Is there something wrong with Bleach 163? No video player will open it, forced azureus to recheck the file and it reports it's fine.
FACEPALM PIERCE THE HEAVENS
Oh dammit, looks like there is another 163 with a different checksum. Did I just get trolled by DB?
>No video player will open it
Overwhelmed the fail
Who the fuck said anything about VLC? Idiot.
no, they just fucked up
you need 6321A868, not BABDA268
Wait, Azureus sucks now? I missed the memo.
your video memory is used up, you have to free up more memory.
The best way to do this is delete system32
go watch it on youtube
>Is there something wrong with Bleach 163
Yes, the problem is that it's Bleach.
Azureus is just better than uTorrent for my needs. I need a full featured client, not some dinky piece of shit with a developer who wont add micromanagement features.
What features are in Azureus that you can't use in utorrent? Everything is still adjustable, including the number of peers and seeds, and which port you want to access and so on.
Azureus always sucked. It's too bloated. Though it's considered somewhat less sucky now because of the TINFOIL HAT FACTOR with utorrent.
Compare the config or option windows in both to see just how much more Azureus can be configured.
DON'T USE DOMPLAYER. IT IS A TRAP.
The first release was bad, there was another version that released about 20 minutes later that works.
I don't see where VLC was mentioned in that first post. The screenshot itself says MPC... though I do agree that Azureus is pretty fail compared to uTorrent.
he's right, Azureus is crazy configurable. It's a bloated piece of shit, but I'm a huge options fag so I use it anyway. It's not like I'm gonna be using the internet while my torrents are running anyway, just turn that shit on while I'm asleep or out.
>TINFOIL HAT FACTOR with utorrent.
Oh. Well then if the purposes are different, I suppose it doesn't matter.
Personally I like to have the lightest, most efficient programs on my computer so that I can max out the amount of things I can do at once.
It's the second most popular BitTorrent client for a reason.
>>>>>MEDIA PLAYER CLASSIC<<<<<
It's not like it's bloated with useless shit, like most software is suffering from these days. It's only a torrent downloader.
You know, acquired by Bittorrent, inc. who has ties to media producers, etc. etc.
I work on multiple computers at home, so I can afford to run things like Azureus and various P2P clients as a dedicated downloading machine. Features maximizing is top priority.
But Azureus gives me better connections to my torrents. I dont know why, but uTorrent had a habit of making me lose connections to seeds/peers after a torrent has been running for awhile, which only corrects if I stop/start the torrent.
The reason why Azureus is pure shit is because it's a Java app.
Java apps are total shit. Because Java is shit.
UTORRENT, DO YOU YOU KNOW IT?
uTorrent just means there's more CPU allocated to your worms and spyware.
Enjoy your fail OS and fail anime, faggots.
This is the part where you go to the DB website and wonder whether it was an actual troll on their part or an actual fuck up on their part and d/l the torrent again (note the different file name when you d/l)
>>It's not like I'm gonna be using the internet while my torrents are running
Why not? If Azureus slows down your computer, then you need a new computer. My piece of shit, three year old laptop can run that shit fine.
Wow, obviously you dont know a fucking thing about Java.
If it's his internet, and not cpu/memory, then he probably has his max connections set too high and it's raping his internet.
Java IS shit. People only use it because it's easy modo.
Could be. But then you can just turn it down while you're using your computer. Azureus has a pretty quick drop down menu for capping your downloads.
I'm not talking about bandwidth capping, though not capping upload will rape it as well. I was a talking about the max connections per torrent.
deluge is a nice torrent client
in before lunix
Ah, didn't realize that part of the conversation was over.
Occasionally I will cap my upload, and even if I don't it doesn't slow general browsing down TOO much, but usually it's not worth it so I just don't bother. Anything that I'm running a torrent for I don't expect for a day or more anyway - if I need it sooner than that, then it's HTTP or IRC or something.
MPC knows better and is trying to protect you from the fail.
Is it really that hard for a staff of the fattest fucks in the world to release a video that works the FIRST time?
What fail OS? I use µTorrent on Linux.
You need to cap your upload 5kb to 10kb below your max at the least. When you're downloading, you're still uploading request packets and if all of your upload is in use, it will slow down the download. For the same reason, surfing the net will have the same slowdowns.
You try getting shit right the first time when your fingers are too fat to hit one key at once.
I don't have to worry about my upload speed settings that much. Yay for ADSL!
I'd get a specialty keyboard made if my fingers were as fat as his. Or tape some pencils to my fingers (or maybe chopsticks, so I can keep stuffing my face, which is what they must be doing).
Does not compute
It's just a fancy way of saying "I dont know how to use computers, but I have an ADSL so I must be ok".
I USE BOTH AZUREUS AND UTORRENT!
Yeah, thanks for the advice and sometimes I do this, but I'm just too lazy to constantly switch between full and capped upload (I want to use full upload because I like to keep my ratio as high as possible, if you're curious) so generally it's easiest to just leave everything at max and just open and close azureus occasionally.
