Are there any other good anime that deal with the concept of AI?

Pluto

Madoka Rebellion.

Boku no Pico

AI is a really interesting concept, would be nice to see something new Eve no Jikan tier coming out.

There were shreds of something interesting in Gargantia, but it was overshadowed by boats and squidpeople.

Pluto was great, but it didn't really focus on the AI or their problems. Sure, the characters were robots, but it was all pretty established in the universe and already dealt with.

Pluto dealt with very human problems with AI as characters.

Kowarekake no Orgel

Metropolis

You're better off reading books for that one.

Orgel didn't treat AI as different from humans. For all purposes, Flower was an adopted human girl with extreme optimism and a case of Clannaids. It was "machines can be loved like humans, if they're similar enough to humans".
