Self explanatory. She's my wife.

>>what is the difference between an anime character you enjoy and a waifu? is there a certain point where things go into waifu territory?
My waifu is my beloved, no one else can compare. Before she was my waifu I simply liked her alot and was concerned with her well being.

>>would you feel bad if you left your waifu for a real life girlfriend? if you do still go after girls, do your standards for an ideal girlfriend match the characteristics of your waifu?
The thought itself is disturbing. I seriously don't ever see myself with any woman other than my waifu e it 2D or 3D.

>>what would life be like without your waifu? do you think your waifu makes your life better or worse?
I've lived without my waifu before. It's manageable but it's like living in a world without warmth. How could you possibly go back to before?

>When you like an anime character you enjoy it as you are watching it, but when you have a waifu YOU ENJOY IT ALWAYS. You think about your waifu 24/7 and you constantly things that would please your waifu.

>Of course not, my waifu would approve of me being happy with a real girl and having real sex. And not, there is NO POSSIBLE WAY a real 3 dimensional piece of shit of a woman would EVER compare to my beloved waifu... Hinata-chan.

>Life would be hell and I would have probably killed myself already. SHE MAKES MY LIFE BETTER FOR I BETTER MYSELF FOR HER!

Excuse me, sir.
I would never perform such an atrocity to my beloved waifu.

If she was real I would have her just as my companion, I would be next to her and I would play with her. Have fun doing everyday things with her.

She is a little girl, so her charm is her purity.

If my goal was to destroy her purity then she would not even be my waifu.

BUT I LOVE HER.
That is why I do not see her in any sexual way and I only have romantic feelings for her.
>>
>>100638054

>>
"Waifu" is a meme perpetrated by newfags who don't know any better.

Nothing to see here.
>>
>>100638117
No no no.
I also I have a daughtery and though I have very similar feelings for Ren-chan they are nowhere close to those that I have for Hinata.

I love her enough to marry her.
And though I do not want anything sexual with her I do want to be my whole life next to her.

Unfortunately she doesnt exist and inside her universe she probably wont "grow" much beyond 11 years so I would still reject any thing that would destroy her purity.

But I would kiss her.
Deeply.
Oh yeah...
>>
>>100636089
Personally I think of it as a word you apply to the woman you love deeply. Someone you would unhesitatingly spend your life with.

Well for starters you always hear "You don't choose your waifu, your waifu chooses you." There really is truth to that statement. If you run into your waifu you just feel it.

Personally I'm unsure of that, there are a lot of factors that come into play. I mean for one your waifu really couldn't care less. Regardless I really only have eyes for my waifu right now and am fairly anti-3D so I don't think I need to worry about crossing that bridge.

I definitely think she makes it better. I'm still lonely but it's not as bad. She definitely makes my life better.

>what does the term "waifu" mean to you?
Waifu means your wife, this isn't subjective or a matter of opinion.
>what is the difference between an anime character you enjoy and a waifu? is there a certain point where things go into waifu territory?
You only have one wife, you can have many characters that you like. Waifu is who you want to spend forever with, who you would dedicate your life to. It's a bond. You may like a girl for years before realizing she is your waifu, or it can come upon you suddenly. Many people misuse this term to mean "favorite character" or "character I want to fuck" but they are wrong.
>would you feel bad if you left your waifu for a real life girlfriend? if you do still go after girls, do your standards for an ideal girlfriend match the characteristics of your waifu?
I will never have a girlfriend. That ship sailed long ago and I don't look back.
>what would life be like without your waifu? do you think your waifu makes your life better or worse?
Considerably worse, she is a balm to my soul.
>>
>>100638374
If you were a lolicon you would understand the value of purity.
The reason I think of little girls, atleast in animu, as superior beings much better than any of the other girls
Big boobed semi-mature girls and what not
in animu is because of her purity.

They are childish and innocent, there is nothing to not love of a little girl.

And yes, getting physical with a little girl would be very corrupting for her. Yup, not only in bronze age. Go out and force your dick inside a little girl, see what happens.

No matter how you see it,
My feelings for mai waifu are purely romantic and I do think most people feel this way.

Atleast those with a bit of dignity who refuse to masturbate to their waifus for respect and love.
>>
I might be projecting, but I can't help but feel for some waifufags, their waifu is but a mere mental crutch to deal with soul crushing loneliness. Sure they might make them feel 'happier' when they think of her, and they might convince themselves that they "love" her, but there's only so much you can love a mental construct.

That's not true. You can love a mental construct.

When I was 17 I met a girl on the internet and fell in love with her. I talked to her on webcam for a year every day. I was in love/ Then I went to meet her. I felt nothing for her. I stayed with her for a little while and was just in depression. So I left her and stopped talking to her.

I was in love but it wasn't with the girl I met. It's not like she was a different person. She was the same person I saw on webcam. I was skirting reality and came back from it.

>>what does the term "waifu" mean to you?

A 2D, fictional character that I romantically love, who I wish to get married to, have kids, grow old, and spend the rest of my life with.

>>what is the difference between an anime character you enjoy and a waifu? is there a certain point where things go into waifu territory?

When it becomes romantic love and I've made the commitment to devote the rest of my life to her. I've romantically loved other 2D girls, but they are not my waifu because I am committed to her instead.

>>would you feel bad if you left your waifu for a real life girlfriend? if you do still go after girls, do your standards for an ideal girlfriend match the characteristics of your waifu?

I would never do such a thing, but if I was forced to, yes, I would feel bad. I do not still go after girls.

>>what would life be like without your waifu? do you think your waifu makes your life better or worse?

Far more dreary and dull. I wouldn't have half the motivation to do things as I do now. She makes my life better.

When I realize I've saved too many pictures of a certain character. Also I tend to get a sort of heart achey/longing feeling after finishing the episode or series.

>would you feel bad if you left your waifu for a real life girlfriend? if you do still go after girls, do your standards for an ideal girlfriend match the characteristics of your waifu?
No. Not necessarily, although that's sort of a chicken and egg question. Who's to say those characters aren't waifu material because they have similar characteristics of real people you like?

>what would life be like without your waifu? do you think your waifu makes your life better or worse?
Probably more grounded in reality. I have no idea. I don't obsess over them like an autist. I just try to enjoy them and any discussion pertaining to them.

>what does the term "waifu" mean to you?
Personally important character I am very attached to and would share my life with given the chance.
>what is the difference between an anime character you enjoy and a waifu? is there a certain point where things go into waifu territory?
A character I can enjoy for a variety of reasons. I guess the difference would be the same as between that of a spouse/girlfriend and a girl you respect, like as a friend, or want to bang? To me my waifu started off as a character I just really liked however it eventually moved past that.
>would you feel bad if you left your waifu for a real life girlfriend? if you do still go after girls, do your standards for an ideal girlfriend match the characteristics of your waifu?
First off I wouldn't and if I do ever go full normalfag my waifu will still be my waifu and under the assumption that this event transpires I've likely reached the point where I'm a different person and this question I cannot reasonably answer how I would feel about the situation.

Secondly I like my waifu for her personality, actions, and I find her funny and endearing. If I had to choose a list of partners that are 3D girls, people who are like my waifu probably wouldn't end up on the list.
>what would life be like without your waifu? do you think your waifu makes your life better or worse?
Shes someone I think about a lot and keep on my mind and in my heart. Sometimes when I feel bad or can't sleep at night thinking about her helps a lot. Nothings really changed for better or for worse as a direct result of her though I am a /fit/izen and she has at one point or another motivated me to progress my lifts. Thinking of her also stopped me from doing something really terrible about a year ago because I knew she wouldn't approve of me if I were to do it.

A waifu is a female fictional character who we have some kind of emotional connection to over all other female characters.

I would not feel bad because you can not "leave" or have a relationship with a fictional character; especially a loving relationship because that needs to be mutual.

As far as characteristics, some are more important than others. Body type is medium-low to medium in importance. Personality and interests are very high in my case.

Life without my waifu would be about the same.

Implying you can't see or hear waifus. That's already 2/5's of your five senses, and arguably smell and taste aren't that important.

If you want to degrade 2D with words, 3D love is just loving a bag of water and protein.

Lolicon could be even considered the complete opposite of a pedophile.

While a pedophile feels sexual attraction to little girls and looks to harm them for their own desires a lolicon sees little girls are true goddeses who must be respected and protected.
