Any of you faggots watching Go! Go! 575? Pretty much the only anime this season, bar Mikakunin that has that SoL atmosphere.
I take it a lot of people missed out on it because it started airing later in the season and HS/CR isn't doing it.
I'll put it on this list eventually.
Definitely. It's been pretty good so far. Still waiting on episode 3, but first 2 episodes have been great, especially since, like I mentioned in OP, we're lacking a good SoL this season.
>You may or may not end up liking them.
Strange+ is the only thing on there I just couldn't sit through. It was just not funny at all. It's somehow worse than Pupa.
Do they actually do any idol things? I was going to put it down before, but I just couldn't pin down its genre.
I am now, thanks.
Nope, the only music is the op, they just make some haiku here and there.
At the moment, no. First episode, right at the end, they brought up the idea of calling themselves Go! Go! 575 and becoming idols, second episode they fucked around at some bridge. Both episodes ended up with them being wet and taking a nice bath.
I'm not sure if it's ever going to actually develop into a proper idol anime, or just them doing pretend idol things. At the moment it seems more like a regular SoL than anything else. But it could change.
You won't be disappointed, I'm sure.
>No Astro Fight SunRed
Character designs remind me of oreimo. Same person or studio?
Just finished episode 1, seems a nice watch and its got that relaxing atmosphere.
>Character designs remind me of oreimo
I thought this, too. Hiro Kanzaki did the character design for this and Oreimo, and it really shows.
I like this character design a lot, though (one of the main reasons I watched Oreimo until the end), so I'm certainly not complaining.
>its got that relaxing atmosphere.
This is what I love a bout it.
It's not a short.
I'll do something about Strange+ eventually, maybe replace it with Falcom Gakuen. I disliked it too. Should Saipu be on the list?
1. My new OTP is Azuki/Matcha
3. Needs to be longer
4. Yes I am watching this
5. Download Kotoba Colourful
I guess it depends on what you want to do with the list. If you're making a comprehensive list of short anime, keep Strange+. it deserve to be there given it's a short. Some people might enjoy it as well.
>Should Saipu be on the list?
I've not seen it yet, but I'd say yes, anyway.
I'd ad any short, as long as it isn't complete shit that will get people to avoid shorts, kind of like Pupa, unless you're just adding really good shorts.
I was also wondering about Robot Girls Z, though. The episodes are less than 10 minutes each, but they're always released 3 at a time. It's fucking amazing, but since they release 3 at a time in one slot, it's debatable whether it's a short anime or not.
Who was she? I hope, if she becomes relevant, she's not a shit character. I really like the two MCs at the moment.
It only has 4 episodes in total.
Oh, wow. You're right. That's really disappointing. I was looking forward to a good 12 episodes.
A school haiku champion being jealous at the duo maybe.
This is one short series.
I thought Robot Girls Z was 10 minutes on the dot, and thus counted as a half-length anime. If I'm desperate, I might actually put Pupa up there and give it a genre tag under "Comedy". I'm still undecided with Strange+, but there's enough mediocre stuff on that list that people do like, so it might be gone after all. What I don't want to do is ask /a/ for their opinions on what should stay on the list, because >opinions and people will be calling for shorts like Senyuu to be pulled off the list, when it's actually not bad and certainly great compared to some of the truly bad ones out there.
Also, a comprehensive list would be too difficult and include too much shitty shows. And I do value opinions, but I don't want to directly make a thread and ask what shouldn't be on the list.
>I thought Robot Girls Z was 10 minutes on the dot
I think you're right, actually.
