So is LoGH actually good? or does people say its good to justify watching 100 episodes of Space Opera?
It's great. It's /a/'s favorite series to spoil for new people though so good luck with that.
Here's a hint: it still has fairly regular threads on /a/ despite being over 20 years old
It has a pretty slow start, but it gets really fucking good from then on
Just watch it
Yes it's good. Now get the fuck out and watch it before someone spoils it.
chinese guy dies, right?
There are a couple other people as well
Just a couple
It's like he's still trolling us after he left.
LoGH confirmed for moeshit
It's like code geass in space.
The art was bad and the show was boring. I dropped it at like episode 60.
I don't think anyone could sit through 100 episodes of something without liking it first
liked till around 57, then I feel like no point watching the rest. just like death note when L dies.
It's pretty good if your choice in headwear includes fedoras. If not you should probably avoid any anime that touch on politics, it's always cringeworthy
It's amazing, made me tear up twice throughout the series.
Season 1 is slow, you'll probably like the empire episodes a lot more.
Season 2 is alright, you'll watch it more/faster than you did season 1.
Season 3 is one where after a certain point you'll marathon it, then an event occurs after which you'll get depressed and not want to watch it anymore for a while.
Season 4 wraps it all up, you'll get through it quick.
I honestly loved it, you grow attached to the characters and you feel with them, especially reinhard towards the end.
It really just all depends on your taste friend.
It is alot different then most of the stuff we see now a days and some people like it and some people dont. It covers the stories of alot of different people though mainly two certain ones.
If you enjoyed Crest of the Stars theres a good chance you'll like this
Though If id say something i didnt like about it, some of the logic behind some of the tactics and strategy they used didnt make sense to me.
What the fuck happens around episode 57.
>some of the logic behind some of the tactics and strategy they used didnt make sense to me.
This. It's Napoleonic field strategy in 3d space. Doesn't make any fuckin sense.
oh and I absolutely enjoyed just about all of it otherwise
>favoring Reinhard and the Empire over Yang
It was fine most of the time, I understand the author sacrificed some of the realism of what a space battle might be like for the plot and drama of it all, so I'd say its better then just not making sense period, there was a decent reason I suppose.
But yea some moments I just had to give it a funny look or two
>tfw watched this over the summer
I still listen to sea of the stars every once in a while to remember it all
8th time putting in captcha, pls work
It's still better than strategy (tactics) in CG.
I'm still pretty mad someone spoiled this for me in a random Gundam thread a couple years ago. Dropped it at episode 7 because why even bother when the whole thing has been spoiled and you know what's coming anyway?
How much was spoiled?
happened around 50 when the blonde became the supreme emperor of the galaxy, I feel like wandy had no point in start a battle all over again, it was totally against his ideology, and I don't believe he was a war fannatic like the blonde either, so wtf, just let the empire rule at least for some time
I still enjoyed it even though I was spoiled on a lot of things.
I was spoiled on most this by lurking the threads, still watched and loved it
You missed most of the best scenes in the show
Its been a long time since I watched that.
I dont remember it being all the bad but knowing that it was a more modernish anime and I was fairly young at the time; yea I could believe it.
If I wanted to watch a good anime, I would watch LOGH.
It was like reading catch 22 for me.
Genius, but I felt the audience wasn't in the mind of the story teller.
it's naruto for /pol/tards.
/a/ is better than /pol/ at knowing politics.
nice meem breh
