How come I didn't hear of this?
Because nobody cares about pantsu quest #12039
I've seen several threads.
The games aren't about panties.
Did Ayesha ever get nip voice DLC?
Note yet, but there's hope for Ayesha+ being dual language.
unfortunately no, but Escha & Logy is going to have dual audio, if ayesha gets a stealth release on the vita it'll probably have it.
Dammit, it's just not the same.
why not arland?
It's also confirmed to air on April.
I was wondering the same thing, wasn't escha & logy one of the lower selling ones?
It sold about the same as Arland. Hell, Ayesha did better than Rorona but was about the same as Totori. Reception of the game was good too. The designs, setting and atmosphere and story were widely praised albeit the game had a few issues on being a bit too easy.
Ayesha did better than Rorona and Totori. But less than Meruru.
First Week sales for Arland and Ayesha in Japan were as follows
Rorona - 43,243
Totori - 53,871
Meruru - 82,585
Ayesha - 60,548
Overall sales for Ayesha broke 100,000+ for it's year too. Which is actually pretty damn good for a Niche series like Atelier
Anon was talking about Escha and Logy.
Which still did better than the first two Arland games.
First week sales were 57,000+. Still better than Rorona and Totori.
The dual protagonist system of Mana Khemia 2 seems to have left some negative stigma.
Escha & Logy is going to have an anime adaptation? I'm curious as to how it will turn out. Fingers crossed!
But Mana Khemia 2 had the best battle system of any Atelier I think. I wish they had worked with it more because it really could've evolved into something amazing.

Which would be a good starting point for this series? Ayesha or Rorona?
Ayesha, but that's just because I love the artist.
Whichever one you think looks cuter.
Because you are a slowpoke.
I would go for Ayesha since it is a good introduction to the Atelier series. Also, if you plan on watching the anime the game should provide you with some information on the lore prior to Escha & Logy.
