Have you ever cried because of anime? I did at the end of logh because it was all over.
Looking forward to crying at the end of slam dunk as well.
no one? I thought little girls cried /a/?
/a/ is heartless
I cried to almost all anime I watch. Fucking japan. Those little bastards be playan with my hearto
>I bit your tongue
ore no kokoro no itai desu!
Then watch Clannad: After Story
IMO it's the saddest thing I've ever seen, and I think it might be considered my favorite anime officially. I hadn't cried in 8 years since my grandmother died. Clannad finally did it...
>I'm a 22 year old man
I don't full on cry but I shed a tear or get watery eyes at any emotional scene at all, it can't be helped, I'm just too much of a pure maiden.
>end of logh
Time traveller pls go
are you implying it didn't end?
Grave of the Fireflies
only once. the part in tenchi muyo where tenchi kissed sakuya
[/poiler] when i was 9 [/spoiler:lit]
You really shouldn't post here until you've seen at least 100 anime.
I hadn't watched any Shin-chan prior, but Adult Empire Strikes back made me sob for ten minutes straight.
I dropped the show like 7 episodes into Clannad. Everyone keeps telling me that's a mistake but I don't see myself getting emotionally attached to any of the characters.
It's also fairly obvious that bitch that's always sick or whatever dies at the end
I remember having so much fun watching that as a kid
HE COLLECTS ALL OF THE DRAGONBALLS BY FUCKING HIS HAREM WHICH BRINGS HER BACK
Tokyo magnitude 8.0.
I knew it was coming but goddamn.
The Tatami Galaxy first episode on reflecting how my youth was wasted and I never truly lived and I would never get another chance
Clannad AS because of daddy problems
Evangelion Existential crisis afterwards
Didn't cry at AnoHana because I couldn't relate to the characters whinging and moaning and not picking up on the ghost thing sooner and me not paying attention
I probably cried to Grave of the Fireflies
What do I watch next to get a Cathartic release?
I've seen at least 70, why? If there is something sadder than After Story tell me immediately and I'll watch it.
It is a mistake, but, I guess if you can't enjoy the show's comedy side you won't be able to enjoy the sad parts either.
Also: Nagisa's sickness isn't the only sad part, plus the context around it makes it 1000x heavier.
Get the fuck out.
>I've seen at least 70
no wonder your taste is entry level as fuck maybe reddit would be a better place to discuss your chinese cartoons.
>Evangelion Existential crisis afterwards
I dropped eva on episode 13 man, so boring - someone told me on /a/ that it lifted him out of depression somehow so I wanted to watch it but couldn't make it through
I can't emphatize with the characters because they look so terrible.
>I've seen at least 70, why?
>Hasn't seen Eva
I've seen 378 anime and After Story still made me cry the hardest.
>G-guys am I f-fitting in by b-bashing popular stuff?
Sorry I can't watch anime every hour of the day, I have, ya know, a life and stuff. Regardless, 70 isn't that low of a number. Like I asked before, what is an anime sadder than Clannad? Because I'd like to watch it.
Tokyo Godfathers got me hard.
wolfs rain made me cry like a bitch.
Jesus you're replying to obvious trolls and baits, and your way of replying shows you're an obvious newfag.
Lurk more, then maybe you can come back.
3-4 episodes a day is literally all it takes. You really don't have to go overboard with it
Someone with good taste. Don't forget to read the manga to finish the story off and read 10 Days After as well.
this is the closest ive gotten from any story...i felt like crying i just didnt
you a big homo
Is it possible to have a serious conversation on this board?. Will someone talk to me like a human being and recommend me an anime sadder than Clannad?
Grave of the fireflies, Kanon 2006.
Sundome got me
I saw Grave of the Fireflies, It was sad as balls. But I don't think it was sadder than Clannad. Kanokon 2006 is on my list of things to watch though.
Still one of the best episodes in anime
Just maratoned AnoHana. The tears won't stop /a/
No it isn't.
And Clannad + AS is pretty fucking powerful, as it'll still be effective after the millionth watch.
