Kid Goku replaces Gon as the MC of Hunter X Hunter.
Did anything change?
No... probably not.
Of course not since Gon is carbon copy of Goku except from his appearance.
Goku doesn't go insane after seeing a guy he barely knew die.
Not really. The two characters are very similar.
Maki Aikawa replaces Hisoka in Hunter x Hunter.
Gon takes care of animals.
Goku eats them.
Also going to be funny how much fucks Goku isn't going to give to a lot of things in HxH.
Goku would still go out of his way to help people and take care of animals (on the rare occasion that he isn't hungry)
The difference will be ridiculous during the Pitou scene
Actually, Pitou might end up killing Goku
Goku is less intelligent than Gon and more pure
but otherwise nothing
Goku gets killed around the spider arc (or even earlier).
I dunno, kid goku just seems weaker than gon.
Goku seems to have a higher aptitude than Gon. From the hunter exam to the celestial tower, Goku's gonna power up faster although he'll end up with the same move as Gon.
pitou aint got shit on kid goku
How long would it take Goku to learn nen compared to Gon?
He did a kamehameha the first time he saw rosshi doing it.
I wonder if he'd go SSJ if he saw kite(or someone close to him) get killed by pitou
How does SSJ work anyway?
Does it multiply the default power level, or just add onto it?
half the time
Nah, Goku didn't go SSJ when Krilin first died but if Goku gets beaten up a lot of times he's just coming back stronger than ever.
It worked like some strange set boost. Kaioken was at that point at the 20x or something but going SSJ gave Goku a 100x boost against Freeza.
I think, it's been like a decade since I cared.
Gon and Goku are a bit different.
Both are friendly and full of energy and are relatively straight-forward in their actions, but Gon is a lot less naive imo. He's also much less forgiving than Goku, who'll forgive just about anyone.
Gon is actually pretty deceptive at times. Such as when he wins in rock paper scissors vs Killua, and repeatedly uses it to his advantage before telling him his technique. Goku would probably use it to win the first time, but reveal how he won right away.
>tfw you are literally all wrong
Kamesenin replaces Netero.
How do you like the fight with Meruem now?
Roshi wouldnt suicide.
Well considering he blew up the moon...
I think he got this
Since Goku has been repeatedly portrayed as a fighting genius who learns techniques at an incredible pace (even among Saiyans, as mentioned by Vegeta), I'd say in a similar time frame as Gon and Killua who are both geniuses themselves.
You sure about that?
Makes sense. Like >>100834277 said Goku has a knack for memorising techniques he just saw and developing them himself very quickly.
I... think... nop, you got me, it would bethe same.
I don't know him.
Might as well ask here
If I want to start watching HxH should I start with the old adaptation or the new one?
The new one since the old one ended before Greed Island (not counting the OVAs).
I mean, to literally suicide, like, fucking thrust his hand into his chest and crush his heart while going full EDGY claiming to the Chimaera King that he has no idea about the limitless malice/evolution of humanity. That kind of suicide. I dont know what happens in that Piccolo vs Roshi fight tho, so, yeah.
The first few posts reek of samefagging.
He has the face of a him.
This is what is known as a "butterface"
I have seen both dragon ball and hxh. So the only thing I would say is that DB Roshi, did sacrifice himself (for nothing) since que used some techinque called Mafuba (or something like that) to seal Demon (alien really) King Piccolo into a urn. The techinique would take the user's life in return. Roshi used the technique but somehow failed.
After that last glory moment, he has no chance of fighting any new more powerful enemies and he realizes that so he dosen't fight and is only used for comic relief like watching a dirty magazine every time they show him.
Was Ki ever explained? like, from where the fuck does it come from, or why someone has more Ki than other people. How do you translate Ki into abilities, how do you learn abilities. Thinks like that?
