Wanna talk about old Rumiko Takahashi anime/manga?
Why don't we talk about her latest masterpiece instead?
Yeah, right? I can't stop reading it.
There are people who actually read Rin-ne?
I still read it, though I don't know why.
I do. Rumiko has done as usual on her recent mangas and now there are tons of underdeveloped secondaries with their own shitty love stories, which are still miles more developed than the Rinne and Sakura one.
Who else is excited about the Ranma BDs coming out? I never properly watched the series, just saw scattered episodes on VHS as a youngin.
Rumiko was kinda hot when she was young, it's a shame she never wanted to actually find romance for herself.
They are already out.
Best Ranma amv here
She fell inlove with the sexiest man ever. Cold Hard Cash.
Is she still a virgin
I've been slowly working my way through Urusei Yatsura over the last year. Starts off pretty slow, but it got a lot better as it went. Now I'm at about episode 100.
It's funny I felt the more characters they added in Ranma the worse it got, but in this I feel more characters only help. All the Ryuunosuke episodes have been my favorite.
word up, im pretty sure the bitch is gay on the dl
japan only likes their gays 2D, so thats why she's in the closet
I was rereading Mermaid Saga the other day.
All her other series go on to a gajillion chapters, why was the best one so short?
That would explain why so many of her stories are told from a male perspective.
Stretching it out for a bajillion chapters would have made it less great.
But it could have sustained at least five volumes or so, geez. ;_;
What's the point/ They're all shit except for Maison Ikkoku.
When I was younger my buddies and I used to joke about her afro/swedish/latino/anything-but-asian inverse harem that served her as entourage, mkt team and boytoys.
At least that's the way we saw her being the richest grill at Grorious Nippon.
And the fact that until Inuyasha she was pretty lazy with the male designs while giving the girls in her series extra special attention. Also all those gender confused characters from Urusei Yatsura and Ranma.
Well, she made hotter women anyways.
But most of that also applies just because she was writing for the shounen demographic. Everything but the gender confusion stuff, at least.
They all look familliar.
