>Fruits Punch Samurai/CurryButt
But with as many metathreads as before, it seems.
I still see Mordin and Clammy occasionally.
I do, they were all shitposters of the worst kind, This place is better without them.
That being said, I will now pretend to not know them to hurt their egos even more, since this threads are made by them jsut to see if people still remember them.
>proceeds to make a thread about shitposters
Three of those were the same person who offed himself.
I haven't been here in a while, someone offed themselves? Which one of the tripfags?
Still around and easy as ever to spot without his trip.
hate just posted in another thread so you're wrong you dicksucker
I do. Some of them were funny.
As long as lolis need to be protected, he'll be around, eh?
He's been trying to shit up Zvezda threads this season.
how is this thread still alive?
We have no mods, Maybe the number of reports has decreased.
I miss SHiN hate threads
because this thread is populated by anonymous tripfags bumping the thread for their name's attention, obviusly. I mean it's obvious:
and you, Park Ranger.
Thank god tripfags are a dying breed, good riddance.
I see no evidence of this, to my dismay.
"Neo" /a/ will be just fine, because Anonymous is still here.
Is komeiji still shitposting? I remember he used to make a big fucking deal out of that k-on nyan slut, but I honestly haven't seen him at all lately.
Then again, I usually don't pay much attention to names/trips. Out of that list I've seen/heard of taiga, lanced jack, yotsuba and shin.
He committed trip suicide and took his shitposting to the welcoming arms of MAL
That bastard's always been bouncing around that bastion of buffoonery. Good riddance to Sheldon.
Good riddance. But he was fun to troll.
I unfortunately have to say otherwise. /a/ is declining in quality, and it's near it's end-state already. It's no one's fault, just a natural product of the internet becoming available to more and more people. It started with /b/, then /v/. We've seen this headed our way for years. I have to praise /a/ on putting up the best fight out of any community, but it's a losing battle, even if it's slowed. Rationality and independent thought is no longer the norm, having been replaced by emotionally charged and repetitive argument. Even now, I'm hesitant to use this reaction image, for concern someone might just derail this into a pointless OreImo argument. Over time, as the users overturn, the board loses sight of things. Waifus and such were once a joke. /a/ has not always condemned being socially capable. You were always expected to refrain from bringing those things up, but there wasn't the stigma there is today that not being a loser was something to look down upon. I'm not saying anything ridiculous like "everything is shit", things have simply changed.
/b/ and /v/ have always been shit, and /b/ by its very nature was always the worst board on 4chan.
It was shit but it used to be a different kind of shit before 2008.
I recomend you go foolz digging sometimes to take your nostalgia googles off, we are not as good as we were in the pre SnK stages, but /a/ is definitively not in a bad state.
You a) just got used to some shit so you consider it old and not funny
b) have nostalgia googles clouding your vision.
/a/ is pretty much the same.
This thread is horrible and you niggas should feel bad about it.
/b/ went south quickly, no doubt about it. But even a few years ago, even /b/ didn't tolerate the social meetup posts and whatnot we see going on now. And /v/ undoubtedly had a time of relative quality, even if its now ancient history. The old "/a/ and /v/" relationship if proof of that.
Change can be good. Be glad 4chan and /a/ aren't the same way they used to be 5 or 10 years ago. Now, regardless of the inevitable decline you seem to predict, we certainly won't have to blame the lack of tripfags for it. Attention whores are the worst kind of cancer, and only a handful of tripfags don't fall under that label.
>/a/ is pretty much the same.
Let me guess, you came to /a/ in 2012.
>as we were in the pre SnK stages
It's funny that you think that's when the downturn started.
Glad that this is well known.
What I'm interested in seeing is, if it ever comes, 4chan after it's peak in popularity. If it dies out over the years, will it return to how things were prior to the flood of users, or will things just stagnate without recovering?
