>Revealing her identity in the last minute on nationwide TV as World savior
Sasuga Prime Minister
Preemptive /pc/ status: success
>making thread before it expires
Just like the finale of DokiDoki, am I right folks?
It prevents two or more people creating threads at the same time. Happens often.
Insufficient excuse, OP.
>[530 replies] [148 images] [Page 10]
Fuck off Robinho.
Proper fucking thread.
Fuck off nerd.
let's just stay here
As I said, every Doremi sequel was top-notch.
>Nightly /pc/ routine
Oh well, I guess my timing is off.
Finally! It's been a LONG two years since the last one with Suite.
Don't see anything wrong with this one.
That's an edit.
That's the /pc/ edition. The original one has the template for the midriff but it was retconned to have it covered.
Still getting Kanade vibes from Honey
I just came here to say that prophecy about KJ sacrificing himself for protecting Regina from Bel did not die with KJ. The King is still there and so is his fate.
He tried to make this once already and failed.
>I'd rather bump my own thread than support heteroshit
It's a shop. Toei's put the kibosh on navelcures for good. The dream is dead.
I hope she's less slutty
Is Ribbon going to be a single fairy in the entire show like Candy?
Ugly bitchy vibes?
God, that would make shafting Regina for the introduction Ace look like child's play.
Imagine the despair from little girls.
No, there's the dark Ribbon that has shades.
There's goggles with Fortune.
Not true, we've only seen a few forms. They might do it on any of the upgrades or more forms for Honey/Fortune.
She's not slutty, she's just confused about her own sexuality. Hibiki will put her in the right path eventually.
Can't even begin to describe your bad taste
Look at the Popcorn Cheerleader form, it clearly looks like it had a midriff planned for that, but Toei decided to fill it with the white bucket.
Remember girls sins are never forgiven.
The two obvious navel showing forms, hula and cheer don't have it. They're shafted.
>Can't even begin to describe your bad taste
She's easily the least attractive civilian form, with a grating personality to match.
Hope midriffs weren't banned from Precure because Curemoms complained to Toei
Doesn't one of the Aikatsu girls show hers all the time? What happened to that show?
Midriffs aren't anything new to tv in Japan, they wouldn't ban them for that. I'd guess it's the staff if there is any ban at all.
if Fortune had a midriff form I might die. But everyone saying that Honey's cheer form design reeks of last-minute edits is probably right.
Mana a shit.
I wonder if we'll get food doujins for the HaCha
Personally I don't know that it does. The franchise loves its frills as well, the outfit would almost be too normal if the midriff was exposed.
I love you too, Anon-kun.
They even had a pool episode with proper bikinis, but it's a new franchise and the moms actually love it so it's not like they have much knowledge or enough fucks to give.
Shit please go and stay gone.
>But everyone saying that Honey's cheer form design reeks of last-minute edits is probably right.
You got a pic? I don't really see it.
All of the characters do at some point. The entire group even wore matching midriff costumes during the Star*Anis arc and the newest character even performs in an Arabian dancer costume: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=siIFWGe6bL8
I don't know what Toei's deal is.
>no hint of menstrual blood on the front tip and shit stain on the back
Not arousing enough,
im really slow so I only just watched episode 48, I really never expected doki doki to redeem 20+ episodes of shit in one episode
Precure Burger time?
Fuck you. I hope you get raped.
Look at >>100744692 as well
Just Yukko worrying about her weight while fantasizing about desserts for 19 pages.
>She's easily the least attractive civilian form
Sure thing pal
I'm interested in something like that.
Please proceed to >>>/d/
is Yuuko already fanon chubby? I feel like I missed the memo.
Mana a minagiru ai
Think of one Cure. Got it? That Cure is now the main villain in their respective series. Are the remaining Cures competent and powerful enough to stop her?
Most of her fanart is chubbs.
I thought of Mana...
>implying she isn't already the main villain
>Cure Dream, midriff version
I guess Yes Precure 4 can now be a thing.
I really love Rikka. Especially her legs.
Well, sure. But can the rest of the characters defeat her?
It depends. It's a Pink? If she's a leader AND she's Nozomi there's no way ANY Cure would stop her.
Remember, only Nozomi stopped Dark Nozomi.
>A movie in which all leaders come back in Dark forms
I guess Cure Echo fighting nothing is a possibility. I didn't think of that.
I don't think that works for the Futari Was.
Just the leaders would be a bit boring.
What if it was the Cure from each series who had the least focus that came back in a Dark form. And the whole plan was masterminded by Shiho to get revenge on the fact that she never got to be a Cure.
i want to lick not-nagisa's salty eyebrows
They need to transform together.
Yeah, but the remaining Cures of each team have to fight their respective Pinkies, who are controlled by a ancient fallen Dark Precure of some sort
Sadly it will never happen.
Technically the Futari Wa's are leaders since they go hand-in-hand, same with Splash Star.
Everything afterwards is just 1 leader and a whole team.
Oh... that didn't occurred to me at all!
Didn't even remember the Futari Was and Max Hearts needed each other for their transformations. Toei must've realized this security flaw and patched it out with Yes! Precure 5.
They tried that again in Suite but kinda not. Melody and Rhythm never transformed alone, but it was never dictated that they couldn't.
Yes it was. There was an entire episode about that. It failed of course.
Mont Blanc is a lewder version of Haruyama
Which was cool, but then Beat and Muse come and they can transform alone so it's kind of a nerf they have for no reason.
There will never be a cure as great as Mana ever again, will there?
Yeah but the group transformations were oh so Suite
Possibly. I'm more excited that there won't be one as bland as her either.
>[Commie] Dokidoki! Precure - 43 [B8EE02FF].mkv
There will never be a cure as beautiful as Rikka ever again, will there?
Megumi will be Mana Lite.
Certainly no one with that amount of pheromones, no.
They might just make it.
Weren't Marine and Blossom unable to transform themselves alone at the beginning?
Somehow I think they couldn't without the clappings and hand-holdings
No they were always independent. As long as they had their fairies they were fine. RIP Cologne
Blossom had to transform by herself to beat the shit out of Erika's monster form in the first few episodes of HC.
Reika is pretty, but Rikka is prettier.
Anyone have the original textless jpeg
I like this Aguri. She should do this more.
That's great. I don't like the idea of depending only on Doremi for my /pc/
I got this, but don't know if it's the best available.
Well, I'm not sleeping tonight, /pc/.
Come on Tripfag you can do better then that something like, "You should Reflect on your life choices!" or "You're an embarrassment and a failure. You need to improve!"
Oh okay, now I remember. Thanks.
I want to lick Aguri's salty おでこ
That will do. Thanks
Holy shit they remind me of pic related. Spoilered because someone might still be able to sleep.
They look 80 year olds
Not much of a trypophobic myself. I've seen some shit.
Me and my penis can totally hear Rie saying that
No. No. No. NO. NO. NO. NO.
I hoap you burn.
Eh, I've seen worse.
Aguri is a proper lady
>5 episodes (6 if they don't make it before Saturday)
>3 days until 49
>5-8 days until Doremi subs
>10 days until HaCha
Depends what they're aiming for.
Nigga, this is a christian website!
Don't know what you're implying
Man, basically everything about Aguri's design is perfect haruyama fuel. (I know that pic isn't his, just sayin'.)
Look at that face. SHE WANTS THE ICE-CREAM TO DROP ON HER LAP BAD
Would you help her clean it up?
Oh my sweet god.
Sometimes I wanted so bad to know how to draw, anon...
Have an Aguri.
Oh god please don't do this to me anon...
Where did this come from?
What's this from?
Never give up, because I believe that drawing anime gurlz is a skill where practice can eventually overcome lack of natural talent. One of these days I'm finally buying a graphics tablet and hitting the books.
G-g-g-g-Gamification: the Anime
The MC was even more alpha than Mana, somehow.
17th Century Philosophy-tan and The Social Contract
I honestly feel bad for Nagisa. I know what it's like to have annoying roommates that annoy the shit out of you.
I was the annoying one.
No wonder it was a shit show.
Looks like a Smile version of Aguri
That poster looks like it was drawn by Araki somehow.
Thanks anon ~♥
These stairs are fucking huge.
And steep as fuck too.
>Toei's notion of perspective
Oh no Makopi !
That is so fucked up.
I miss Joe's hat
At least Mana didnt hit her face or hair
I'm gonna miss this show, some of the girls were a little boring at times but all of them were charming.
The episodes after the Lovely Pad and the climax shall remain as the best of this series.
>Flamenco holding a rose
I won't be able to handle this form
OH SHIT NAO WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING
> Lacrosse manga by Araki
Shit would be fabulous.
But is she going to put it in her mouth?
Welp, that sounded lewder than I'd thought it would.
She's gonna hold it tightly between her lips.
Let the wink stay and you can have my boner.
I just wanted to protect that smile ;_;
>implying Mana needs protecting
You don't protects that smile.
That smile protects you
let me tell you about protecting smiles.
I'll miss Regina
What's with that image quality?
I'll miss Regina's bow.
You'll see her in the cross over movies.
Holding a miracle light... maybe.
Whoa, you can't post that on a Christian imageboard!
These two together could achieve world peace.
Those hips would bear such healthy children
Every time I see this image, all I can think is "FUCK is Hibiki ever flat"
I'm always too busy looking at her cheeks to notice.
Remember these faggots?
I've almost forgot about them
Has it been established the level of hetero HapCha will be having exactly?
POnOs in vagOOO leves of hetero
She ain't that flat, the 'Precure Modulation' frames of her henshin have a noticeable mound.
We have a childhood friend and some ikemen on the Cures' side. If there's not hetero I'll eat my straw hat.
Looks like something around Fresh levels.
>She ain't that flat, the 'Precure Modulation' frames of her henshin have a noticeable mound.
Especially her school uniform.
What if Mana was a boy?
Ako surely enjoyed cheating by using her outfit to beat the other Suites.
It wouldn't be Precure.
can't beat these
Hey /pc/, just finished Suite now. A few threads ago people were saying how Hibiki was the best pink, and I really couldn't see where they were coming from as a Tsubomi fan. And then the last episodes happened. Holy fuck, I couldn't even believe how perfectly she handled Noise with her philosophy of accepting everyone and everything. Even when the other cures had given up or wanted to resort to plain fighting, she stood behind her feelings and tried to save him. I don't know if I just have a thing for redeemable villains or what, but it was just perfect. It probably helped that everyone except Noise was controlled and therefore not responsible for their actions. Also, totally called that Noise would be born from humans. I wonder if Symphogear drew its inspiration from that.
So more about Hibiki—she seemed to have a very slight sociopathic part during Seiren's redemption. She came up with the name Ellen out of nowhere and just kind of forced it on her, which was completely different from back in Fresh where Setsuna made her own name.
I think Suite is now in my top 2 alongside Heartcatch. Next up is Yes5. And it might sound strange, but even though I have 4/5 full series to watch, it feels like I'm going through them way too quickly. I fear for my eventual backlash and the hole it'll leave in my heart. Also, pic related: are you serious, Doremi-CureCom? You had 48 episodes. Not to mention the last two had timestamps in them.
Thanks for eating my outer spoiler tags, moot.
>She came up with the name Ellen out of nowhere and just kind of forced it on her
Seiren introduced herself first as Ellen, probably what her human alias would be on Earth/Kanon Town. I guess Hibiki dusted it off for her redemption arc.
I can't imagine them suddenly taking a big turn with hetero after Doki Doki. I'm betting it'll be like SS. Friend gets like 5 episodes of him being tsun while MC stays oblivious. Other guy seems a bit too old to be a love interest.
<s>Either way I'm shipping LovelyxPrincess hard</s>
it's funny, there was a bit of a debate a day or so ago over whether or not Tsubomi, despite being one of the best written characters in the series, was actually a good 'Pink' given her leadership of protagonist qualities, or lack thereof.
A different time than this, right? I don't remember hearing Ellen's name before, but maybe I just watched it too fast. And Hummy was a way better fairy than I would've expected. Normally those annoying voiced I don't really mean that, airheaded, and super happy types end up being annoying, but I liked her from the very start.
It's truly amazing how Toei managed to go from one of the most well written, likable, enjoyable mascots in the franchise to arguably the most despised over the course of a single year.
>those spoiler tags
Fuck I'm tired.
Chiffon wasn't that bad, dude.
Candy is a shit, but I hated the fairies from FW and SS much more.
For a second I thought Rikka was going to die.
It was episode 1.
Okay can someone explain to me why in every single doujin ever everyone loves Mana.
In the last one I read they all loved her enough to become eternal sex slaves after she had her mind broken by a bunch of dicks.
Like I'm just curious as to what the actual reason is everyone loves Mana. It's straight up omnipresent in every single fucking precure doujin and I don't get it.
Literally the first episode, the very first scene we see human Seiren.
It's a joke on how everyone in the actual series would be like that if it wasn't a little girl's show?
I think most people tend to forget since she introduce herself really early and then nobody ever mentions her name anymore.
I sure did, and I've seen many anon here asking where did her name come from, so you're not alone.
>In the last one I read they all loved her enough to become eternal sex slaves after she had her mind broken by a bunch of dicks
Funny, usually Mana mindbreaks her friends to become her sex slaves, but for a doujin of a bunch of guys fucking her and THEN becoming her sex slaves despite mindbreaking her is new.
Mipple, Mepple, Porun and Lulun annoyed the hell out of me, especially the latter two. But the fact is the 4 of them personality wise seem to exist on a slider going from tollerable to wall punchingly annoying, Candy on the other hand is on that same slider but at the wall punchingly annoying point with the knob ripped off.
It's sucks even more that the series also gave us one of the better fairies in the franchise but he's practically non existent for the majority of the series.
Because it happens in the series too since it's Mana Sue: The Show
They don't have their own goals and dreams, everything they do they do it for Mana. They even try to like Regina for Mana.
Okay but why.
Does everyone love Mana in the show too?
Is it just a running gag?
Because Dokidoki is really a harem. Only actual little girls dont realize it but everyone else does.
Because it has shitty writing by a person who hasn't worked on Precure before and doesn't know how it works.
>Does everyone love Mana in the show too?
Staff favoritism. You should read the interviews.
>Does everyone love Mana in the show too?
Dude, she's the production team's collective pet. She's their prized character.
Everyone loves Mana in the show. They have a group were they literally pass their love to her for her to shoot it out.
Well to be fair that's more Traditional then anything else.
Have you only watched Doki or something?
Not for Precure. The closest thing was Yes 5's alien magical butterfly attack and even that was more of a group thing since they all rode it.
In Japanese media in general Everyone passes their power to the red/pink. Holy shit man.
I'll take that as a yes
Not him, but Both Fresh and Yes!5 cures kind of did that.
The other cures weren't completely cut out of the picture in those though
Wasn't Fresh like a relay race or something?
Yeah, can't beat the Mana sue.
You don't feel that it's different at all? They at least participated in the group attack in the past, they may have let the leader launch it, but they did something.
Doki is seriously just the characters, all speaking at once because they're not allowed to be individuals, telling Cure Heart that she now has their power.
HaCha is nearing it's premiere.
Going to miss Dokidoki though.
So some of you wanted to know what artists have a large collection of pics of specific Cures?
h26r sure loves Ellen/Seiren.
If Suite's ending was so good then why did Gatchaman's ending suck so much?
Now that it's almost over, is there anything new that Doki did that you liked? Is there anything from Smile or the past seasons that you wish Doki did?
because toasters up shark scrutinize
More character development wouldn't have hurt. Should have cut Ace's arc shorter for that, and less shafting of delicious Rosetta and Diamond.
>is there anything new that Doki did that you liked?
>Is there anything from Smile
>or the past seasons that you wish Doki did?
Everything. Give me back my precure Toei, please.
Doki did everything right. Especially Mana.
>is there anything new that Doki did that you liked?
As in focus on a shitty plot, purposefully pull a plot swerve just for the sake of being different and have a clear main character that all came together to turn it into a mess? Overall, Doki's worst fault is its wasted potential in the form of every character except for Mana.
>Is there anything from Smile or the past seasons that you wish Doki did?
There could have been more fun or just go the full cliche route and have Regina become Cure Ace instead of Aguri. The show really lost its footing when Aguri came round.
Worst season. It was okay until Regina got comatosed and the plot progression just stopped.
The finale was also really silly for what they had leading up to it.
Anything new? Yuri harem antics were amusing as well as the bizarre amounts of gay everywhere, though I suppose I wouldn't want every season to have it. Also, having the Cures be proactive and the villains be the ones saved by the plot was amusing. Plot focus was a nice change of pace as well, and we need more battle butlers in Precure.
Well, mecha would have been nice, but other than that, not really.
Eh, I like Doki as it is. More CQC and better animation would have been nice, I suppose.
>is there anything new that Doki did that you liked?
New? I couldn't tell as this is my 3rd precure. But I liked the whole mistery behind Aguri, Regina and Ai's birth.
>Is there anything from Smile
Maybe the comedy and the group chemistry.
>the past seasons that you wish Doki did?
The Heartcatch action I guess.
The whole reveal with Aguri, Regina and Ange could have been foreshadowed and been handled a lot smoother if Regina and Makoto got to interact more.
he also drew Nozomi (getting tentacle-raped by her own tentacle)
What were they "leading up to"?
And now that that we've been through two extremes, with Smile having next to no plot and Doki having a heavy focus on plot:
What should Happiness Charge be like?
A happy medium.
Barring that, I suppose I would have the latter. Heck, throw in a crime syndicate and shady government dealings for the intrigue.
I liked the focus on plot and story. I liked the competent leader. I liked the sixth ranger out of nowhere. I liked the villain turned friend without turning into a precure. On the second one, I like that Doki is different, so no.
Whatever, we idol cures now. No plot, no fights, no nothing. Franchise drop, here I come.
In general Makoto was the character with the biggest wasted potential (I was really happy that she saved Heart this last episode). Alice a little too but she, just like Mana, kinda had every issue solved since the beginning.
>Is it just a running gag?
It's somewhat of a VA joke taken to an extreme. Her VA is notorious for her harem of other female VAs.
Trashy characters and trashy story. I really can't find anything likable in doki.
Why did Ai's cry give energy to the Jikochuus again?
>she saved Heart
Mana wasn't being held or anything, she would have dodged the attack. It felt useless and forced. Like, "hey look, she's supposed to be useful too".
Because babies are innately selfish.
Y-you're supposed to have forgotten about that!
Would you say that it was forced competency?
It's a bit unclear, but love and selfiness seem to be 2 sides of the same coin, hence why the power-up giver can give power to both sides. Heck, Regina is made out of love.
Ai sort of creates a force field of positive energy. When she cries, her powers weaken, and the Jikochuus become stronger because they are no longer nerfed by her radiation. It was explained in the show.
literally the worst fairy ever
I assumed that she was maintaining the pink glowy field of destruction.
She had just used a way too powerful attack that left her with no energy. Why do you think she got unconscious?
Does people usually bitch this much in /pc/ threads?
There's always a salty guy complaining. When the episodes air they leave, but return after they want to keep bitching.
Yes, assuming we are actually discussing the show.
Smile hatred was brutal last year.
Sauce? That sounds hysterical
It had a more serious tone prior to Lance pumping up
It's pretty traditional.
Little girls like to bitch.
I loved Lancezilla (and that wasn't even the climax of the fight) but everyone is different, I guess.
Personally, I don't chicken out, and complain through the livewatch threads too. Though my replies are often lost in the endless sea of mindless "amazing" "best episode" etc.
It became serious again soon after that though. I suppose one could consider the selfish cells silly, but they felt integral to the episode.
That happens when people are enjoying things. If you actually read the comments you'd see they do say why or what they think is good.
I don't complain in livewatch threads because I don't watch Dokidoki. I dropped it around episode 25 and am here only waiting for Hacha.
What if Mint had Destructo Disk?
Just in when I catch the right moment.
Well, this thread is pretty much dying huh?
Don't know what I'm doing to do after the final episode.
Ded franchise. Ded thread.
But anon, I wait all night or day for people to come.
C'mon thread, feel that minagiru ai and go all ドキドキ!
Go fuck yourself, Mana.
I want Ace to flutter me
Well, look at the time. It's Bully-Yayoi-O-Clock
but why would you ever bully Yayoi? shes so cute
Thats the best kind of target
N-not because I like her! Certainly not!
Aoyama is a good artist when he tries.
The secret of Passion's leggings.
Erika always has to be different.
They contain many wonders.
I want to pilot a robot with her and beat an Akanbe with her
>want to go to bed
>panic and come back here
>feel that I'm possibly going to sleep
>panic and come back here
What have you done to me /pc/?
So I'm looking to try out Precure, but I have no idea where to start or what to expect.
How long do they usually run, and should I expect any sort of continuity or development? Or are they just monster of the week with a big bad at the end?
And what's the best place to start? From what I've seen, I like the designs in Heartcatch, but I don't know anything about any of the series other than looks.
I'm finally caught up on Doki after falling behind a bit over halfway through when I get bored of it.
Most of the show has been mediocre at best but they've done a really good job of tying everything together with this ending.
After Aguri and Regina's origins were revealed, everything seemed to make so much more sense.
The dog will win Da MANa. Mark my words.
Just sleep already. We'll see you tomorrow anyway.
Holy shit, why didn't their classmates give any fucks about Rikka or Makoppi? They risked their lives too ;_;
Because this is Mana Mana Precure.
Only Mana revealed herself, according to Anime law the other two were protected by their transformation... Except for Alice... But her father has money so he can screw the rules.
>How long do they usually run
Around 50 episodes
> and should I expect any sort of continuity or development? Or are they just monster of the week with a big bad at the end?
A bit of both. It's Monster of the week but most of the episodes are used for character development and there's always an overarching plot that pops its head up every so often
>And what's the best place to start? From what I've seen, I like the designs in Heartcatch, but I don't know anything about any of the series other than looks.
Probably Heartcatch. Anywhere is fine except for sequels and DokiDoki because it's shit.
HapinessCharge starts in less than two weeks so if you want to watch it weekly you might as well hop in then
Fuck off, Doki is great. Let him watch it himself and judge.
I love how that picture got on.
When was the last time Nozomi even GOT focus? DX 1?
Doki wasn't that bad. Stop misleading the newfriend. Our main suggestion is to not watch Futari Wa and Splash star one two.
Alright, well, cool. Thanks. I guess I'll give Heartcatch a shot and see how I like it. I'm really digging the look of the characters, though Blossom's arms look like they're freakishly long and they kinda weird me out.
Feel free to tell us how you enjoy it. Heartcatch is a fond memory for us all.
You can start anywhere really, you wont miss anything from any previous series. I havent seen everything but from what I have
Heartcatch is what I started with and I would recommend it for starters.
Fresh is also a decent pick though the QUALITY kind of hurts. But everything else I found really solid from start to finish.
Smile is probably the most fun and enjoyable one imo.
Because this faggot is the one who started cheering them. The others just followed.
Speaking of which, this scene caused a lot of butthurt on 2ch.
This thread needs more bitch.
There's 3. which one do you fancy more?
I fucking love heartcatch, but I don't think I could sleep well if I don't plug Suite.
What a fucking angsty bitch. Worst precure.
Unless Hime (which judging by her character profile) is a bitch, then yeah.
Yuri is not the bitch in Heartcatch, I'll have you know.
mildly improved version
Erika is a pure, hyperactive girl. Yuri is a cunt.
Thank you, sir.
But Yuri is best cunt. Ako & Aguri a poop.
hey hey hey, Ako is a cute
I said that when I first watched.
She gained some likable points eventually though, unlike Aguri.
Well I never disliked Aguri so maybe I will warm up to her. She's gonna need a lot of development though.
I knew SOMEONE was going to say that
need a cunt punt?
Why are you guys Bullying Yuri?!
Hasn't she had enough for you Monsters?!
>That beginning in the Halloween episode where Mephisto becomes a doting father
Holy shit thats wide.
Ako has reached wide?! How can that be?! How can a Bitch achieve Wide?!
>"Ka ka ka, she had help after all."
It's clear...She's acquired abilities of Black Hole with the help of MINNNNAAAMMMMIIII
Oh wow, Bel really became the final big bad.
You thought we were joking when we called it? Splash Star ruined it for us forever.
That is creepy.
I didn't think it would actually happen. Or Bel would go down pathetically like he did when he went super.
>you will never get gains like Bel
Mana's bare shoulders were out of control and so was my boner.
This is my fetish and I swear bad end precure were supposed to have it.
I'm ready to cry bitch tears when Rikka kills Ira.
Toei better not fuck this one up.
when will we get a black precure like from bizzare jelly?
Soccer moms won't allow us to have black people in anime.
Isn't there a black chick in pokemon now?
I should watch doreimo one day.
I want to watch Doremi too, but just like with Precure, I have no clue where to start or if any seasons are connected.
Precure is unconnected except for Max Heart and GoGo, which are sequels to the seasons immediately preceding them. Watch whichever team you like best.
Doremi is all connected, watch from the start.
Chronological, they're connected I think, I'm only half way through the first season myself
There was for Best Wishes, but since the new season started, she's been rotated out.
She was also the least liked main girl and they had to bring Dawn back for an arc to calm the spergs down.
Oh no, I meant that the same questions I had (past tense) for Precure, I still have for Doremi. Sorry.
If that's the case then I better get started. It's only five seasons right?
We even get brown males, but all girls are pale skinned.
What the hell, Toei. Just a brown cure for 2015.
I wanted to like Iris but her hair is terrible and her outfit isn't as good as the other female MCs.
Am I reading troll subs or is this for real?
That's pretty much my reasoning behind disliking her as well.
A trollsub that adds mature themes to a children's show? That would be something else.
No trollsubs. For some reason, Doremi could get away with anything.
>Doremi could get away with anything
Such as good writing
I want my hamburger-loving american/half-american precure already.
Mana turns het in last episode for him, mark my words, producers needs to tame Mana yuri side to something normal aimed at little girls last moment.
giant enemy crab
With a nice body.
Just started watching Smile as my first PreCure show, and I just finished episode 2. How much longer will I have to deal with AKANBE?
Also, March in the ED makes me so hard.
>How much longer will I have to deal with AKANBE?
For the rest of the show
>How much longer will I have to deal with AKANBE?
Every episode. Precure is a monster of the week series.
Till the end of the show
But is is akanbe every time? I mean, surely they'll have to fight the main villains or something different eventually, right?
It's not much of a bother, I was just curious. I managed to play through all the DQ games as a kid, so yea I got some resistance to it.
Their noses change colors after a while, and a new villain is introduced.
But this is the honeymoon period! The first ~12 episodes of Smile are great.
Be aware that Smile is very light on plot though.
Mana dies in last episode
I wish we had mid season break for working in my Precum backlog.
Pretty much yeah. They fight the main villains when needed but for the most part its vs Akanbes.
If you want a spoiler about Akanbes
Like this anon said, they eventually get new nose colors. I think after the first color change is when the main villains get swallowed by the Akanbe and control it from the inside.
The Akanbe get upgrades, but it's hardly a difference.
They do fight the generals starting at the midseason climax (which is probably the best midseason in the series), and again towards the end of the show.
Is that the episode with the girl worried about her stonking tits?
Poor Souta. He just wants to get the girl he likes wet.
I want to Honey's honey.
I thought Dokidoki was great up to the point they introduced Ace. They basically threw away all of the established character and plot development up to that point in a panic when they realised they had to pad things out for another 25 episodes.
The most positive thing I can say is that it's been great for yuri fans. No major male characters and literally every female seems to get wet at the mere sight of Mana.
The change in style, becoming less episodic and more overarching-plot-driven, was excellent.
The only thing I missed from Smile was the higher average visual quality.
From past seasons, I would have liked a real super mode. The wings are great, but they would have been even better as part of a fancier design.
>I thought Dokidoki was great up to the point they introduced Ace.
I actually agree with this.
Before Ace it was pretty GOAT. It's not even that Ace herself messed it up, it's just that the writing felt like it took a hit
>The most positive thing I can say is that it's been great for yuri fans.
I'm not even sure if even I can even call that a positive anymore as a yuri fan
Remind me when's HaCha again?
When all of your happiness gets depleted. Only then will it air, so you can get your happiness charged.
Same time as TQG right?
>Not sure I can call it positive anymore
I meant date, sorry.
When in doubt, anisearch has nices graphs for this kind of shit.
I don't know what TQG is.
Dunno. Felt like it was just so focused on Mana's reverse harem
ToQger starts feb 16.
Well dang, one week after huh?
2nd of February to the sixteenth are two whole weeks.
Two if math done good.
Something new for me. Can't tell if I should be happy or depressed
Obligatory. PreCure version?
I'll be sad when Kyoryu ends. ToQ doesn't seem exciting to me, I don't have any fluttered feelings for it. Someone went to an early screening and said it was like Carranger (one of my favorites) so at least there's that.
That's neat. I'm at Sharp now, and I hear the later seasons are at least as good.
We may never know, Anon. I just hope that the comparison was true
which cure? Echo?
I can't wait until Doki ends
Remember when they made Wizard a soccer player for no reason? Good times.
Cure Fortune starting next month
Long live Ganbaride!
Ganbarizing cards are ugly!
It is so on
Sorry can't read that
In Gaim they challenge other dance crews for stage ownership.
I meant the picture, what's going on.
Team Fresh vs Team Baron
like Gaim stage battles
Ok that makes more sense, thanks.
What if HaCha goes full Pretty Rhythm and has a separate team of male dancers?
A shitstorm would ensue
I mean, it seems possible to me with all the mysterious ikemen rumors.
Would they be good guys or bad guys?
Well, wouldn't that enrage parents or something like that? Parents nowadays aren't like back in the 70's.
>[Commie] Dokidoki! Precure - 44 [7609290E].mkv
I would be severely disappointed. PR is fucking shit. Keep it's grubby hands off my cures.
Hmm, they seem to be getting close. Would they be able to release the remaining four episodes within 55 hours?
HC had mysterious ikemen as well. Remeber how that turned out.
We still got 3 or 2 day before stream, right?
Do the math.
SEX = USELESS
Ganbaride cards. Although if they do a CSM Decade driver, I really hope they program in a Precure transformation sound.
Is anyone actually watching these? I mean, I assume they're better than Doremi, but I haven't bothered to compare any episodes since Commie fell so far behind.
Will we ever see the last two Selfish generals?
I'm fapping Phoenix
We already have. Dokidoki never runs out of twists.
Holy shit I didn't even notice those two other faggots in the back.
I guess not, since they're too busy doing stuff somewhere else.
They'll be introduced in the second DokiDoki movie.
Pride has too much pride to help KJ.
Lust is too busy fucking Pride to help KJ.
We'll get an OVA where the Dokis go cleanse the lands conquered by the Jikochuu, mainly by Leva and Gula.
They were defeated before the show started by Sword.
So, does she have a thing for Aiko? Considering her male self-insert character in the romance story she wrote.
>Sword being competent
I want to believe.
She looked like she was doing fine before the other cures showed up.
She was even holding her own against three generals by herself.
I guess the real overall message of Doki is that friends are weakness.
Good guys. They would also get merch tie-ins and promotions.
I wouldn't call her entire country being destroyed and all of its inhabitants but three being dead "doing fine".
Could be worse. The country could've been completely demolished or something.
Surprise attack, no one saw it coming, nothing she could but move on and fight back with obsessive dedication.
MakoP suffering made us all believe Doki would save Precure...
The staff didn't think much of her. She was plot device until they brought Aguri. After that, she became the tag-along.
Just imagine how Doki would've done if Aguri never existed.
Legina was more wasted potential than anyone. She could've been the baddest bitch since Northa but the staff decided that she should get befriended instead. Idiots.
They would've needed something else to send Regina away since she was about to blast the other four Cures. Or do something slightly different, like use the royal crystals to give them a power up. After that, making MakoPi the drill sergeant seems like a good way to go.
killed offscreen by Klondike during his quest for the Magical Golden Whatever.
>They would've needed something else to send Regina away since she was about to blast the other four Cure
Saving their asses could've been another miracle those crystals could've performed.
I personally see nothing really wrong with one sided love for the Cures, unless 2chan really wanted him with Momota.
Imagine if the past precures subplot had been more fleshed out.
Imagine if Rikka and Alice had an actual personality that didn't revolve around Mana,
Imagine if Makoto hadn't become a joke of a character.
Imagine if Regina had become a cure. Imagine if she betrayed the dokis as a cure.
Imagine if the fairies becoming humans played more of a part in the plot instead of not at all.
Imagine, because fuck what we actually got.
Love is over.
It's another of those shows that would've, could've, should've but never did.
They are Mana's parents.
It's true. Regina was a thousand times more fun when she was a gleefully evil character and a foil to Mana's goody two-shoes perfection than she ever was as Mana's tragic lesbian lover plot device. Villain conversions are fine as long as they're handled well, but Precure needs entertaining antagonists too.
Not really sure, actually. I suppose Ai could do what Aguri did like train the precure for the 3 royal treasures but Ai being a bitch would be worse than some new character being a bitch. Nothing really makes sense once you take the three treasures or the fact Ange split her heart in half out of the picture.
Great, less screentime for the current cures while having no direct significance to the endgame.
Rikka wouldn't have a reason to be a precurein first place since joined to be with her. Alice became a precure to protect people, not for Mana since she gave no fucks when they asked her to.
It's not that bad, but I would give you this one.
Cure Regina would have left no conflict left to resolve in the finale since Ace and Tegina would have made up early. The drama of the backstory would have been moot. A Cure betraying love is no cure.
There's no significant place to add a human form other than nice filler and I am ok with that. Davi already has a good support role.
I'm okay with what I got.
Bell-sama! I never thought anyone else watches Pretty Rhythm.
I just hope Toei won't "forget"
I, too am disappointed that we never got much insight into Makopi's past. How was she practically born as Cure Sword? What about the other Cures from Trump?
Now I'm sad about this. Regina was such a fun villain.
Yes she could. Rikka could used her reason for wanting to be a doctor to help people linking into her reason to becoming a Precure.
Ultimately, Alice's desire to protect people stems from when Mana protected her when they were kids. So technically she did become a precure because of Mana.
I kept my yuri goggles during this entire episode
Doremi would often fluctuate between hetero and yuri, doesn't it?
You could just as easily blame her philanthropist parents by that logic. Other than Hibiki's, they were the only rich parents that didn't outright abandon their child.
Out of sheer curiosity, I wonder if it has guy on guy like Doki does.

You guys are such fags.
Let's give it a try.
Rikka will become a cure the same way as originally.
Move the ira episode earlier in season to give rikka another motivation to be a cure besides just Mana.
Let makoto be the veteran cure for the first 10 or something episodes and train the other cures.
Make a whole episode about alice feeling left put ever since makoP joint the group, but in the end decides to be cure batman and keep supporting her friends.
During the legina arc focus more on the other cures and regina and not just mana+regina.
The other cures need to be more important during that arc.
The royals crystals will give the cures upgrades.
Regina has a hard time choosing between mana and KJ but in the end decides to choose for her father's side and accepts at free will to become precure's enemy.
The cures try to find the royal crown ON-SCREEN! Together with joe.
During the treasure hunt, the history of cure empress etc, will be explained.
Honpuka is super creepy.
There are never any Pretty Rhythm threads, and I think fans just occasionally appear in Aikatsu threads.
If anyone wants to create a new thread now is the time.
only hexer made Pretty Rhythm threads
