10km seems hard for most people since a lot of the people that work out completely skip on cardio and legs which is actually really really terrible. ANYONE can do 10km if they train and practice.

5 miles is the recommended limit per day if you want to reach the "instantly make girls faint when you take your shirt off" level of body. You shouldn't be running more than 40 miles maximum a week or your bones start deteriorating.

!00 of any of that is pussy shit. I do 300 as a wake up warm-up, and I wouldn't even consider myself /fit/.
The 10km run is the only thing you'd need to work for, and doing it isn't going to get you any athletic records.
Completing this everyday would just make you a guy with good stamina.

Heavy free weight (the machinese work but not as well) compounds like barbell rows and to some extend deadlifts if you maintain good from.
If you don't have access to weights then pullups and rear delt isolations like reverse flys and basic prehab shoulder movements with a small dumbbell would be you best bet.
Also just pure conscious effort. You need to stop yourself every now and then and try to pull yourself into the correct position as often as you can. Make it a habit.

Hey that was on one of the running mixes I downloaded a while back.
If what you're doing is working then keep at it.
But once you start to stall for more than a few weeks, start counting calories if you haven't already and start exercising. Also key note on the few weeks part. You'll have weeks where you gain a pound or two but that's normal and you still will be losing weight in the long run.
Though honestly I would still recommend you do some basic strength and conditioning either way since it will help you feel and look better. And obviously it usually helps with weight loss.
To which I would reply if you loved your waifu you'll take care of your body so you can take care of her. Who doesn't want to get old with their waifu and not die at 60 of a damn heart attack.

I can but they're not going to do nearly as effective as a basic barbell routine. Honestly, fitness is simple. All you need is a few heavy compounds: a press, squats, deadlifts, rows and whatever isolations you want if you feel like doing them at the end of the workout. Nothing else is going to be nearly as effective.
With just a pair of dumbbells all you can really do is some pressing and dumbbells rows. You can try to do squats with them but that also won't do much with such low weight but lunges are decent. You can sub this in with a calisthenics workout but again don't expect great results.
Really the only good /fit/ threads are the dedicated threads like the olympic and powerlifting threads. The rest is like water down /b/ antics with the occasional good thread.
Remember that it has to be for 2 years straight, no stopping, and you can't run the air conditioning or heat at any time.

It's still the same process. You would come out of skinnyfat so much faster with the heavy compounds. You can still drop weight and build some muscle with just diet, calisthenics and dumbbells. But to really get that image you want you're going to have an extremely hard time acquiring it without barbell training.
