How fast do you watch/read a series?
couple of hours
I only go for new content.
Depends, really. I'll watch a 1 cour anime in a day, usually, 2 cour I tend to drag out over 3-4 days. Manga I tend to drag out over quite a while so I have something to read when I have nothing else to do or when travelling. I usually read maybe 5 chapters and then stop.

2x speed when working on backlog, if you can't read that fast get the fuck out
My first couple of series I binge watched over a weekend. but now it's slowed down to weekly new content and watching like 3-5 episodes at a time of stuff that's already complete
1 cour is usually 4-5 days during a season. Outside a season it's 2 days.
Rest is easy to figure out.
I can watch up to 15 episodes of anime in a day. I skip most of openings and endings though, I don't really like them.
And regarding manga, I once read 116 chapters of Naruto, to catch, since I dropped for like 2.5 years.
You can say I am a no lifer, however, I sacrifice an entire day, and it doesn't really matter since I am on vacation in my country right now :)
Depends. I'll usually finish a manga pretty quickly, but with a show, I either watch it over the course of a few days, or put it on continuous hold. If I really like it, I'll marathon it though.
I've finished 2 2-cour shows in one day. Being a NEET has its perks. Usually I max out at 1-cour a day.
A manga volume every half an hour to an hour for a typical series.
If I'm interested in it? 3 days tops.
I'm I'm not interested? A few hours because I'll watch on fast-forward.
what is a cour?
what airs in 1 season. 12/13 episodes.
However fast I want to read/watch it.
Depends. If I'm motivated, bored and have free time I've finished 12-13 episode series in a day. On the other hand, it took me three weeks to finish Mouretsu Pirates. The average is about a week, with the record being all of Medaka Box abnormal in one sitting.
Actually, checking it on MAL in b4 hatred it took me well over a month for Mouretsu Pirates. It was okay, just not that riveting.
