a question for all the scanlators out there. in your experience, what types of scanners and maybe even specific brands are good for scanning? in terms of speed per scan (doc loader and flatglass) and quality?
I've been thinking about getting a dedicated scanner (minus the printer) rather than use the family machine in the office for my scans.

if you want to go full on dedicated,try to get something like a ADF will made your scanning faster,if you don't want to spend much,some flatbed scanner like canon ide110 will do the job well.
