Puberty's a bitch.
I still don't know why nobody thought to themselves - if I take knive and kill them I have to suffer 20-40 years at worst and if I banish them to hell I'll suffer forever. Doesn't that sound like a really bad deal?
What about that little girl who had her dogs taken hostage by the fat woman? I can't imagine her with a knife.
Let's not argue about how smart that little girl is - if she'd have been willing to abandon those dogs she wouldn't have to suffer for eternity.
I bet she says "Ippen shinde miru?" as a pick up line
La petite mort
I remember it.
Best pickup line ever.
Is this Jigoku Shoujo thread?
First and second season should only be the canon ones.
Last 2 episodes of each season are the only ones decent.
Conclusion, this anime is just 4 episodes.
Point being a lot of the cases couldn't be solved by murder.
Yes it is.
But she didn't say ippen shinde miru in the last 2 episodes.
captcha completely irrelevant but kinda funny: tittiz sacred
Who's the spider fellow? If it's a big part of the 2nd season I don't want to know yet.
Does it matter?
It's the best line ever uttered in anything. It matters.
you serious nigga? the 3rd season was a masterpiece for me,also i admit the first season wasn't a big deal till the end of it and almost the same goes for the second but the third was really good with the mindfuck part at the end.
jigoku shoujo was always like that
3rd season was not so bad. Also, I liked the episodes that gave backstory to the other parts of the gang.
I don't get why people didn't like the bulk of the jigoku episodes. Is an episodic anime that unpopular of a thing?
them eyes tho
The problem isn't the episodic nature, it's that the stories are flat out bad in how superficial most of them are.
I'd say hit and miss, but some of them are gold.
Which ones make you speak so highly of them?
It'd be friendly if you'd keep it to the first season, which is the only one I've seen admittedly.
I can't remember which specifically, marathoning the whole thing over a long weekend, but from an episode list I'll name Silent Cries, Friends, Spilled Bits, Purgatory Girl, Glass Scenery and Light of the Hospital Ward stand out.
Not him and I don't remember exactly which ones were season 1. but I liked all the episodes giving backstory to the characters (including ending of S1 with emna and the backstory of the hell correspondence itself)
There was the one with the farm (dad dies from alcoholism, other family tried to force them out)
The one were the nurse died was really fucked up because up until that point, it haden't happened in that way before
There was the one with the girls whole family died (brother died earlier in a motorcycle accident)
There were a couple others but my memory is hazy and they were later.
Name them as standouts I mean.
>marathoning repetitive episodic anime
There are people who actually do this
There actually is kind of an arc starting ep 8.
I couldn't stand how repetitive this anime is over the first 5 episodes that I watched. Is it always like this through all the 3 seasons? Does it get any better past the first 5 episodes?
I marathoned Mushishi, Utena and NGE.
It was painful but I couldn't stop.
What is wrong with it?
How can you consider Utena and NGE repetitive and episodic?
There's an arc going on in the second half of the first season, and I'm starting the second now so I couldn't tell.
It does get better, but if you really hated the repetitiveness and you have other stuff you want to watch, i'd say don't bother.
Each season has an overarching plot towards the end and the first 5 episodes of the first season were probably the worst.
Beginning of NGE was generic and only picked up later.
Utena was repetitive as fuck.
But everything was too much fun to stop.
There were some really great episodes. I am not saying that every episode was great but some made you think while others were just outright good.
We can all agree this one was horrible, right? Or actually the end was kinda.
I'd hit it.
Yeah that episode was no good.
I quit watching at some point where it was about some girl with her dog and stuff. I might give it another shot sometime, though I'm watching a lot already, besides the seasonal stuff.
No really. I'd hit it. Hard.
Honestly, why does no one talk about this series. Is KLK really that much of an attention getter?
It's not popular. Was never popular. It's also fairly old at this point
The one with the crooked vet? That one was a thinker, the best of the first 5.
That bitch was annoying, that's all there was to it, so I quit right there, shit characters.
When you lose both your parents and your dog is your only family, we'll see.
N-n-nice trips m-mate... Ho shit, spare me!
It depends--would you be killing them over some petty shit or would it be justified? If it's the former wouldn't you end up in hell anyway?
