Do 200 push ups, 200 sit ups, 200 squats and run 20km every day, and then immediately after that read one book every day, write an essay about it, solve 100 hard math problems, design or build something and you'll become God.
>>
>>100816596
if you mean will it help you physically, then yeah, of course it will. Good luck with that 10km run everyday though.
>>
That 10km run is probably enough on its own.
>>
>>100816596
Wouldn't that be counter-productive?
Don't you have to work it up from 40 and then slowly raise the bar in order to prevent fucking up your muscles?
>>
>>100816827

>>
>>100816943
10km seems hard for most people since a lot of the people that work out completely skip on cardio and legs which is actually really really terrible. ANYONE can do 10km if they train and practice.

5 miles is the recommended limit per day if you want to reach the "instantly make girls faint when you take your shirt off" level of body. You shouldn't be running more than 40 miles maximum a week or your bones start deteriorating.

I keep forgetting to start doing pushups to get ready for the Navy. I can do like 15 in a row right now and I need to be able to do 40 ;_;

However, I did do the 9 week Emi running program and my calves look great, I just need to keep training until I can do 5 miles in 30 minutes.

Please post more broscience.

There are plenty of distance runners that run much more than that and have extremely health bones. Now could a fat /a/non who has never lifted anything in his life put in that kinda mileage and not suffer? No but if he starts slow he could eventually.

Heavy free weight (the machinese work but not as well) compounds like barbell rows and to some extend deadlifts if you maintain good from.

If you don't have access to weights then pullups and rear delt isolations like reverse flys and basic prehab shoulder movements with a small dumbbell would be you best bet.

Also just pure conscious effort. You need to stop yourself every now and then and try to pull yourself into the correct position as often as you can. Make it a habit.
>>

If what you're doing is working then keep at it.

But once you start to stall for more than a few weeks, start counting calories if you haven't already and start exercising. Also key note on the few weeks part. You'll have weeks where you gain a pound or two but that's normal and you still will be losing weight in the long run.

Though honestly I would still recommend you do some basic strength and conditioning either way since it will help you feel and look better. And obviously it usually helps with weight loss.

It was a hot summer day and I was in my workout room benching 1200 pounds. My abs were flexing and girls within a 10 mile radius were getting wet. Once I was done with my daily 32 hour workout I called one of the bitches I know, Senjougahara. She is really damn hot and looks like a supermodel. SO I got into my Lamborghini Gallardo and reved it up to 40,000 RPM (this is an Italian import with special engine system). I got onto the freeway near my house and threw it into 8th gear, I hit about 600 mph and I could hear the sonic boom as I broke the sound barrier. As I was flooring it on the freeway like a badass, Senjougahara called me and said she wanted me to fuck her. So be it.

I came to a full stop from 700 mph in front of her house. These Ferrari’s have top notch brakes, you know. So she gets out of the house and walks up to my Bugatti and starts eyeballing my dick. I could tell she was staring at it because when I looked at her I noticed she was looking at my dick. Booya.

Flash forward 10 minutes later. My 30 inch dick is going inside of her vagina, hitting them walls. I’m holding her entire body up with my left pinky as I’m fucking her and she has 30,000 orgasms. She looks me in the eyes and she says “harder.” V-TEC just kicked in, yo. I blow my load so hard she falls off my dick. There had to have been about two pints of cum everywhere. People say I cum like a pornstar, I wouldn’t disagree with them.

You got two boards, X and Y.

People talk about X in X and Y in Y.

People who talk about X in Y and Y in X are saying "I am someone who enjoys both X and Y". These people are guaranteed to be much more like you than someone who talks about X in X and Y in Y. So you get a lot more cordiality.

/fit/ was way better when everyone was on a journey, and not just sitting on the sidelines laughing at people who are still on theirs.

I can but they're not going to do nearly as effective as a basic barbell routine. Honestly, fitness is simple. All you need is a few heavy compounds: a press, squats, deadlifts, rows and whatever isolations you want if you feel like doing them at the end of the workout. Nothing else is going to be nearly as effective.

With just a pair of dumbbells all you can really do is some pressing and dumbbells rows. You can try to do squats with them but that also won't do much with such low weight but lunges are decent. You can sub this in with a calisthenics workout but again don't expect great results.

>>
>>100820553
Actual person you're responding to here.

It's still the same process. You would come out of skinnyfat so much faster with the heavy compounds. You can still drop weight and build some muscle with just diet, calisthenics and dumbbells. But to really get that image you want you're going to have an extremely hard time acquiring it without barbell training.
