I want to watch an anime where characters deal with real emotional issues, or traumas.
This doesn't need to be the narrative, if it's a subplot, or even just subtext, that'd be good enough. Posting a relevant picture, since I've not watched an anime that nails people problems like Eva did, hopefully you guys can help me find some more like it.
