Someone explain me why he is /a/ Dark Knight, why he is an omega divine god and why everyone likes him
not again, 8 is 2 cool 4 u
Because when he reaches lvl 36, he becomes Chinese Electric Batman.
>and why everyone likes him
No one does. Because he is a mirror image of everyone on /a/. Therefore, they hate the ever-loving shit out of him. But through all of the hate we have for him, we share the same opinion he does and agree on every point he makes. Although It may seem like we all like him, /a/ instead simply agrees with his every point and value, but don't actually like him. Don't interpret it the wrong way.
So you guys are tsundere about it. Why not.
okay yukino you don't have to go that far
This basically. Hikki is a flawed character who only runs on logic and is unable take into account his own-self or other people feelings, specially about the people close to him.
Bullshit. I hate how you always think you represent the majority when it's certainly not the case. It's easy for you to talk from an omniscient standpoint
>Reader knows they want his dick
>MC is scarred from being rejected a million times, so he became overly cautious
>FUCK THEM YA MILLI-MOUTH SHITLORD
People who hate it are the same horny monkeys who watch harem with their dick on and their brain off.
This is nothing but a show with very socially awkward main characters stuffed with misunderstandings, even though he later becomes aware and dodges several fuckflags on purpose it's still somewhat understandable.
Did we ever argue what the basis of the show was about? We know what the series is trying to fucking convey, it's the character that we were speaking of in order to respond to the OP. Learn to understand the context of a series of posts.
I fully agree that the whole show is based around a crowd of characters and their social awkwardness that prevents them from developing. However, going from the novels, there is signs of development as you spoke of down the road, even if they are negative ones, like 8man dodging all of Yui's flags on the trip.
Regardless, nothing changes from the fact that 8man is an outcast rejected one too many times and has emotional problems that he can't seem to properly develop from and escape from his faulty logical way of thinking. Much like /a/, to your chagrin.
Maybe the author should stop being a colossal cunt and actually develop him properly then.
He is a self-insert character for boys who think they are smarter than they really are.
Take a guess.
He does though in volume 8. Through the fallout of volume 7, Hikki actually starts to care about himself enough to take another option instead of selfishly sacrificing himself. He also asks for help which is a first in this series. He's developing, but in a very slow way.
Oh, has Volume 8 come out? If so, can we get a quick synopsis. In spoilers, that is.
You can look at this site for most of the plot points in the volume. Be warned though, it's someone reviewing the novel so it might be a bit awkward to read.
I like him. He isn't the typical waaah I wish I was popular outcast, he knows what he is and accepts it.
Hmph, that was odd.
Yeah, people aren't kidding when they say 8man is setting himself up for a bad end. Judging by the way this volume ended, I really wonder how volume 9 will turn out.
>Fake smiles by Yukino
>Yui still very awkward around 8man now
>8man on the edge of sudoku once more
Bad end confirmed.
Honestly, it would be the most fitting. But I have no fucking idea where Wataru might take it. We'll just have to wait and see
