opened trade routes with a magical country and the PM has Precure on speed-dial" which is so fantastically cheesy that it works.
And we finally saw Makopi's magic cleaning robots. And Alice bought a million of them
...I don't know. Answering a question with a slightly related rhetorical doesn't help.
>Bel winds up as a Jikou-chuu
Nope. Miyuki went nothing to full sue in one episode.
Mana at least had a bare minimum of demonstrated competence to be reasonably sueish.
I think they were both the opposite levels of bad.
Smile's didn't know what to do with itself and contradicted everything constantly, while Doki's knew exactly what it wanted to do with itself, but the execution was exactly what nobody wanted
Given by the fact that zero merchandise has the original outfits, maybe they start counting at MH
I was speaking of the series as a whole.
I didn't like how Bel didn't really do anything. He wasn't numbah wan, it was King Selfish.
god, the QUALITY. You would think they could put a bit more effort into the final still frame.
I know what you mean. I can't call this episode good with a straight face but some parts of it were cool.
DD was probably going to in my top four too but at this point I don't think I care for it as much as I did a while back.
It's a shame, but I still love the show. Here's hoping HaCha will be good.
SO, EMPRESS WHAT THE SUE?
Because Doki started that right?
Not even mentioning Futari wa Nagisa.
Who is aquaman?
So when ten years passed after you were born, you were 11, right?
I do like how this ties in very easily with Happiness Charge's thing about Precures being known worldwide
Honestly, I've never seen something like this before. I don't know what to tell you other than I think they're trying to build some kind of hype
That's exactly why.
>Hug the final boss to death.
Movies =/= Series
Learn the difference, it could save your life.
that was a movie transformation, that doesn't count
Please, even this episode at it's absolute, Mana wanking worst was better than the finale of Smile, which consisted of 80% crying and 20% dues ex machina level bullshit.
Apparently Empress reincarnated into Mana to take on the final boss.
What if HapCha is in the same continuity as Doki Doki and Mana shows up?
>character named Mana
>powered by love
>NOT hugging the boss to death and instead shooting a laser
Mana can't even Sue correctly.
Don't forget 100% ripoff.
HOW IT SHOULD HAVE ENDED
Regina almost doesn't belongs to them
So, she's the new Yuri?
Then that's good.
Don't say things like that. What if it actually happens? ;_;
The secret to my screen-hogging time is that I am actually two Cures at once.
It stops being "wanking" when you realise that Mana was the main character from the beginning.
It's just a little sad that we have to think of it that way, but the realization makes me accept it more and appreciate the presence of the side cures a lot.
I would enjoy that.
>20% dues ex machina level bullshit
top fucking kek mate what part of anything Mana did this episode wasn't a deus ex manana?
They are adult or what
She's Yuri with no screentime or relevance.
>even Yuri, widely portrayed as the most OP Cure in the crossover movies, was filled with character flaws and committed mistakes all the time
Why is DD so shit?
We saw some Black midriff on something recently. A sticker or a lunchbox or something.
The annoying thing is if you they the other Cures at least help Mana regain her love instead of overcoming it herself, and have them combine into one form instead of Mana soloing, it would have made the episode a lot easier to swallow. It wouldn't have been hard to do.
>dimensional rift is still there
>official relations with TK
>everyday magic introduced on Earth
>bad guys alive
>Cures are The Avengers now
They were not lying about HaCha being different than the other seasons. Doki's finale changed everything.
He's talking about Smile, smart stuff.
I'm gonna miss it.
>Doki last episode
>not Mana ex machina
We all will, anon.
No amount of rhetoric a word juggling can save Doki now. The finale probably opened up the eyes of many people. Just look at how many people are complaining, and this is still the livestream thread. Normally there would be a couple, and most posts would be positive.
Proto-Selfish was reminded of his last fight ten thousand years ago, nothing more.
This is the first time I've ever watched something raw and I've just realised that after almost 3 years of watching Chinese cartoons I can almost understand Japanese at a pre-schoolers level... almost.
A main character with absolutely no character development. She didn't make one single mistake in 50 episodes because MANA CAN DO NO WRONG was the theme of the show. Fucking terrible.
HaCha actually being a DokiDoki sequel is starting to seem likelier. "Cures are common knowledge" and all.
>everyone complaining about Mana or Regina
>no one cares about Ira not getting his dick wet
I agree. I liked the part where Mana dodged and you could see everybody. If they used that and just fused all of them together into something new than it would have been better. Seeing just Cure Heart fighting alone and getting quite a battle on top of that just felt bad.
>no one cares about Ira
Well, after 3 years you understand Japanese on the level of a 3-year old
Think about that
I thought this was going to be a mass crossover thing at some point anyway
Both Aguri and proto-jiko can't count for shit.
I know, smart stuff. He said "20% deus ex machina" and implied that was bad, which means the 100% deus ex machina that was Mana this episode should be even worse.
that last moment confirmed his feelings about Rikka
Stop being faggots, that was much better than HC final episode.
That crap was nothing but flying around and then a healing punch. This time at least we got some nice action.
Crying about Mana Sue is stupid since Nagisa was a sue in the original too.
It isn't so noticeable when there's only three people to steal the spotlight from.
This season had like six cures but only three of them mattered, and in the end only Mana did anything.
39 eps later...
Doki really didn't forget about anything, they just left it all to the last minute.
>Don't forget 100% ripoff.
Very true, the fact is the series built Mana up so much over the duration of the series, that it really wasn't that surprising to see them turn her effectively into the second coming of Precure Jesus in the final episode.
Smile on the other hand just decided to spend most of the episode crying then the staff remembered the episode was the last in the series, so they had to wrap it up. So they pulled out the stupidest Dues Ex Machina moment out of their ass to cover for it.
>gets her Heart ripped out
>LOL JUST KIDDING
>revives herself from death
>everyone fellates her giant cock and gets a power up
>beats the final boss like nothing in very fabulous way while the other Cure just watch
I feel insulted
Is there a main character with less development than Mana in the franchise?
She failed to protect Regina, people were even making a big deal out of it.
I don't know if I missed it because my connection was being shit, but I just saw the Jikochuu trio teleport away right before the epilogue began. Did they show how they fare after the end or something?
>no one cares about Ira
You're right. Nobody does
Because the show sure didn't.
What was the point of showing Mana's classmate staying to watch her again? It could have easily been her parents
>Better than the HC finale
I also hear getting stabbed in the face is better than cake.
Dokis and yotsuba became the TSAB
Only if you watch Doki Doki while being blind, deaf, and having the memory of the main character of Memento.
Not even close to having a competitor.
Could you at least try to spell the Latin correctly ONCE? Doki fans, everyone.
Heartcatch packed all the action in episode 48, which was better than anything in DD.
I'd watch that.
can't be helped
Wait did we see these cleaning robots?
Go re-watch HC final episode.
2ch is now talking about how Nikaido is such a faithful husbando, Ira/Rikka is left hanging, Yotsuba Corp master race, and Alice's uniform.
To be fair, this is pretty much how every series of Sailor Moon goes down.
> everyone dies or gets disabled
> Sailor Moon gets amazing power up
> curbstomps the last boss with beamspam
I'm glad they did this so everyone now can see how fucking sue she was.
Doki wasn't savable anyways.
Did you miss the part where she fucked up trying to save Regina and spent the entire latter half of the show trying to rectify that?
>The only thing the other Cures did in this ep was get beat up and give energy to Mana. Oh, and catch Mana when she fell I guess
>Stop being faggots, that was much better than HC final episode.
Fuck no, at least everybody combined into one
Dokidoki writers never forget.
so Bel is a mouse?
at least we care about him this week
I care but not enough to bitch
It's enough for fanartists to make cute fanart, good enough for me
But she didn't fail due to a character flaw, she failed because King Selfish was just that OP. Other characters in Precure have character flaws they have to fight against: most of them are dumb, Tsubomi was shy. Mana was always ahead of every enemy.
is this the first Precure that didn't use evil Precures clones?
The next month will be hell. Nothing but Doki and HaCha trolling left and right.
Yeah, but Usagi is the fucking moon princess. Big difference there.
she will be old hag after 1000 years
I like Mana and all, but I kind of agree that she didn't really change or develop much. More like everybody else developed for her.
It's not really executed that well in SM either. The first time, yeah, it was amazing, but after that it got kind of predictable
There should have been more Makoqt autism moe.
Why are they complaining anyways? Do they have no sense of humor?
But in Sailor Moon we know that she's actually the reincarnation of the Moon Goddess and everyone else is subservient to her for a fucking reason. Mana is just God seemingly at random or because everyone else has a bizarre crush on her while other characters who should be more powerful (Regina, Ange, MakoP) due to their backgrounds get shafted like mad.
I felt happy for the Jikochuu trio. They get to live together happily. From a writing perspective though, I'm not as sure.
Fresh didn't really use evil precure clones
She didn't fuck up anything! King Selfish was more OP than her. Fucking up is like when Yuri lost her fairy because her own pride refused her from taking a partner.
> blindly trusting a girl with malevolent intentions and absurd powers
> endangering the team and mission many times
> not a flaw
Alice bought a million of them
Bel is a mouse. He'll get better eventually. The other two are fine. They all go off to sleep for ten thousand years until King Selfish revives again, just like they did when he lost last time.
I must have been looking at this thread at the time then. Gotta keep an eye out next time.
You know only three Cure series did that right?
Just like the beginning of every season (I think this is one thing that /krg/ is a little better at, season transition)
Other than mana soloing the boss, I actually thought it was the best. I have always hated the fuck out of endings where everyone has to go back to their own worlds and pretend nothing happened and super reset. I'm so glad Toei stopped that shit.
The rift staying open was awesome, so was the fact the cures are known, and so was the fact the two worlds got to know each other.
10. Futari Wa
4. Max Heart
1. Splash Star
Really terrible finale but still better than the super bland ending of Futari Wa.
Mana's heart-fuckery in this episode was not quite as cool as CRISIS MAKE UP.
In HC they weren't clones, they were just their subconscious. And they didn't even turn into Cures anyway.
It's funny because I thought Mana solo'ing Proto was awesome visually but it was spoiled because all I thought was "fuck, /a/ was right about this"
The consequences of the ending were good, but the way it happened was fucking awful.
>Heartcatch ending after Smile's
Which is absurdly lame.
> Doki and HeartCatch below Smile
Is there anything what is able to stop her?
Almost. My familiarity with the franchise helped a little. That combined with my knowledge of basic phrases which I was bound to pick up. Still can't read it for shit though.
Trusting Regina was never a flaw; if Mana didn't trust Regina, Cure Ace wouldn't have awakened with the red crystal. The show rewarded Mana for absolutely everything.
And King Selfish had to come back to get Regina back himself.
The world staying connected was kind of cool actually. Plus I loved seeing how the fairies continued living with the human. Shararu helping Mana's mom was adorable.
Best Precure finale by far.
You forgot to add that Mana was actually likable while Usagi was a horrible piece of shit.
so gayest Precure series AND best harem series ever?
I'd put GoGo and HC finale higher, but otherwise I agree.
So Doki's toys are doing okay right?
DokiDoki ending. Hopefully.
>"fuck, /a/ was right about this"
You'd have to be literally braindead to not expect Mana solo-ing Proto-Jikochuu.
Actually, the wanking went even worse than I expected. I did not foresee her getting all the treasures.
JLPT N5 is your next step
At least the HaCha Cures are flawed once again.
>You forgot to add that Usagi was actually likable while Mana was a horrible piece of shit.
Remember when we all got excited for Mana?
Does anyone have the thread of the 1st episode?
Live to fight another da... milenium. But yeah, ending up like a mouse is lame.
>You'd have to be literally braindead to not expect Mana solo-ing Proto-Jikochuu.
I thought they would combine into one or something or at least they would fight it together for a while before putting it all on Mana
Mana wasn't even likeable after the first few episodes. Befriending a crab was neat and all but it was all downhill from there.
>gayest Precure series
>best harem series
Well, it's not like it has that much competition, considering how shit those usually are.
Fuck Toei. I'm genuinely upset.
>Smile is best generic slice of life
>Doki is best harem
>Hacha will be best idol show
The joke's on all of you. Toei hasn't been making Precure in years.
This drained my happiness.
No need to rub salt into the wound anon.
Futari Ha had a great mid-season finale though.
She was still in hacha review.
So what would you rate DokiDoki as a whole? I'd probably give it a 6/10
I really liked the beginning and the final arc really tied everything together well but there was too much mediocrity in between.
What did Makoto and Joe do for the staff to hate them this much?
Seriously, shit's ridiculous.
>yfw Hacha starts using a narrator akin to Nagisa's inner monologue every episode
>yfw it's Mana
That was kind of funny.
Going to sleep because reasons, however, not so much.
It was like "we don't know what to do with them, so they's store them in some wall".
>We will have fights that won't lose to shounen anime
>muh Mana Sue
You guys are so funny. Nagisa was the same in the original series.
This was a great finale and they actually had the balls to permanently change the setting.
BUT WHAT ABOUT THE LAST TWO GENERALS?
I was wondering why you put FW at the bottom, then I realized while I can remember the mid season finale, I can't remember what happened at the end.
10/10 It's okay - IGN
>Smile over anything
Shit taste alright.
So much positivity...
6/10 seems right
HaCha mid season villains.
> I liked the part where Mana dodged and you could see everybody
Not even, it was Mana clones
Official Precure Leader Ranking:
It got slow after Regina was gone, but everything after 39 was great.
Can you post the youtube video. I was only hear for the finale.
10/10. Easily. Best season yet.
>Nagisa was the same in the original series
I know, and I hated that. Just because you point us to another horrible fact doesn't make this one go away.
>More like KusoKuso
>I hope the Cures in Doki Doki are as likable as the Cures in Smile. Here's to a hopefully good season.
They don't know. we must travel back 1 year and warn them.
Nagisa was boyish, dumb, selfish and immature.
Really? I'll download the episodes when I can but I thought It was the other girls. If it's just Mana clones then that's even more terrible.
I do like the idea of splitting up to dodge an attack.
since we have 10 seasons, i can actually rate it by the position it would be in a ranking
This last fight was straight out of shonen.
Mana went SSJ and beat the shit out of the big bad. Shonen is full of that.
>MARY SUE posted withing 7 minutes of the episode started
It alternated between shit so boring or infuriating that I didn't want to watch, and some okay stuff. The few good moments raise the score.
2nd last out of 10. Worst then Smile and GoGo but better than MH.
> I can't remember what happened at the end
They fire a beam from on top of a building at Dark King who's outside town, and then Honoka think she seen whats-his-name with a family
>Doki Doki Precure: 1000 years after
>Ira ends up with Rikka's descendant
>They actually are a team this time
Would you watch it?
6 or 7 seems about right.
I can see what the director was trying to do by making a more story-driven Precure. He just didn't do it right at all. The problem is they have to make decisions on things months in advance and live with them, regardless of audience reaction. They didn't predict how much people would've liked Regina or how people would reaction to the focus on Mana.
It gets points for trying and for having a great 1st and 2nd cour. Finale was fun despite people's reactionary complaints.
10/10, I can see why people didn't like some parts but for me it delivered on everything I wanted in more in ways I never imagined. I feel very comfortable saying Doki is the best anime I've ever seen.inb4 hurr ratings are objective Doki is shit
Bad show already and even worse because it's Precure.
8/10 because from a production stand point there was some really obvious shortcuts.
still better than Smile at least.
OH IF ONLY WE KNEW
>Dokidoki confirmed for physical combat
It was ok. I wouldn't rewatch it.
Suck my cock /a/
does even legs work that way?
I agree with you guys 100%, but it's just main character syndrome. Main character is always the lead toy seller, and they're always going to be the big hero. Except in Wizard where technically Beast killed the actually last boss like the badass he was.
They're doing it now in Kyoryuger, where all the heroes are important but King is MORE important.
By the way, every Japanese fan, even children, agree that they handled the Regina plotline like shit and then pulled a copout with HURR DURR THEY'RE ACTUALLY THE PRINCESS SPLIT INTO TWO PEOPLE.
>for having a great 1st and 2nd cour.
I liked the first and third cour. I can't see the appeal in Regina, but I liked Aguri.
That was really hot admittedly
I'll cut off your dick with a piece of broken glass.
9/10. Probably my favorite season.
Worst power up
So, the king has three daughters now?
5/10 for trying.
It ended the same way it began.
There are ways to do MC syndrome right. You notice how all those examples you gave, people do dislike them for that syndrome.
Fourze has something similar too, and yet people love that. Because it was executed well.
But I wouldn't have any problems if Mana had started from absolute zero like Tsubomi from Heartcatch. But she didn't experience one bit of real character development. Her big realization was that she was right from the start.
>then pulled a copout with HURR DURR THEY'RE ACTUALLY THE PRINCESS SPLIT INTO TWO PEOPLE.
How is that a copout? They were hinting at that for a very long time.
That's the worst part
I genuinely think that if the ending was two episodes instead of one, they probably would have died. Because that's a worse fate than just dying as far as I'm concerned. I was expecting them to get something akin to a normal life or death.
So... now that it's all over I was wondering what this actually means.
I was the one who posted it today.
I like running gags so I'm kind of curious.
And is in exile.
Typical Xenophobia, nothing new.
More like Joe has three wives. The Trump King fucked off from his kingdom and joined Mana's family instead.
yes and autoexiled
Do you remember how do they fight jikochus with wit? Clicking the button for green light, disconnecting from electricity.
They didn't know what to do after the second cour. The third cour was just wasting time, while the last cour felt like a retool, with things being shuffled around, maiin themes going to the background, new ones appearing and all the important stuff being crammed in the last episodes with no clear relevance priority.
It's like they panicked.
Kamen Rider doesn't count as much because the main character is clear from the start. But Gengarou indeed counts as Mana done right.
49 episodes later and I just noticed that under there hearts is there respective symbols holy shit I'm stupid.
>but it's just main character syndrome.
>They're doing it now in Kyoryuger,
Mana and Daigo are the exceptions in both Precure and Sentai, not the rule.
Rider doesn't even come into the discussion because the format is completely different.
Don't try to justify Mana or King. The rule is usually lead being a 6 while everyone else is a 5 and the lead becoming a 7 during the lead exclusive moments. Not the lead being a 10 and the rest being a 2 and the lead becoming a 20 and the rest a 0 during the lead exclusive moments.
I liked most all of the individual parts of it, but somehow, when all put together, it wound up less than average.
>ended the way it began
>Doki finale is actually taking place in an alternate timeline where things are slightly different
>Precure aren't secret heroes
>Trump Kingdom never got taken over
BEL DID IT
YOU CANT SPELL BELIEVE WITHOUT BEL
inb4 the reason they don't show Hapicha footage is because the crack between the worlds is still there.
Lucky Joe, three girls for the price of one hag.
it's not terrible but it's just so standard.
The whole thing just reminds me of a bunch of people coming up with the entire plot of the season within the timeframe of a slow afternoon. Working out the details later as they go. Nothing really important happens until the very, very last episode
I had a 10/10 in mind at the beginning.
After the episodes after Cure Ace was introduced, I went to a 8/10.
After the ending, I'm thinking a 7/10 is the best I can give it.
Okay, here's a better example. Gekiranger. Gekiranger is the biggest example of Red pandering since Kyoryuger and it's its most common criticism, but people still like it and the characters. Because the plot was executed well
Mana forcefully helps people and doesn't let them try to evolve by themselves.
Gengarou helps people help themselves.
That's the main difference between Fourze and Doki Doki.
YOU'RE JUST LIKE ME
TRYING TO MAKE HISTORY
糞 （くそ kuso） n.
Shit, feces, excrement, Dokidoki! Precure, bullshit.
I didn't notice that either, I swear I'm oblivious to the little things.
He's waiting for Ai. He's not interested in Regina and Aguri.
Also, Trump Kingdom is now Trump Republic. Good luck with democracy, folks.
You know what the first bad sign was Bel completely losing in the first 30 seconds
They probably threw out a lot of their drafts after seeing everyone, kids and big friends alike, jumping on Regina's cock and (initially) scorning Aguri/Ace.
My favorite characters were Regina and Aguri and I think the only downside was they didn't have them play a capitol role in the final ep after making the entire series about them.
Come at me nerds.
I need a translation of this
>Nope. Miyuki went nothing to full sue in one episode.
It's freaking CANDY and POP that motivate everyone to move forward and fight in spite of the consequences. Miyuki was crying and refusing to fight right alongside everyone else.
They were crying AFTER learning about the deus ex machina. Of course, in the end there weren't consequences anyway, but most of the final episode was spent on the Cures accepting what would happen if they used the plot device that would give them victory - very differently from Mana just completely surpassing the villain just because she could here.
Also, the final attack was a combination of everyone. It was even the phoenix initially. It only turned into giant Miyuki because she was pink, but storywise there was nothing special about her there.
Now, I'm not saying that Smile's finale was good or anything, but it definitely didn't make Miyuki any kind of "sue". Heck, most Cures at the end of their series would never have talked about letting the word burn just to keep a friend.
That wouldn't happen. Mana's descendant would be just like Mana.
Why? Why? Why couldn't they just let him?
I want my Trump People's Republic, dammit.
>Yotsuba Corp presents Trump Republic
I'm actually extremely curious about HapCha now because Toei is being insanely secretive about it.
They're even hiding voice actors. They never do that. They're hiding villain designs too which they absolutely never do either
And yet, it's apparent that Regina was going to be important anyways. That's the one thing that didn't change, yet they handled it awfully.
Don't try to hide it again. Just admit it, dammit.
Mana is going to be a living legend in HaCha.
>implying he lost
Nigga reset everything, even if it meant resetting himself. He's numba wan.
>Dokidoki is over
I feel empty. especially looking back on the early threads.
WHAT ARE THEY HIDING
>Calling Ai-chan Fingers
HOLY SHIT, THE MEMORIES
I don't typically give precure shows higher than 7 or 8. I think I'll give Doki a 6, same as Smile, Yes, and Fresh. I was expecting it to be better than them, but it can't be helped. Decent series, mixed finale, tired of defending it though. I'm looking forward to Hacha and hope Doki doesn't get too much hate.
I did not like Doki but now that it's over it feels weird and kinda wish it hadn't ended.
Dokidoki never runs out of twists.
What a terrible season. I'm so glad it's finally over and I hope you fags don't ever bring it up again after the next week.
This saved the Ep for me personally. That was hot.
>They probably threw out a lot of their drafts after seeing everyone, kids and big friends alike, jumping on Regina's cock and (initially) scorning Aguri/Ace.
Any big friend would've loved Aguri from ep one due to the VA. They literally hired a loli fetish actor.
That's like asking us to never bring up GoGo
I feel like they were trying to pull a Kamen Rider Kabuto with the MC acting as a static character so that the co-stars would be the ones growing along the way.
The only problem is that, unlike Kabuto, the "Kagami" shifted identities far too frequently for it to be effective.
First it was supposed to be Makopi but her development was rushed to hell and back.
Then it was Regina, but then we had coma and brainwashing shenanigans.
By the time it switched to Aguri, nobody really gave a shit because she was seen as an intrusive new character.
>I hope you fags don't ever bring it up again after the next week.
Enjoy at the very least 2 months of Doki/HaCha trolling and reverse trolling in every damn thread.
What bothers me is they go out of there way of hiding who Honey is and not showing her in the movie previews when 2 seconds later she's in the same commercial for the promotional movie stuff, and the promo poster along with Fortune.
But I didn't like her.
Only cure that I hate.
Any big friend, yes, but this is not that kind of show.
Not enough Rie moaning. Not enough forehead close-ups.
If Mana quoted her grandma all the time, she'd be even better. I hope she does it in the movie.
>I feel like they were trying to pull a Kamen Rider Kabuto
If they wanted to do that I think they probably should have done better with the plotlines for the side characters. Mainly Makopi. Especially Makopi
That's why I'm so interested
What's so horrible about everyone giving their power to the MC so she can murder the big bad?
I don't remember people crying about Goku going SSJ. Or the whole Genki Dama crap. Quite the contrary.
This was a good finale and a nice change from the usual 3-6 Cures vs one big bad gangbang.
I'm here to save Precure from the Mana Menace
Ironically enough, I'm actually replaying the Armstrong boss fight right now.
>But I didn't like her.
>Only cure that I hate.
Not all of us can have a functioning penis.
Yeah, well, that's just, like, your opinion, man.
I liked both of them. Anyway, they're two completely different characters.
Mana was an insane busybody who needed to learn to chill out. Usagi was an immature crybaby who needed to learn to toughen up.
Both of them went full Super Saiyan in the last fight though.
It's kind of weird though. How is it that the Sailor Moon characters are likeable enough that we can get 200 episodes out of them plus bring them back whenever the new series happens (if it does), but we can't deal with a year's worth of episodes of PreCure?
Is it because Sailor Moon was based on an actually pretty decent manga and Precure is a formulaic, committee based show? One of the problems with Sailor Moon that led to the end of it was that they couldn't control Naoko Takeuchi. They wanted her to put things in for toy purposes, and by the end of the series they were actively opposing her plotlines. Compare Sailor Stars the manga to Sailor Stars the anime for example. They're two completely different stories.
Is this why we see so many generic, committee designed anime these days? Because manga-ka are hard to work with?
That will happen when the fairies rebel.
>but her development was rushed to hell and back.
You mean the one and thousand ways they murdered and changed and shat on her character every chance they got?
They kept shitting on her even on the damn last episode.
>Oh look Makoto, everyone got a happy ending.
If only Aguri wasn't a shit.
Plus, I feel like the VA was phoning it in a little.
But I have no faith n you either. i fear this franchise is really doomed.
At least there's still Jewelpet.
This is hilarious, even though it's out of context for me. Why was she Fingers? Is it as obvious as I think it is, or was there some other underlying reason?
Because Precure is not DBZ.
Because she's the first human-like fairy.
From where is this BLASPHEMY
This isn't Doremi, anon.
Kuso is a pretty cute word for shit.
I think it was because we were invested so much on the characters.
I wonder if this is natural for Precure.
I'm still gonna miss Mana
I figured as much.
Everyone actually had a part in beating the fuck out of Frieza or whatever villain. Even Goku gets the crap beaten out of him before launching Genki Dama.
You are blinded by nostalgia.
90% of SM episodes were horrid.
Judging by the art style, I'd say either tumblr or deviant art. It's too westernized to be a big friend from the land of the rising sun.
>I don't remember people crying about Goku going SSJ. Or the whole Genki Dama crap. Quite the contrary.
People complain about the Toei movie endings all the time. The GenkiDama only worked properly once in the actual anime, right at the ending, after failing many other times, so it actually working was a big thing, not just things going as expected. Also, even there, they had other characters needing to protect Goku while he charged it, and he wasn't even the cone who convinced Earth's people to donate energy.
SSJ is something completely different. The entire Namek arc once Goku arrives was spent on building up that. So, when it pays off, of course people will be happy. Same goes to Gohan's SSJ2. Note how outside of the final battles, Goku and Gohan really didn't do much in those arcs. Mana was everywhere, her power wasn't the result of a big build up, she was powerful from the start and when she needed more power she freaking got it.
No shit, he's called Sailor Otaku.
I'm going to miss the entire cast. I'm going to miss Mana and Mana and I'm even going to miss Mana.
But no seriously, I'm going to miss Rikka the most.
Thanks to her, I stopped watching after episode 59. The last time this happened was during the Unit-making drama, and I was just waiting for it to return to Idols And Fun mode.
You spend a year with characters you like, you get attached to them.
Unless they're shit, like Wizard. Then you just want them to go
Well, to begin with, Dragon Ball has always been THE GOKU SHOW.
Precure is about, you know, the Precure. It's not supposed to be THE LONE PRECURE show.
One tried it in the crossover movie and got his shit slapped. He needs to be the Kim Il Sung for all generations.
What if it's completely 3D CGi
Frieza beat the crap out of everyone. All attempts to kill him failed.
Then Goku soddenly went SSJ.
>Doki Doki is over
I want more Megumi Nakajima references next week
>But no seriously, I'm going to miss Rikka the most.
Anyone with good taste will.
I kinda miss Haruto.
I can't see them doing that. There's no way that would work.
Not saying it's better. Most of Sailor Moon was the most generic MOTW shit ever. But how could they get 200 episodes out of it? Was it the appeal of the characters or did people just like bad things back then?
GoGo had Milk v2 at least
Oh hey, it's that bird we saw for a split second back at the beginning.
I kinda miss KOYOMEH
>Goku going SSJ.
Goku going SSJ was basically the entire point of that arc. And it was after a fuckton of physical suffering too. Also, people died to make it happen. That's kind of important
>Or the whole Genki Dama crap
Everybody hates "Genki Dama solves everything" in the movies. In the show, remember how it usually does not work? Except once? And more importantly there's a big difference between standing there for a long time and hoping you don't get killed and what Mana did
That you are actually using Dragon Ball Z writing to defend Doki's just talks magnitudes of how fucking bad Doki's writing is.
>I'm going to miss Rikka the most.
I wish there was more Rikka and more Alice. They were both had neat, quirky and fun personalities. And their legs were great too.
What's good about Rikka anyways?
>Doki Doki is over
I'm struggling to remember when out of the 297 episodes it actually worked, and I'm drawing a blank.
They've already gotten 500 episodes out of Precure. Two different teams got a hundred each. It's really not that different.
>Putting the entire show in CGI except the henshin and movie which isn't
That sure makes sense right Anon?
On Kid Buu
I bet in a month everybody will be crying over HaCha being crap and begging Doki to come back.
I don't know about other but that she somehow managed to be the funniest character in the show for me while she's supposed to be the straight-man makes her a wonder.
Raquel played with her very well too, they are my favorite Precure-Fairy couple in the franchise.
Oh right. I forgot the Buu Saga happened.
I wonder how long will it take until HaCha is hated.
Not the guy you replied to but I stayed around just because Rikka was voiced by Minako Kotobuki. Forty-nine episodes later I'm still on the ropes whether or not I should like Rikka as a character.
B-b-but furururu chargi!
Precure has different sets of characters, though. Also different themes, art, etc.
That last one was for >>100926174
If it actually is. We'll see. HapCha could shake things up
Makopi could have been a great secondary MC.
Makopi could have had her beliefs clash more often with Mana.
Makopi could have been the Precure God of War.
But nope. All of her development happened at the drop of hat.
And then she got thrown under the bus so hard.
Jokes on you, I'll be begging for Smile to come back!
She has nice legs.
She tries to SCIENCE the lovies.
The way she play along with jokes is funny.
That way she tricks Jikochu like with those sheep
But, mostly it's because she's hot.
Why IS there so little information about HaCha?
The footage, too. We haven't seen a second of footage besides the TF scene.
So you can get hyped.
Are you me?
Seiyuufags, I swear...
It can't be helped. Smile went up among my favorite cure shows just because Doki got below it. Eventually, Doki might just get decent by comparison with newer, shittier series.
Here's hoping for another wonderful year of Precure starting next week.
>Why IS there so little information about HaCha?
Toei is really trying to surprise us with...something
The forms have been delivered, but not the method
The voice actors have been revealed, but not Honey's
We know about the grunts before we know about the villains themselves
We do know the plot though. The base plot seems pretty ambitious maybe
> I bet in a month everybody will be crying over HaCha being crap and begging Heartcatch to come back.
ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?
IS THIS NOT WHY YOU'RE HERE?
>She has nice legs
Just like everyone else?
>She tries to SCIENCE the lovies.
And Alice tried to test thermal resistance for the lovely pad!
>But, mostly it's because she's hot.
She leaves me cold.
Aesthetically speaking, Proto-Jikochuu is probably my favorite final boss.
Honey's a male, with male VA.
You know it's happening.
We Shugo Chara now.
>Why IS there so little information about HaCha?
>The footage, too. We haven't seen a second of footage besides the TF scene.
maybe Toei actually putting in a lot more effort in HaCha in animation, stock, footage, fight scenes, scripts that's ironclad for the entire year and wants to surprise the audience?
Nobody cried about that because DB and DBZ was always about Goku. Correct me if I'm wrong but the few times Toriyama tried getting rid of Goku he had to give into the fans because they wanted him over others like Gohan or Goten.
I love her design and body
Diamond is not Crash
You tell me.
I'm staying around next season as well because of Haruka Tomatsu but I dunno if I'll like HaCha as well for the story and characters.
They're trying to be fresh.
I'm really hoping we get something like KR W and this turns out to be like totally different from everything before it and executed well honestly.
On that note, Riku Sanjo should write Precure
Hey Kumeta, stop being so right-wing already.
And action was fucking great. Even if Super Mana was ridiculous.
Welp, at least the card was decent I guess.
Not going to happen because Shugo Chara was shoujoshit.
Not like I can't relate.
I'd gladly watch another MH-like season if it had Ogura Yui as a cure.
I might as well prepare myself not for disappointment that Lovely will not sing in-show and Toei will miss a golden oppurtunity
> I kinda miss Haruto.
Me too somewhat.
How long do you think we'll be in these threads?
The epilogue was the best part
Nana Mizuki please come back and save Precure.
Not agreeing with that guy since that theory is stupid but you know they both target the same age group though right?
Until they stop making Precure, I guess?
I think we'd sooner see a Ranma 1/2 / Sailor Stars type thing than an actual cross dressing Cure.
Hapcha is a ruse and instead Toei is trying to get us to realize HC stands for Heartcatch and they're making a sequel. The new characters are legit, but they will just join the team (minus itsuki and moonlight because theyre dead or something).
She's in the movies, fortunately. Well, not all the time, but Tsubomi still does speak every now and then.
He looked really not-threatening. Maybe it was because of Mana, but he was... too small. Like he was supposed to be big, but they went too small.
There are other small villain bosses but they looked much better, more detailed with muscular bodies and such. Proto-Jiko just looked like one mass of energy, the kind that is usually planet-level big... except he wasn't.
If they were making a HC sequel they would use Futaba. Baka.
Yeah right. It's a sequel, yeah, but to Dokidoki.
I don't think it would take much for Toei to convince Nana Mizuki to come back.
Okay I'm serious right now.
You know that thing those producers were saying about HapCha being totally different and nervous about the changes and all?
They. Need. To. Deliver. Like crazy.
Thank you Dokidoki
Thank you Mana
They're on a roll. My confidence in Toei staff has skyrocketed in the past year. Especially the past cour.
I liked that he was small. Human sized enemies are great, they are better for hand to hand too. Gigantic enemies get in the way of that.
I'm also a sucker for characters with more than 2 arms who fold one of the pairs they have. It just looks so cool.
So even Toei staff realized this finale was shit when they read about it and got nervous because if they screw up too they are going to sink the franchise? Makes sense.
Don't prematurely discharge yet. We're still on page 9.
Mana a shit
>My confidence in Toei staff has skyrocketed in the past year.
Even if some of them are Flips?
My confidence increased with Gaim. It's like "yeah this is okay" with Kyoryuger. I want them to deliver with this though
Well, I'd guess that it's more like whatever changes they're going to do, they will depend solely on the audience reaction and not established tropes
I don't care if they're all flips and girls with crayons. They done good.
Shugo Chara is a manga adaptation, and as you can see the art style is shoujoshit as fuck.
Precure is anime original.
Can't wait for next week.
Mana's Parthenon mode kick!
How does that affect the production of Precure?
Best part of the episode.
Which wasn't that hard
The point is they are both shojo magical girl shows aimed at little girls and come on in the morning
Hey guys, this might be a surprise to you but SOME people actually liked Doki Doki.
one thing that bothered me about the ending, Aguri is shown to still be in elementary school, yet Regina is shown attending the same school as Mana, weren't they implied to be the same age?
Was machamp one of your favourite pokemon?
The baton pass is my favorite moment of a sentai season
They were, but Regina always seemed older.
Do not underestimate the power of the Yotsuba Conglomerate
Yeah I thought about that too. I guess Mana couldn't keep her dick in check and used her seitohaicho powers to pull some strings.
Can't let Mana keep going without Leginuh.
They confirmed in twitter that Regina was just a bit older. Though just a little bit, so yeah, it doesn't make sense at all.
>girls with crayons
I'll never be able to insult Kawano again.
>My confidence increased with Gaim
Blame Urobuchi for that. In the hand of most writers, Gaim and its elements would be a horrible mess by now.
Don't worry, the shit flinging will continue throughout HaCha's first 3 weeks.
Remember "Smile Defense Force"? Just remember this post, Hacha will be hated as well.
She's not even the seitokaichou anymore by that time
That reminded me of Honoka's SHIPPAI NANTE ME JA NAI
Yeah I know, but Toei did make a good decision that paid off. Whether this can continue, I'd like to believe so
But the Smile Defense Form is not a myth. I've seen people seriously arguing that Miyuki was the best leader in the franchise.
If Aguri and Regina are basically two halves of the same heart, how comes Regina can fly normally while Aguri can't?
I'd like to remind you that Smile is still not widely appreciated by any means.
Not everyone is a troll who will get tired eventually. Many people just honestly didn't like that show, same with Doki.
Shh, sleep now. It's over.
Not like she needs to, there's no family book proving Regina's actual age which is two years old.
If Regina and Aguri are the same, how come only one is in New Stage 3?
damn right it is
Here's my biggest question, how hetero will HapCha be?
I wouldn't mind if we went back to Fresh or even Y5 levels if they could execute it well.
not to mention the whole 'training montages = character development' thing they had going when someone argued that Smile had practically no character development
Because Ange was fundamentally evil, so Regina is the stronger one. Remember, Ace is two-thirds of Ange, and is still weaker than Regina.
The Boukenger/Gekiranger one still gets me so hard
but Heartcatch was shit
I hope Yes 5 levels if they execute it well. Remember, we got a very influential guy from Yes 5 back as director or lead writer, one of those two.
I miss Regina
>Jan's character before/after
It's funny every time
There will be ikemen.
Megumi lives with a boy.
Toei should really do an animated "passing the torch" scene with Precure
>missing paper-flat, bland characters.
No, he lives in her apartment complex
Living with a boy is too lewd
I KNOW RIGHT?
Fuck, I had forgotten of that.
Seriously, what's so hard of admitting something you like is flawed or has faults?
>Megumi lives with a boy.
No, the boy is her neighbor and childhood friend. He won't win the Megumi, sucks to be him.
That's some intense shit taste.
They live under the same roof, ergo they live together!
Only trolls think shows have flaws. That's what half of /pc/ thinks at least.
I'd assume the existence of ikemen to the point where the leader of the Precure worldwide is one is part of that influence
Last for Doki did nothing wrong.
Can't wait to see it with Tokkyuger.
Last for Mana a shit.
Last for DokiDoki did everything wrong from the beginning.
>Last for DokiDoki did everything wrong from the beginning.
No, that's just not true
Last for it didn't.
Last for I want to suck Mana's cock
Last for NUMBER ONE.
One final Mana cocksucking.
last for doki was great
Reset the thread.
LAST FOR MARA WORST PRECURE EVER
Aguri was the best character so Doki was the best precure.
I'm just going to pretend Doki never happened.
Flat is justice.
last for doki
Doki a shit
I just realized why I didn't like the second half at all.
First we had SoL. And the n we had Regina.
But what I wanted is Regina SoL, it's what made her so interesting and lovely.
DOKI NEVER DIES
/pc/... /pc/ never changes.
last for precure is for manchildren
Mana a shit
No seriously. Aguri is the best cure.
More like KusoKuso
MANA A GARBAGE
precure a shit
Doki was good.
Dokidoki was the only Precure I watched from beginning to end each week.
Doki a shit, Mana particularly so.
I'm going to recharge my happiness by watching Doremi instead.
MANA WORST CURE
