Recently finished Gosick. Anyone else seen it, and if so, did you enjoy it?
Dropped it at episode 5, the mysteries were bland and the husky voiced gothloli was even blander. There was better shit to watch that season.
It was good, though it sucked at mysteries.
Really good show.
one of my favourites.
I hope we get a second season with Gosick Red being recently released.
Absolutely loved it, one of my favorites ever.
I fucking hope so, I'd cream my pants.
The pretentious gothloli wasn't loud enough so I dropped it at ep 2.
Daily reminder that we had one (or was it two?) volumes out in English but Murrica didn't buy enough so it was canned.
Bones at their finest.
Wonderful love story.
I should rewatch it.
One of the best Aoi Yuki works. She really put emotion into that.
is [Broken] better than UTW"s [Victorique]?
Broken uses the same subs just edited. If you're talking encode they're basically the same, but I'd say Broken's is better. I only took them because their release is insanely smaller 'cause they weren't shitheads with FLAC.
It appears to me that they both used flac...
So, what do you mean?
>allowing lossy audio on any of your machines ever for any reason
So what's the plot of Gosick Red? Still the samething as Gosick?
Yes they both used FLAC, I'm saying Broken wasn't retarded about it.
Split the line because I don't trust moot. FLAC is just a waste of space most of the time unless they know how to encode so it's not fuck-huge for little gain.
>"1931, New York. Victorique and Kazuya now live new lives as private detective and newspaper reporter. Victorique is asked to handle a case regarding a string of murders related to gangs, while Kazuya heads to a news coverage of a well-known psychiatrist famous for "curing the psychological traumas of (his) patients by using the science of the heart". The mystery of the serial murder case lies in the fact that the scenes of the crime, the methods of killing used and the profiles of the criminals vastly differ from one another, while the psychiatrist utilizes the mysterious dream diagnosis for counseling. Before long, a link forms between the two cases, transforming into a dreadful conspiracy..."
Oh, so they're just investigating stuff in New York now, thank you. Might be fun.
But are now married instead of the "will they won't they" crap.
>But are now married
Worth just for this alone.
The shinigami and the gothloli get married? Glad I left when I did.
10/10, this better be animated. Wonder if there's going to be any change into Victoria's appearance.
My mistake, Victorique I mean, I've been playing Victoria for too long.
Seriously one of my favorite Aoi Yuki characters.
Fuck you, nigger.
I cried at that part.
So did I. All that bullying that she's a Grey Wolf and doesn't have emotions, but then she just breaks down. It was extremely unsettling.
Didn't really understand what was going in the story midway but, kept watching anyways.
>finish watching gosick
>decide to browse /a/ before going to sleep
>see this thread
I thought it was mediocre at best, though the end was heartwarming. Though I am drunk and have been while watching the last few episodes, so don't take me too seriously.
I remember loving the MC in the first episodes (holy shit using brass knuckles against a fucking polearm), but he wimped out eventually.
At least it had the most adorable little thing in the world called Victori___.
What was happening again in this scene? I don't remember.
was meant for >>100820386
Tears of joy. She finds out she's pregnant.
I liked it. The whole wolf and family drama thing was weird and the whole war thing at the end just came out of nowhere. To be honest I only watched the show because of Victorique and stayed because I dont drop unless something is utter shit.
Best part was that Train scene where the ED started playing and Kujou kept running.
