Are you listening?
ah yes I love the sound of my NOTE.
Ah shit, it's out?
Is this the part 2 of the OST or something?
Pretty much. Remember how we noticed there were some tracks missing in the OST? They're in this CD.
That's exactly what it is.
That means the BD box is out too. Did any anon get theirs yet?
Why would they chop Katze's glorious mane of pink hair? Blasphemy. DROPPED
Can I get some proper tagging? I don't need another download, just some tracklists.
The tracks ARE called "M06", "M07", etc. They're the tags used during production.
anime is for faggots go do something with ur life
Oh yes. Thanks, OP. This should get me hyped while I wait for subs.
>The three "In the Name of Love" mixes at the end
Just when I was tiring of Gatchadance, too
you dont follow many OST, right?
All it means is that Iwasaki didn't care about them enough to give them proper titles. For instance, Ziel der Hydra's production name was "M-23"
It's easier during production to have clear instructions to "play M-15 at 07:23"
Listening to M27 non-stop.
There seem to be some sort of comments on the tracks of this OST and the previous one in that booklet. Anyone care to shed some light?
Iwasaki's commentary included in the booklets is pretty interesting. Never knew he chopped and screwed the vocals of Gotchaman for Phenex in order to parallel Katze's corruption as a former Gatchaman.
is there a link to the previous OST?
Can't really read them.
Reading those made me realize that whenever the subs showed Katze saying "YUMMY!!!!", it should have been translated as "schadenfreude".
>メシウマ (n,exp) (vulg) (sl) (abbr) schadenfreude; pleasure derived from the misfortunes of others
Goddamn it. You can also probably find some relation to Hajime's constant hunger and how she's shown in ep 12 DC saying that she's hungry as she barely touches her meal.
Don't have enough time to translate everything, but I found the following facts interesting:
Fat Guitar was written for OD's final fight with Katze, and Sacrifice was intended for his death.
Unbeatable Network was written for a scene where the whole world offered their support to the Gatchaman and triumphed over Katze, but of course things got changed around.
M21 was intended for the escape scene in episode 6.
M27 was intended for the first time Paipai becomes determined enough to make a decision as a man. (I think that's what he says)
Yeah, I also thought it was a pretty clever pun.
Thanks a lot.
> Unbeatable Network was written for a scene where the whole world offered their support to the Gatchaman
Wow, that's basically the exact impression I got the first time listening to it.
