So what does /a/ think of this show? I thought the girls were pretty cute. Surely it didn't flop solely because of that bullying incident?
I don't know about the flop/sales whatsoever, but for me it was a good show.
I liked the characters and this distinct realistic vibe, apart from the whole supernatural shenningans. I simply loved the romantic development how it transmuted their friendship.
It was well worth my time and I'm currently collecting physical copies of the manga that goes out in my country.
Didn't like the random happenings much, but dereban makes the show watchable.
I really enjoyed it, but that bullying incident surely turned people away.
Don't remember what episode it was, but I dropped it when they were at the hospital. It just got really, really stupid.
What was the bullying incident about?
I enjoyed the body swapping arc, but after that not so much
Well if you happened to drop it before they chose who had to die, I will tell you this, no one died.
9/10 it was okay
I came for the Horiguchi Yukiko, I stayed for the Inaba~~~~n
It flopped because outside of the first and last arc it was kinda boring
it's great anon.
it's just Japan with its shit overreact scandal makes this won't get second season
I feel it went really downhill once they stopped swapping bodies and starting throwing their emotions around.
I feel they could have done so much more with the first arc, but it was a normal "one problem per episode" drama and it really had no repercussions in the following one besides a line of dialogue.
Not to say it was bad, but it just felt empty. It reminded me of An Natsu de Materru or Anohana, but with less impactful drama.
Well fuck, thanks, i totally missed that.
Really shame that we will likely never see rest of this animated.
And novels were pretty much unaffected by the scandal. Ending the story as intended, and even adding one more as a bonus.
Takuma Terashima and Hisako Kanemoto are pieces of shit
And after all of that brouhaha Mutsuhiro Ichiki is still jobbing
I'm still amazed how Miyuki Sawashiro and Aki Toyosaki basically kept mum about all of this.
Bullying aside it wasn't really interesting.
What a waste of animators' and scriptwriters' efforts
Body-switching > Thought-projection >> De-aging >>>> Disinhibition
It's literal Forced Drama: The Animation, but I really liked it. Heartseed is such a dick.
If it wasn't interesting, novels won't be as successful as they are, same for the game.
It have loyal following, and boycottfags along with dickspammers are piece of shit.
