ITT Unpopular anime opinions
Android 18 isn't an android, she's a cyborg
Madoka is overhyped garbage from a hack writer.
Shit. I read that as popular opinions.
Blonde = slut
Toradora was gud.
Pink hair = a shit. Always.
Japan has good taste and I am usually pleased with their sales rankings with few exceptions.
There hasn't been an important anime in the last decade.
Naruto is one of the best animes ever made, with a deep and engaging storyline, drawn-out characters, quality animation unparalleled by most studios, and a great soundtrack.
Turning the mundane lives of a group of schoolgirls into something entertaining to watch is a form of art.
Anything relating to Space Dandy
ichiban a shit
Fuck off, these threads draw in the worst streaming dubfag shitters.
Shingeki no Kyojin is not actually bad, people on /a/ just jumped on a hate bandwagon once it became popular.
I hate English dubs
>inb4 mob squad
That is unpopular? That is what makes a good SoL.
HnK is one of the greatest anime ever made even to this day.
I always laugh when shitty tripfags make posts like these.
Hunter X Hunter copied Naruto.
I think Azumanga Daioh was aimed at creepy old guys who want to safely from their television screens witness the innocence of cute girls
Anon, this is UNPOPULAR anime opinions, not popular and correct anime facts
Well I wasn't sure if HnK was still well regarded these days by anyone even in Japan.
One piece isn't that bad and sanji is strong enough to kick all your asses you faggots who make fun of him.
Moeshit is even worse than shonenshit.
I thought the same thing.
An android is a robot that looks like human, a cyborg is a human with robot parts, before they wished her to be human she was an android, that's not a matter of opinion.
Sol anime are grossly overrated here.
Jesus, what a nerd
Attack on Titan isn't actually good, the shitty fanbase that praise it as great makes /a/nons dislike it being discussed. The "hate bandwagon" is trolls that fool newfags like you into thinking /a/ hates popular anime while in reality the same trolls hate on every anime
These threads are not completely shit.
But that's wrong, Dr.Gero used humans and replaced their parts with Robot parts.
Anime characters are just not arousing to me.
How do you people get a boner from Chinese drawings?
Nah, it's good.
Hyouka is overated and the fanbase are children who can't accept opinions
You seem to have made a bit of a mistake in your post. Luckily, the users of 4chan are always willing to help you clear this problem right up! You appear to have used a tripcode when posting, but your identity has nothing at all to do with the conversation! Whoops! You should always remember to stop using your tripcode when the thread it was used for is gone, unless another one is started! Posting with a tripcode when it isn't necessary is poor form. You should always try to post anonymously, unless your identity is absolutely vital to the post that you're making!
Now, there's no need to thank me - I'm just doing my bit to help you get used to the anonymous image-board culture!
but not great. Certainly forgettable.
Above average looking than real women.
If anime dubs had the same quality of voice acting and variety with the actors as the original Japanese audio, I'd probably be watching them instead of watching it subbed.
I don't give a fuck about authenticity, I just don't want to hear Wendy Lee, Troy Baker or Jesus McChildfuck every time I sit down to watch TV.
Green hair is superior.
like 99% of anime out there
I want /v/ to leave
This is also logical.
There's nothing special about the Japanese language, and all things considered English is better in most respects. It's just english VAs are terrible.
We are not better than MAL, tumblr, reddit, /v/ and the other shitholes, we are just as bad, but in a different way.
Most of the time.
SAO was decent and if it wasn't for it's huge popularity attracting all kind of trolls and shitposters bandwagoning, /a/ would have liked it.
There's a reason SAO threads were great before the anime announcement.
Like every SoL anime without loli or supercute girls
Norogami is the best anime this season
Cowboy Bebop and Samurai Champloo are highly overrated. I dropped both of them 4 episodes in simply because they couldn't keep my interest
Anime needs more traps and less girls with huge tits that love to tease the MC
The only people who can't see the appeal of tsunderes are people who need to be constantly coddled and praised 24/7, so that their self esteem stays at a healthy level
Horriblesubs isn't nearly as bad as people make them out to be and I'm glad they exist for people like me who have toasters for computers. Not my fault that Daiz decided to release 10bit 2 months after I got a laptop which was just good enough to play 720p anime, at least at the time.
Len is best vocaloid
All mecha is shit.
No one's stopping you, friend.
I found haruhi to be boring. I dropped it right after the kiss.
You are lying to yourself. Have you ever been to any of those places? They make /a/ seem like the best thing ever in comparison.
I wish my standards were as low as yours.
Having just watched FMA: Brotherhood recently, I feel it may be better than a lot of more recent anime, and I feel stupid for having overlooked it for so long.
Blonde is for girls, you humongous retard.
I'll bet you think Eva is mecha you piece of shit.
I can count on my fingertips the SoL anime that are better than 6/10.
I don't know about /v/, tumblr, or MAL but reddit is seriously one of the worst things on the internet.
>The only people who can't see the appeal of tsunderes are people who need to be constantly coddled and praised 24/7, so that their self esteem stays at a healthy level
KyoAni ruined anime forever.
I hate J-pop shit and I almost always skip all openings and endings.
All archetypes are shit, no exceptions.
The concepts of Lolis fighting in giant robots may be the most autistic thing conceived by any director, and I can't believe people actually buy the merchandise.
Not that I'm surprised, it's a perfect formula for otaku cash. I just can't believe how gullible they are
Opinions, not facts.
Madoka is among the most well written anime and easily the best anime of new decade thus far.
CR/HS aren't bad, people just enjoy bitching at everything
Mirai nikki is pretty good.
Jojo's bizarre adventure is boring
Witch craft works is AOTS
Madoka is extremely overrated
FMA brotherhood is easily one of the best anime that has been created
SAO is more entertaining than Log horizon.
DBZ, HnK and JoJo are all 5/10 at best
I skip most openings and endings, but it's because I normally marathon shows, and the ending and opening time tends to add up. 26 episodes, ~3 extra minutes, that's an extra hour, which is about 3 episodes of another show.
Of course, if the opening and/or ending is good enough, I'll watch it anyways, but that's not often the case.
This is an unpopular opinion thread, madoka circlerjerking threads are created daily
agreed. The vast majority of openings and endings are not worth watching more than once, and a few of them are even worse than that! Why people insist that watching something that YOU'VE ALREADY SEEN BEFORE is "part of the experience" will forever remain a concept I just never understand.
Also, j-pop is just as bad as western pop, though I do have some guilty pleasures http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7_QydNXI_ok
I make a point to avoid series where there is any sign of multiple girls going after the MC.
Innocence is a 10/10 movie that people just can't see because they don't watch it enough times.
Steins;gate is highly overrated shit with unrealistic characters, that was made only for japan NEETs to relate to, and not better than 2 other ; titles, which are horseshit too.
Its not per say bad, but its not very good either.
SnK S1 had some epic fucking moments, but the copious amount of filler I saw, especially in the Late-Trost and Post-Female Titan arcs pissed me off a lot as I wanted the anime to not feel like each episode took as long as the manga does releasing and they failed me.
Cuz you know the series is clearly shit.
Blame Love Hina
Yuri isn't any better than yaoi, people just think it is because they can fap to it.
FPS is important.
Also this >>100569407
Was Love Hina really what gave birth to most of the haremshit shows?
You can't take SnK for granite you know.
I think it was the Tenchi franchise.
But LH took it to a whole new pathetic level
Toradora was shit
Darker than Black S2 was very enjoyable.
No. But it was the first to explode in America, so it is oftenly blamed for it.
Magi is a good shounen
You can for all intensive purposes.
Nobody would go that far with their appraisal of Madoka, hence unpopular opinion.
LN and VN adaptations are the cancer killing anime.
You've never actually been on reddit have you. Now go ahead and call me a faggot or whatever if it makes you feel better
I partially agree with this. I actually can't fap to two girls going at it, but I still find two girls being romantic more entertaining to watch than two guys being romantic, even if it's done the exact same way.
Today isn't opposite day.
Everybody and their dog loved Toradora!.
I'm not going to call you a faggot but just curious where you came up with that conclusion
I realized it on my first watch. Best anime movie of the 2000's
Nisekoi is great. All the criticisms of it being plotless are silly since not every series requires and relies on plot progression. Who complains about a lack of plot in Non Non Biyori?
>the exact same way.
Yaoi relationships aren't portrayed the same as yuri one.
Well, no, they're not. But even if they were.
How is this an unpopular opinion
The fact that you think that reddit is seriously one of the worst things on the internet gave it away
Because so many people keep watching VN and LN adaptations.
I was exaggerating
Most anime popular in the west are genuinely good series, even if the fanbases might be shit - and that tendency primarily exists because they're some of the first anime people see. If K-On or Madoka or even LoGH was a hit on Cartoon Network they would have fanbases just as bad as Naruto's.
It's the father of modern harem.
I liked Innoncence more than the original.
Half of the threads are about LN adaptations are half of the things we talk about here I assumed /a/ liked them.
Steins;Gate wasn't even top 5 of 2011.
>that was made only for japan NEETs to relate to
Of course.It's a visual novel.
VNs are fucking garbage and you have to be a complete no-life otaku to enjoy one
I think Gunslinger Girl was only made for lolicon who want to self-insert as the girls' masters
Evangelion is seriously overrated. It's a clusterfuck of pseudo-philosophical ramblings and annoying characters, punctuated by brief bits of admittedly cool mecha fights. It's the kind of metaphysical garbage you'd expect to hear from stoners who look at the night sky and go "whoa dude."
I really don't like Evangelion
And modern tsundere
Unpopular, but true.
That's a popular opinion.
OMK and Hammerbiscuit are shit
and if you like those titles, then your taste is shit
Hachiman is unintelligent and a terrible person.
Wait, it is? I thought all of 4chan loved Eva.
There is nothing that all of 4chan either likes or dislikes.
It's just a very polarizing series in general. You'll see Eva in a bunch of 3x3's but you'll also see it derided as a clusterfuck just as often.
Who told you that?
Moé SoL anime is for more mature viewers than Harem anime or violent battle anime.
Trigun is the best space western. I.e. better than Cowboy Bebop and probably better than Outlaw Star.
The first FMA anime beats the shit out of manga/Brotherhood, especially in the soundtrack.
K-On! is better suited for little girls and their bi-curious brothers
He also needs to take a statistics class. Does anyone actually take this guy seriously?
I've been watching anime for a decade now, watched several series, and I think a.) anime has become stagnant, b.) I have become way too jaded for the medium now, or c.) both. This is incredibly ironic because I love Touhou and some VNs. I am not a DEEPfag either by the way.
What's the point of samefagging if you aren't going to use a funny reaction face?
>anime has become stagnant
>I have become way too jaded for the medium now
Not sure if this is unpopular, but I agree with all of the above.
Every time I've ever made a post on a board stating my opinion of Eva, the only responses I ever get are 2DEEP4U replies.
True, i thought i was the only one.
I like it but I agree it's not the best anime like /a/ make it look.
I honestly don't understand how it got popular. It was like watch a lot of filler episodes, it has some good episodes but I don't say it's good.
Guilty Crown wasn't shit
Wow, what an unpopular opinion.
Ponyo is a creepy fucking movie and should never have been made.
>trips speak the truth yet again
Further, Miyazaki Hayao is a lolicon.
What this anon said. Enjoying Nisekoi a lot. It's great at what it's supposed to do, which is being a lighthearted comedy featuring harem and it's tropes.
Proof or your opinion really sucks
The incest vibes in Grave of the Fireflies really fucking creeped me out.
By that rationale, it'd be unpopular to like Space Dandy, and it'd be unpopular to hate it aswell. That doesn't make sense. Fuck you.
There is no hard proof, but the fact that the protagonists of his movie are always young girls is a tad suspicious.
There's implied incest in that movie? I was too busy being depressed to notice.
But wasn't he a big advocate against lolicon?
Or you think that just a smokescreen to hide his dark secret?
It is possible.
What about My Neighbor Totoro? Nigga loves his naked lolis.
Inazuma Eleven isnt that bad.
Fanservice is incredibly annoying
Shoujo and Josei archetypes are better than Shonen and Seinen ones.
I thought it was intended to show otaku how fucked up it is that they were fapping to other "girls with guns" manga/anime.
GG was a lot more brutal and realistic about the emotional/psychological side of what would really happen if little girls were used as trained assassins. Other series' were just fantasies.
Harems are fun and the Tsundere is almost always best girl.
Lucky Star is fucking great.
Not the early episodes, those were really fucking boring.
I want to re-watch it
FMA was better than brotherhood in every sense including the plot.
Conqueror of Shamballa was a good movie too.
Why does the whole world hate Yamakan, anyway?
I just read these threads to laugh at all the stupid people.
Not that guy, but there's not really much of a difference between the Yamakan directed episodes and the other ones.
I liked Dokuro-Chan.
He should be selling his body to men instead of not selling anime.
Yeah, I hear sheelple like to laugh too
I really don't, but episode one was just mundane and dragged on for too long, but I never dropped it because I hate myself.
Speaking of Miyazaki, this movie was boring. Spirited Away was his last good movie.
Not the anime, but I actually liked Usagi Drop's manga ending.
Posts like this are especially funny!
Kill yourself. I have nothing really against father/daughter incest, it just didn't feel right.
This isn't unpopular opinion.
I feel he should've raped her while she was still young.
This show disappointed me
Well I see people bitching about it all the time. I guess it's hard to judge exactly.
The execution and development pre-ending was meh, but the result was satisfactory.
It was, that was the nature of their relationship.
I want there to be character development and plot arcs in SYD including romantic triangles and more male characters
I think Hyouka was Kyo Ani's best work and really loved the ending.
Attack on Titan is not 2013 AOTY.
>GUILTY CROWN IS AMAZING
It's not, it is Non Non Biyori.
One Piece is too short of an anime.
HxH is as bad as OP, which is worse than Naruto.
Mirai Nikki is the greatest love story ever told
That's a weird way to spell Oreimo
The drama in the latter half of Chuunibyou season 1 didn't feel out of place, and the show would have been much worse if it was a plotless comedy.
You still can't call it incest. Anyway, if I had to undo something, it would be the 10-year timeskip altogether, but not the ending itself. As it stood I wouldn't have had it any other way.
And that's my opinion.
I don't know why people like Attack on Titan so much. It's got some neat ideas, but the show is bogged down by boring characters and terrible pacing.
Man, I want to watch but I don't want a disappointment. /a/ has changed me.
Watch it faggot
Just watch it, it's enjoyable as fuck and you'll realize that most bad things /a/ says about the show or the characters are lies. You won't be disappointed, it's really the only anime that has had me shaking of excitement and adrenaline while watching it, and the manga is on /a/'s recommendation charts.
Brotherhood was better than the original FMA.
>Where I live, quite a few disagree with me
Trust me bro, you wont regret it.
This guy knows.
Its how /a/ is with Guilty Crown.
When Guilty Crown is quite a great anime!
Homura did nothing wrong
>Len is best vocaloid
How do I hold all this amazing taste.
Just thought you should know that the animation was pretty bad. And you'll probably hate the MC for being a Shinji.
I agree with everything except for the last line.
Animation wasn't bad.
Though I agree with second comment.
None of the girls from madoka is particularly interesting as a character nor I felt attached to them or their fates at any point in the story. The interesting part of the show was the whole world-building and engaging plot, but it wasn't character driven at all. It was like watching a few leaves flowing down a river and wondering where they'll end up.
I'm so glad these threads never mention Kirino not being shit
Hayao Miyazaki is an failed Al Gore wannabe whose movies are cliched to hell and back, with the exception of the gem in the mud, Lupin III and the Castle of Cagliostro.
I thought sword art online was shit
>there, i said it
It was, during the second half.
The first half was golden
I agree with this
I liked Madoka but nowhere near as much as everyone else
Kirino is not shitty
COURAGE PUNCH was one of the best endings I've seen.
Eureka Seven was really fuggen shit
Kirino is shit but you're an idiot if you didn't realize the show was headed down the road to Incestville at the beginning of the second season.
She is, but I like her design.
Now this is a shitty opinion.
Not unpopular at all.
Bitchy violent tsunderes are always the best girls
>Bitchy violent yanderes are always the best girls*
>Pic definitely related
Yanderes are pretty shit if I do say so myself.
Tha'ts because 2deep4u is a joke.
It probably really is too deep for you though considering your post.
Yuno is literally the one waifu who is not wonderful.
Absolute trash, single-handedly ruined Mirai Nikki.
Threads like these are proof of it.
Would probably read again
I think that Tenchi is to be blamed more than LH
Tenchi has more similarities to the typical harem MC than Keitaro
Some love should stay forbidden.
WTF DID YOU SAY ABOUT ME?
I think End of Eva is one of the best, if not the best anime movie ever made.
Get out and stay out
Animation was fine and Yukki gets things done. He might do it while extremely nervous, but he does it.
Yandere is shit
That's not unpopular
I really liked Tegami Bachi, but no one seems to remember it or care.
Geez, I didn't know :(
>Yuki is my only friend
Yuri, yaoi and traps are disgusting and make me feel physically ill.
Tsunderes are the worst and need to start losing
usually when they do they tend to be the best girl or at least not the worst
But they do lose. All the time. It's just that they don't lose series where their name (or something relevant to them) is in the title.
You never see a tsundere win in a series where she isn't established as the victor in the first episode.
Because they are the best
Non Non Biyori wasn't even the best Slice of Life of 2013, let alone best anime.
I guess I've just seen too many shows where they win recently
Wow you are special and are in a very small minority!
just don't watch series where the main heroine is voiced by Rie
Louise anon, do tsundere ever win in series where the tsundere isn't in the show's title?
Zero no Tsukaima, Oreimo, Shakugan no Shana...all of these have tsunvictory, but the title gives it away in all of them.
My top 5 favorite anime are as follows
Steins;Gate I read the VN but same thing so it's up there fuck off
Spice & Wolf
I also tend to not download an anime unless it's something I know I'll like, I'm fine with streaming since I'm not going to download 26 episodes and then drop it after the 3rd.
Harems are good, clean, family fun.
>Tenchi has more similarities to the typical harem MC than Keitaro
Tenchi talked back to the girls and even made them upset numerous times to get them to behave better. The girls also had their own personalities outside of wanting his dick.
Keitaro let everyone walk all over him and emulated the highschool crush of the girl he was chasing after. Keitaro being a grass eater was the only factor in the girls liking him. The girls are defined by their archetypes and never once go against them.
Servant x Service was the AOTY
I think you meant to quote >>100577238 instead
I'm not seeing much controversy, here...
Code Geass was one of the best anime of the past decade. I'm not saying it was well written or had a brilliant story line but it was by far the most enjoyable and entertaining anime I've ever seen.
Pretty sure /a/ hates SnK and streaming anime
Berserk was no more than a 14 year old's edgy wet dream, Toradora has the most unlikable bitch as a romantic interest in any popular anime, the only good works by Satoshi are Tokyo Godfathers and Paprika, and the Monogatari series has only gotten better with each season.
If you think that's an unpopular opinion you need to leave.
You really need to watch more shows and stop streaming.
I have a backlog and no I won't stop
I like stories that make me sad, it's not something I regret and if /a/ doesn't like it well I'm not leaving so you can kiss my tooty :^)
Paprika is terrible you need to watch memories.
Tenchi girls pretty much wanted his dick from the word go and he had barely any personality especially in the OVAs. Tenchi embodies the main problems I have with harem MCs in that they are given anything despite never actually earning it. Tenchi just happened to be the prince of an alien superpower and just happen to stumble across several alien women that are after his dick.
Keitaro has problems but barely any of the girls liked him from the start. Everything in the series was against him and his situation only gotten better after years of torment, disappointment and getting beaten. Something Tenchi never actually faced.
Kaiba's ending was kind of shitty.
Kyousougiga's ending didn't bother me much, and it's probably my AOTY for 2013.
Nichijou and Nichibros are the two best comedic SoL anime respectively.
SYD S2 is my personal AOTS so far.
I hated both Cardcaptor Sakura movies and never watched season 3.
Gankutusuou was the most visually appealing anime ever made, Gurren Lagann did an amazing job of summing up the entirety of all hotblooded mecha shows while managing to reach the top 5 mecha anime, The Legend of Black Heaven was good enough that it should have been considered a classic, and all harems/multiple girl anime should be done in the format of Amagami as it was absolutely perfect and there wasn't a single bad girl.
ToraDora! was shit.I don't understand how anyone could like it beyond the first 5episodes where Taiga goes crazy about Ryuuji drowning and then still feigns interest in his friend.
The entire series just meandered along with illogical conflicts like the fight in the classroom, Minori wanting Ryuuji to be with Taiga from the get-go or trying to run away from home and all in all it felt more like one of those shitty teen disney channel movies.
I'm not denying there's any serious, thought-provoking stuff in the show - otaku wouldn't buy it if it didn't have a good story to boot.
But moments in the series where Jose gives Henrietta the camera, or her caressing his shirt, and someone jokingly referring to the relationship between a handler and the girl as "lovers", well, those are the kind of self-insert fantasies weird Japanese otaku/lolicon crave.
It's all in the subtext.
>The Legend of Black Heaven was good enough that it should have been considered a classic
It was a nice little show but I wouldn't go that far. Definitely one of the handful of good dubs out there. Mostly because I liked Jets voice.
Gurren Lagann is shit. It tries to be an "epic" along the lines of DBZ, but fails because Trigger can't tell a story to save their lives. Their strong suit is having a very, very, very basic and serviceable plot while throwing some decent characters and WACKY xDDD animation at us, not by making a show that's semi serious. It's babby's first mech anime.
1/10, you got me to reply. Good job trolling with a shit opinion though.
Whatever. Most of the talent is in Trigger now, they were Gainax back then. Big deal.
FLCL is their best work
Anime was invented by the jews
Dragonball and Dragonball Z are the most influential shonen manga ever made. Literally any modern shonen manga was inspired in some way by it.
Literally. Every. One.
Fucking Walt, he had to inspire Tezuka to help create anime
We won't remember Non Non Biyori in a year.
NGE did not deserve to be considered one of the most important anime of the 90s. Furthermore it had more negative influence on the industry than it did popular.
>he doesn't know about the manga and anime that influenced Dragonball, making it an even bigger influence
Not really. Ayeka didn't care too much and still carried a thing for her brother until she found out who he was then went for the younger Tench. She's also sarcastic and two-faced bitch when things don't go her way.
Ryoko is emotional and sometimes childish as all hell with a short temper. Her love for Tenchi was due to being around him since he was a child and watching him grow up until he forgot about her. That love isn't just from wanting his dick.
I will, but won't remember their names.
Toriyama is too private, if he made any allusions to an inspiration I missed it.
You obviously have never read 4chan's Required Reading list
/a/ isn't really the most level-headed board on 4chan. Tons of shitposting and trolling happen and people only compare it to /v/, which makes /b/ look leveled headed.
pic related. kyouko threads are here every day.
I wanted to watch this but nobody was subbing it.
Maybe you could sharpen your Japanese by watching it RAW?
In a sense this one was the first.
People who dont watch yaoi and yuri are ciswhitemale bigots who should be castrated. All they do is continue the oppression of the lgbtp community
No thanks, I'm nowhere near close enough to understand anything that even resembles a sentence.
Not really dissing the girls in the series. Tenchi himself was a product of Nepotism than any virtue.
Just a typical asexual MC that gets everything no difference from series like IS or deskcar not a dense motherfucker like Kamfer though.
surely there are extra material that develops Tenchi as a character more, but only sticking to the OVA a lot of the more irritating factors (getting a harem with no effort, having little to no character to him, not actually fucking them again I'm only talking about the original OVAs) I believes tends to come from him.
Fanservice is usually just a gimmick animators use to cut down on animation costs so that they can pan over still frames instead of showing movement. As the name implies, it's just another form of pandering.
Fanservice can still be tasteful and contribute to the overall quality of a show if executed properly, though.
Check this out:
Watashi wa okama janai.
Watashi wa: I am
Janai: Not a
So this translates to: "I am not a faggot."
Now you're one step ahead of the game.
this is mostly true and a very unpopular opinion. It had the exact opposite effect on the industry from what Anno intended and completely derailed anime for a decade.
An A-sexual lead can be decent too, like Wataru from Saber Marionette.
I do get what you mean though,
MIlky Holmes manga > Milky Holmes anime
Yes, that's very nice.
>Pretty sure /a/ hates streaming anime
Wut? That makes no sense though. I'm not going to torrent a series I've never seen before, that's a waste of fucking time. I'll stream it, if I like it and want to watch it again, then I'll torrent it.
You should've left off the janai.
agreed, Takahashi is the one who really brought it out.
What about the 3 episode rule?
There's pretty big difference in quality between streaming anime and downloading it and watching it on your computer. I streamed anime for years but I wouldn't do it anymore. Besides, if you're really don't want to torrent something you haven't seen, you can always stream the first few episodes then download the rest if you like it.
Anime aside, I have realised that I hang around people that have nothing in common with me. Even in terms of anime, our preferences are way off.
they didn't even wish her human nerd. dragon couldn't do that.
I dislike most anime
Meh, I'm not too picky about quality, so long as it's not 360p or the audio's out of sync. I still download all my favorites anyway, though. Most of Miyazaki's movies, Akira, Mononoke, G Gundam, Outlaw Star, etc.
But that would make that sentence objectively incorrect
K-On and Lucky Star make me want to rip my hair out
>Eva deserves all the praise it gets - it was the best anime of the 90's and a (flawed) masterpiece
>RoLW is overrated
>Shin Tenchi aka Tenchi in Tokyo is better than GXP and the 3rd OVA
>Lain is overrated
>Lucky Star is truly a great series and fun to watch. Kagami is best girl
>Utena is truly a great series and fun to watch. Shiori is best girl
>threads about mediocre series like Steins Gate and Wolfs Rain make me sad
>"Cute girls doing cute things" is almost already better than "dark and edgy psychodrama"
Not if you're talking about you, you fucking faggot.
>Tenchi in Tokyo is better than GXP
As much as I didn't like GXP that's just flat out wrong.
All of these are objectively true
magi is a good shonen simply because the plot actually moves forward instead of repeating the same shit with new powerlevels over and over again(fuck you fairy tail and your surprising amount of evil organizations with 6 people).
naruto was decent early on until it became ninja jesus and god mode shit, also the writing went to hell.
The sight of tsundere girls crying is the best thing since sliced bread.
There should be more torture scenes in anime involving turning a smile upside down.
I'm pretty sure that Milky Holmes doesn't have a manga.
Or that the manga is based on the anime or game.
>Code Geass was one of the best anime of the past decade. I'm not saying it was well written or had a brilliant story line but it was by far the most enjoyable and entertaining anime I've ever seen.
It's that, but the writing has its positives as well.
... You summed up my opinions. Thank you
asuna from SAO is easily one of the shittiest girls in the history of anime
Harem shows are horrible and pure shit
