>Audio is english by default and subtitles are disabled
It's not like its that difficult to change if it bothers you so much.
You can just set mpc to default to jap audio english subs, it's how I solved this problem.
>Audio is german by default
Change the default, idiot.
>OPs and EDs completely cut out
>Label subs as Japanese
What media player are you using?
I hope it's VLC mustard race
Fuck that .gif. I hate it so much.
Fuck that shit
>OPs and EDs in single separate files
I appreciate this
>not using MPC-HC
>Dual Audio where the english dub is better
>Japanese and subtitles by default
Don't shitpost man.
eng:eng|f; eng:off; *:eng; *|d;
Same, unless the op/ed is really good it's just a bother having to either skip it or watch it every single time if you're marathoning.
I'm using MPC and this is what I found
Nothing changes when I use pic related though
>Implying this is a bad thing.
Unless the OP/ED plays a major roll, and not just slightly changing over time as new characters are revealed, there is no point in keeping them for every ep. Cutting them out makes for an overall smaller filesize.
Besides it's not like you can't watch them, The OP/ED is always provided as a separate file when subgroups do this.
I wish more groups would do this.
Go to lav splitter properties
Are you using the latest version, or at least LAV filters? In LAV spitter click properties.
thanks, gonna try this now
>doesn't have chapters
God dammit HS, get it together
Using eng:eng|f; eng:off; *:eng; *|d; worked with subtitles, do I do the same for audio except replace eng with jpn?
This pisses me off on so many levels.
You're a faggot.
The only reason HS can do what they do is because it's completely automated. Do you really expect them to manually add chapters for every release?
HS just rips from CR you know
This so much.
I'd rather skip 1:30 than miss the entire OP/ED.
I had this with Nisemonogatari, and 6 months later I found out there's a bunch of really good OPs and EDs.
Nope. Assuming the audio/sub tracks are labelled correctly, it will select tracks accordingly as is.
Fuck I hate that shit too. When I'm trying to marathon a show I don't want to watch the same shitty op/ed 12 times.
What is having the OP/ED in separate files that still play each time at the start and end of an episode and is easy to skip thanks to ordered chapters?
This is only bad then there are 2 sets of subtitles, one only displaying subs for the OP/ED being enabled by default.
Which is why YOU CUT OUT THE OP/ED IN THE FIRST PLACE
Those fucking Berserk BD rips.
On both the Ranma and Texhnolyze torrents I use, the subs got changed when I typed eng:eng|f; eng:off; *:eng; *|d;
The audio still stays in english though.
NO YOU WATCH THE GOD DAMN OP AND ED
FUCKING SHUT YOUR EYES AND ENJOY THE MUSIC AT LEAST
Just hit 'a' and 's' keys
>OP isn't translated
All anime are weekly. Thus, nobody gives a shit about having to watch the OP/ED because you have a space of one week between episodes.
In other words, IT'S A PAIN IN THE FUCKING ASS WHILE MARATHONING
>cutting the op/ed ever
This is never a solution. The only proper way of doing this is to have the op/ed in a separate file with ordered chapters so all you need to do is press one button to skip the op/ed and at the same time it doesn't take up unnecessary space. And in the event the anime in question does not have chapters, it's not that fucking hard to skip ahead using the seek bar. Who the fuck archives TV rips anyway?
When I'm marathoning anime, I'm not in reach of my keyboard. I'm relaxing on my bed.
>no translated credits
Why don't they just spend an extra 30 days doing this?
But sometimes the music is bad.
A pain in the ass? Really? You barely even have to move to get around this issue. How fucking lazy are you?
Is the audio labelled as "[eng]"? Try add "jpn:eng" to the end.
Perhaps you should invest in a remote for your computer.
I prefer to watch it once for the first ep. Then Never again until I'm done marathoning the series.
After that I'll enjoy the OP/ED (that's been cut and put in a separate file) when I please.
The less time spent watching the OP/ED for the 15th time, the more time I have to complete a series and move on. It about efficiency.
Why buy a remote when I can just use my phone?
Maybe you should become wireless keyboard mustardrace.
>Owning a phone
Enjoy your freedoms.
Maybe you should invest in remote software for your phone
Get that remote upgrade bro!
I marathoned SYD and never skipped. Keeping your faith isn't that hard
