Log Horizon thread
Discuss why Giraffe-chan isn't the most powerful Logarithm:
>Giraffe's don't seem to exist in this world, at least not in Japan anyway
>either that's special Phantasmal gear or she crossed multiple servers to get it from Africa, either indicating a massive power-level
What if she comes from a pseudo- debauchery tea party along with skull kid and objection and that's how she got the phantasmal gear and the cosplaying undines
Got Vol7 of the LN in the mail today. Sucker is thick, although I'm disappointed a little -- I thought it was supposed to come with a drama CD or something. Did come with a fold out illustration though:
Would you eat from Serara's barf bag?
Yes, full force ahead and no stopping.
Best girl best waifu material.
She might not be great at everything but she's good with everything: at house being maid, in dungeon be healer.
she's waaaaaay to much of a Moeblob for me.
She probably has a tight asshole too.
>Mandatory class, subclass, equipment and what will you be doing in the DATABASE.
Probably she has a lot of summons, much of them are African special summons, like Monkey Trouble maybe.
Clearly it's nigh useless event/promotional gear from pre-Apocalypse that is mostly just aesthetic.
Annoying the fuck out of people is what I'll be doing.
Oh god, no wonder Nureha has her city wrapped around her finger.
Woodcrafter Monk (or Woodcrafter Lumberjack in NA server), build a warm comfy log house in a mountain/snowy area.
So I'm curious, on the Australian Server what would Samurai, Assassin and Kannagi be replaced with?
Abbo spearchucker and Abbo walkin' abouter?
>Tribal Hunter / Bushhunter / Hunter
Replacing what classes again? I don't read runes.
u wot mamare
It's not explained there.
Like I could see it replacing Assassin due to the bow spec and the Bush Ranger being a "Ranger" and... yeah.
Samurai would need to be changed to maybe... some kind of Sailor?
Anyone who suggests a "Prisoner" class gets shot.
Honestly countries like Australia and North American ones who don't have a warrior history like Europe and Asia don't have anything that is really a match for Samurai. Some kind of 2-handed Warrior class, they'd have to borrow from Britain and have Knights or whatever Britain's 2hander class is.
I was going to say something else but prisoner sounds much better than my idea.
Beta Daiz, Beta Daiz, just summoning the Beta Daiz.
Beta Daiz, Beta Daiz, just say Wow Wow Wow Wow
Shiroe looks pretty boss in Vol7, I was planning to make his original outfit and staff, but this looks even better.
Both Aus and NZ had tribals, so give them a basic Knight for samurai and respec shaman and swashbuckler for the region.
Right because they define the nation as it currently is and would surely play the game.
Right because we need classes to represent the current country as it is, instead of its history.
So I guess you think some shrine workers play on the Japan server too? And only as the Kannagi
Either a confused Wolf Hair Berserker Vampire subclass or a very angry Berserker Berserker subclass.
Dual-axe Dwarf Viking Viking.
Yeah that 'll definitely work.
Viking is not a subclass. Berserker however is a full class and a subclass.
Berserker is only a subclass.
Yep. It's a subclass for now. But, if Mamare pick the localized classes for each servers suggested by fans without proper research, you will have Berserker AS CLASS in Scandinavia server in future books.
I hope Mamare do proper research before accepting everything suggested by fans so this shit won't happen
3 WEEKS AND 1 DAY LEFT UNTIL DOG DIES
Shiroe will fix it.
Is there anything Shiroe can't do?
Decide between two lolis, a christmas cake or a furry?
Shatter his glasses
Win without a party to back him up?
Revive Ed's mom.
Use 2 staffs at same time
Fuck, he's just out-keikaku me
Tell us why kids love cinnamon toast crunch?
Defeat a raid boss single handedly
He's not edgy enough for that. Though I bet he could dual wield staves.
Why is West Wind Brigade so great?
Because it's a harem guild.
Which West Wind is Best Wind?
Nazuna or Sara for me
Kyouko is the only right answer.
Because Souji doesn't fuck around
I am extremely disappointed anons
Be a husbando
Guardian, with a focus on two handed weapons
Double Bladed Axe, Bearded Axe, Throwing Axes
Mining and smithing, exploring long lost dungeons and insulting elves.
Prostitute is already a subclass
Well not really, Geisha was a subclass though.
Except now that the Apocalypse has happened, you can make a prostitute subclass. So yes really
He got a staff and gear upgrade?
To be honest though, I think I kind of liked the huge cloak.
Sorcerer/Summoner, subclass probably one of the special title ones (e.g. Dragon Slayer) if I can get it, or Historian/Chronicler if I can't.
I'd explore the world, discover all I can about it, and then use that to my advantage to create new spells like those super powerful ones Regan talked about in that episode.
He's got three Phantasmal items now.
>lumberjack is now official
This pleases me.
So apparently Nazuna doesn't actually have a crush on Soujiro but thinks of him as a little brother?
And keeps an eye on him because the guy is actually a little insane and needs a steadying hand to keep him on track?
Is he level maxed yet? Aside from immediately after the apocalypse, it doesn't seem like he's had time to work on earning experience for the raised cap.
Well, I don't know that she'd turn it down if it was offered... but sort of, yeah. When Soujirou gets something into his head, he refuses to surrender it without a fight. Which is why he went and picked a fight with the crazy Royal Guard.
No. He's level 93, and so is Tetra. The level cap is 100. I don't know if anybody is there yet.
What's Krusty at?
And does he pick up the Overskill thing at all, like Akatsuki and Soujiro?
Who's Tetra again?
We haven't been told, I think the highest level we've seen is Mr.Massachusetts who's level 96, I expect Isaac to be higher level at least.
A guy who was playing a female character but didn't get (or want) a potion to change their appearance.
He has the hots for Naotsugu. I may be remembering this wrong, but I think he still as his male voice.
Phantasmal is the highest item quality right?
And is equipment level restricted in this game? So he still doesn't have access to the very best gear yet?
And sail the seven fucking seas.
New Log Horizon member. Cleric, female. Guy trapped in a female body when Cataclysm hit. Keeps hitting on Naotsugu just to troll him.
They don't have the potion because they're apparently really, really rare.
Not stated in either case. Shiroe and Soujiro are the only ones who have stated Overskills, I think. Akatsuki is getting there.
Phantasmal is the best. Artifact and Phantasmal items are level-locked at different ranks (1-10, 11-20, 21-30, etc.). Shiroe can wear the best possible gear.
That's not really the impression that I got.
>New Log Horizon member. Cleric, female. Guy trapped in a female body when Cataclysm hit. Keeps hitting on Naotsugu just to troll him.
Er, do they ever talk about why he doesn't get one of those sex change potions?
They were an event item that was only done once. Shiroe never used or sold his, which is why he could give it to Akatsuki.
It was a scene from the volume 6 translations, she has a monologue where she talks about seeing Soujiro as a little brother and watching out for him because he's a little unstable.
>Keeps hitting on Naotsugu just to troll him.
I'm pretty sure. This is wrong.
This is exactly what I wanted.
Now all thats left is to see if the play style is similar to the Japanese Shaman.
>you'll never be protected by this smile
These aren't mutually exclusive.
They've made some themselves Post-Catastrophe, they're not as good as the original thing but they exist.
We don't really know if he just decided to not take it or something
I thought there was a lesser one which could alter 2 aspects of a character or is gender an exception
It was an event item from way back when. Shiroe had saved it in his inventory for years. Exceptionally rare. Akatsuki lucked out.
She's mentioned that she'll stop once he works it out.
Is it just translated up to book 6?
>Not stated in either case. Shiroe and Soujiro are the only ones who have stated Overskills, I think. Akatsuki is getting there.
Oh, I was asking about Shiroe, not Krusty. My bad.
What Overskill does Shiroe have?
And it kind of looked like Akatsuki is getting some shadowstep kind of Overskill if that one translated author afterword with an included scene is any indication, which is pretty badass.
Tls are in middle of 6 at the moment, chapter 4
>Phantasmal is the best. Artifact and Phantasmal items are level-locked at different ranks (1-10, 11-20, 21-30, etc.). Shiroe can wear the best possible gear.
Oh, so Shiroe's gear might not need further upgrading since he can wear the best possible gear at 93?
>she'll stop once he works it out
W-Works what out, Anon? It's not something lewd is it?
Shiroe's overskill is the whole original contract thing
Akatsuki get's her overskill in volume 6
Nazuna also has an overskill that involves her Kannagi shields and Naotsugu is suppose to be getting one
Using his Scribe ability to make contracts, with the right ingredients he can create entirely new magic and force the world to follow his new rules. Basically he rewrites reality, like when he forced the Adventurer subclass onto Rundelhaus.
There are others. Nureha can change the race/class/level/appearance combo she appears to have on the "Adventurer vision" and Kanami's means she can chain attack combos at truly absurd speeds for MASSIVE DAMAGE.
No he just doesn't know He's actually a boy
Akatsuki can create mirror images of herself that look, sound and act exactly like the real thing (unless attacked, at which point the doubles disappear).
The chapter 6 translations are based off of Chinese fan translations though.
So it's like Japanese book -> Chinese fan translation -> English fan translation of Chinese fan translations
So their accuracy is debatable.
He is neither a swash or a samurai. He's a fucking based scribe enchanter.
Yes. Unless he finds better Phantasmal items than the ones he has.
Wait, I thought that was just how the world works, but it's an overskill unique to Shiroe alone?
Because while it doesn't seem like it would be quickly applicable in combat, that Overskill is actually really overpowered.
Is that Ragnarokarc the Super Gandhi?
What's the likelyhood that Kanami will join Log Horizon when she meets up with Shiroe?
Anyone with a high enough scribe class can use the over skill its not limited to one person.
Even then that other person might even come up with a better overskill then shiroes contracts if their creative enough
It's balanced out by how the stronger the contract and the more it does, the more powerful the items you need to use to write it are. The contract that made Rundelhaus an Adventurer required Phantasmal-class ingredients, and those things are rare, since there's only one drop of them per server and they're locked to the person who picks them up when they drop.
No skill is unique really. This isn't SAO. Someone with identical class/subclass could reproduce effects doing the exact same thing, same as other combos could have just as absurd if not more impactful effects on the known rule system.
>implying that Kanami won't take control because Shiroe is beta where she's concerned.
Kinda sorta, no overskill is really unique to one person so anyone can use them
Just a reminder that one day Isuzu will have to chose between Rudy and her family
Wait, seriously? Even materials?
This also means the three items that Shiroe got won't ever drop again?
Nazuna's overskill allows her shields to block damage "differently" (but much better and/or more). I'm not really sure exactly how, since the translation was a bit wonky.
She can use her shields as platforms and walk around in the air
It seemed almost like the overskill was something unique to a player's playstyle, that not all samurai could get Soujiro's clairvoyance, that sort of thing.
Presumably. It might be a bit different for ingredients, but the basic rule for Phantasmal items is that there is only one of that item per server. Each new update to Elder Tale, when it was a game, added a hundred Phantasmal items or something.
It's a padded mailing envelope
Artifact items can drop more than once, so he can still use those if he can stockpile enough.
They'll drop, provided people are willing to kill the Phantasmal mob it drops from. Mostly Krusty or Isaac crews are keen for those raids, as they're seen as more dangerous now that fighting is reality and death has memory penalty.
Let me explain for you. Nyanta's cooking is basically an overskill. Overskills aren't really programmed in the game so much as it's you having a frodo moment where the question is actually a good one.
The Kannagi overskill is basically just turning the barrier sideways to use as a footpath as one example.
Well a little. how they initially figure out their Overskill is probably based on their playstyle, but if someone can figure out how they do it they can mimic it themselves
Each expansion added ~500. Once they've dropped and been obtained by a player, those items will never drop again. It was a point of contention between players like Krusty and Isaac, because their guilds would compete to be the first to clear the raids and get the Phantasmal drop. Once the item is dropped, the player who gets it has their name broadcast to the entire server, the item locks to them, and it never drops again.
It was a limited time raid event
Like those limited time christmas dungeons in most mmos nowadays
Yes, that's why I was a little confused, I didn't consider that overskill because it was the player figuring out that the world is different and old game restrictions no longer apply.
Whereas things like Soujirou's clairvoyance seemed like a skill solely attributable to the player, and developed based off of the player's playstyle and understanding of their class.
Marmalade-sensei take notes.
Not that he'll ever expand on Akatsuki's and Shiroe's relationship.
Clairvoyance is weird. I bet it has something to do with some auto parry job trait on samurai or his subclass. We've all seem our characters dodge shit that logically should never be dodged. It's probably like that with parry/counter.
I laughed, not gonna lie.
Well, I'm chuckling like a retard now.
Samurai tanking works partially off blocking, parrying and dodging rather than straight up HP tanking. So possible. Supposedly, playing one requires a great deal of insight into how the battlefield works, which would mesh well with developing an Overskill that lets you see things before they happen.
Good looking busty foxtail.
Sorceress, apprentice until I figure out a good subclass.
Which one of the animal-human classes was for beta players only?
This is a pretty nitpicky thing but I just realised I'm pretty sure that Australian Aborigines never invented strung weapons such as bows. The most advanced thing on the block was their own proprietary version of the atlatl. I mean obviously the boomerang is infamous but I'm talking number of moving parts here.
> <Multi-line> Charasin's Overskill. No effect description.
Given that we know he has such a large friends list I bet he is able to connect his friends to one another even if they arnt friends with each other, like some kind of phone operator.
Aren't those bogatyrs?
Telepathy isn't really a "skill" though.
>Turning the barrier sideways
WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAAAAAT
None, none of the races were restricted in any fashion
The rarest race is one of the artificially-created races though right? It's a little different from the beast races in that it's entirely humanoid but has glyphs on the skin, good at spell casting?
I think the guy who runs the Rodrick Firm or whatever that guild was called is one of them.
Race of Ritual. They get shitloads of MP, but extremely low HP. Not many players wind up picking them as a result. Too overspecialised.
Race of Ritual, yeah they get an HP penalty and >Excels in magic aptitude what ever that means, I assume it's a bonus to MP
inb4 someone posts the minori set
Seems like they might be great at raids though as long as they didn't have to deal with a boss that has AoE damage abilities; they would probably be a lot more iffy at parties though and nigh useless for single player combat.
They would since low hp is generally no obstacle to people but from the sounds of it the hp penalty must be HUGE. There's also the fact that soloing with barely a sliver of hp as your max hp is kinda unsafe.
My guess is the penalty is high enough that the alv mages get one shoted by everything since otherwise your max hp doesn't matter so long as the mages can heal you.
They aren't Alv though, they're one of the genetically engineered races the humans made to fight the demihumans. Like the other beast races.
I think the developer have something to cover their weakness, maybe some skills to absorb damages with MP?
If they had something to cover the weakness, then why would so few players choose them?
The only mp based beast race running around are the foxailsunless we localize our own character races
>all these tryhard guilds
Grandeur master race
It's a magic skill specialy for enchanters, maybe
Right, they aren't a beast race, but they're like the beast races in that the Race of Ritual was artificially created by humans to fight Demihumans.
>implying you need a guild
>Debauchery Tea Party
>life is just awesome
Personally, I'd replace Kannagi with Pow Wow Doctor/Hexenmeister, as hexes and himmelbriefs fit the "protective magic" emphasis better.
>Pirate = It is a pirate
Wow Wow Doctor
>Specializes in getting up real high and dropping.
Oh my god it's my WoW character.
Same way as how most people choose nuke-type characters for easy start. Iirc Enchanter's skills are made up of hold, debuffs and such, they may have high damaged skills like Thorn bind hostage but Shiroe said that it needs requirements in order to activate which is not advisable to new players.
Pre-flying mounts, Mages were the best for this.
There was a spot you could mountain-climb to outside Ironforge where you could jump off and Slow-Fall halfway across the continent to a Contested Zone. I made some kickass DYNAMIC ENTRIES that way.
>NOONSA, THE FLAMING FISH-MAN!
Wish I had a gif of ANKAAA HOWWWRRUU. I just re-watched that episode, forgot how much that part owned.
Wait, it's out?
I like it
I love all the shit-gets-real explosion effects and shit whenever he uses that.
Kannagi, Vampire, Race of Ritual, the ranged DPS/support hybrid build that uses its ranged DPS, DoT and AoE spells in tandem with augmenting effects for defense, mobility and minor healing. Use of barriers to mitigate damage. I'd reroll until I got the right spirit for my purposes.
It would either be that or a Summoner.
The summoner is hard to decide on because I know so little about their Elemental, Necromancers, Puppet Masters, and Beast Tamers builds. I'd want a good balance of DPS and support abilities for my party.
We don't know enough about Summoners in general. They can call up stuff, sure, but how powerful is what they call up? Do they summon fighters, casters? How many at once?
I want to be... a lumberjack.
12 at once, at most. But the power of them? What specific summons do? That's the sort of stuff I'm talking about. Even the ability list we have is fairly vague.
Or can they support their summons, or do they have to rely on them entirely?
He's a lumberjack, and that's OK.
Support abilities for their summons, and their party, are things I'm very interested in hearing more about. Just the same as you, I'd want to know how reliant they are on their summons too. The note that their health and defense are very low suggests their summons make up for that somehow.
I sleep at night and I work all day!
I hope someone translates the log horizon TTRPG when it comes out, I want to play it so bad
This shit is so much better than SAO I'm beginning to wonder whether it's coincidence with the timing. Absurdist fiction done right.
And now we got a murloc rush wiping everyone out holy shit
2018 Japanese computers can hold thousands of monsters in the same map? I'm wondering about this, maybe they just appear as 40 or 50 monsters?
The next four episodes or so are pretty much COUNTERACTION RISING.
Culminates in a full scale war, and Krusty personally leads a 96-man raid of level 90s on a blitzkrieg straight into the middle of a goblin horde and murderising almost all its leaders. Brutal motherfucking military precision.
Yet it won't even sell half as much as SAO.
Sometimes I hate the whole "otaku fandom".
It's not aiming to sell.
Try not to think about it. Explaining the generation of the setting doesn't add much at all.
Unless they're not in the game.
>Krusty being based as fuck
No surprise here.
Of course, I forgot to add, if you're liking it that much and you have enough shekels, buy something and send a "Thank you" to NHK.
Still, selling much always helps.
How are the ratings then?
Is it likely that it'll get another season in a year or so?
Yeah, I know that, I was just trying to understand how that Sahuagin invasion would work if it was still a game. Surely it would crash a lot of computers with thousands of monsters in the same place.
To me, they'll always be murlocs
I'm sorry, but probably you will have 2 more political episodes until Raynesia comes to Akiba and you'll have 2 episodes full of action and BASED RUDY.
Btw, What kind of shit Shiroe has done again beside turn Rudy into adventurer so he gets a nickname Chronicler of the East in future?
I love the political episodes though. The fucking McDonalds sell-off coup d'etat was brilliant
I don't know how the ratings are going, sorry mate. Still, if they're going to do another 25 episodes season, there's not enough material now, unless Mamare goes full Kamachi/Narita, the earlier we can get it is Winter 2015.
>Raynesia can see Krusty's body clearly in the bright flash of light, he wields the double-edged axe twice the height of Raynesia agilely, his tall body moving swiftly in the forest.
>In the wake of Krusty's path, about a hundred people follow him along the stream. It feels like the cape fluttering on Krusty's back is elongating and corroding the whole forest. They strike or pierce at the goblins without mercy upon contact.
>But, compared to the unstoppable charge of the group, she has more interest in Krusty himself.
>Leading his men from the front, guiding the knights with his back, Krusty is emitting a strange air. The different emotion she felt back on the ship deck has taken physical form and is rampaging through a mountain of corpses. He is smiling with his lips the shape of the crescent moon. His eyes squint in joy. The glasses reflecting silvery lights. Krusty rampages in the battlefield happily, like a child rushing around in a festival. He swings his hands. His axe is like a wind, you cannot see its tip. A 3-meter wide vacuum suddenly surrounds him.
>Some monsters attack Krusty occasionally. A wolf the size of an ox charges at him and Krusty stops it with his left hand while he sends out an order. Dozens of arrow and several swords strengthened by magic pierce through the wolf immediately.
>The beast turns into pieces of meat in Krusty's hand. He tossed it aside causally like a wheat bag and shifts his interest into the next group of goblins.
BITCHY BITCH DIE FUCK OFF PIGFUCKER
>hating best girl
side ponytail is god damn based
I think we should pull a strawpoll
Too risky and hardcore for most casual players I would assume. It's not really fun to play a game where you die from a few measly hits or a single mistake.
Eat my Sprinkler build.
It would probably have to go along the route wave after wave of ever-increasing difficulty.
>It's not really fun to play a game where you die from a few measly hits or a single mistake.
Get the fuck out of here, you filthy casual.
Also, anyone knows some good MMOs where people actually need stuff like knowing their class's roles and not pulling aggro? I want to play videogames with people and have fun.
Probably a lot like the Scourge invasions that preceded Wrath of the Lich King.
>Surely it would crash a lot of computers with thousands of monsters in the same place.
Depends how efficient the combat data that the clients receive is.
It's far easier for mmos to deal with large number of mobs in the same place than large numbers of players anyway.
If you played EVE, it would be something similar to that
Dragon Nest, Dragon raids comes to mind
There's a difference between knowing how to play your role properly, and having to constantly be paying full attention to your character because it is a flimsy glass cannon that dies to anything.
The problem isn't even late or mid-game, it's early game when people are still trying to figure out the mechanics of their class and how shit works.
> figure out the mechanics of their class and how shit works.
There's a fucking manual and tutorial for those sort of things
I don't think think it won't crash the computer. Maybe they will limited the monters sighted within their LOS. Even, if there's thousands of them in a same place, probably just 20-50 of them would shown in game screen, while the other still running as codes and they are not encrypted into images until certain range.
Yeah, that's what I was saying here >>100418586.
Go find a good classic WoW private server and run some 40-mans.
Running Blackwing Lair back in vanilla was some of the most fun I've ever had playing video games. Ahn'Quiraj too, although it was waaay more unforgiving and the loot sucked dick.
I would like to know which game has a manual and tutorial gives the player every piece of information they need to know about playing their chosen class perfectly.
Are there any popular servers that aren't plagued with bugs or modified rates?
We should get together and find one then. It's a pain in the ass to recruit random faggots who may or may not join a server for a raid when it's scheduled and I'm curious whether you suck dick at this or not.
Just from googling, it seems like the best private server is Emerald Dream. 1x leveling rates, and they have Molten Core and Blackwing Lair.
Makes me nostalgic...
Kanami has her own party.
>Pathfinder lets a character earn more loot when monsters are killed and the ability to detect nearby enemies.
Gotta collect all the jew treasury and never get ganked.
>Nazuna or Sara
what will happens if Sara win the souji?
The harem guild will never have anything but a harem end
Shiroe is the only one who can win the Souji.
Berserker (or perhaps some subclass that improves mounted combat if there is one)
Then I'd get myself a horse and a spear and I'd roam the Great Plains, lancing monsters left and right.
Alt would be a race of ritual summoner scribe.
Race of Ritual
I'm just gonna follow people outside of town undetected. And right when a person I'm following is about to get attacked by PK's or monsters, I reveal myself and cast a fuckhuge fortress made of barriers because of my huge mana pool
Was this the only map in the back of volume 7, or were there others?
>Plate armor, two-handed sword focus
Gotta get that gw2 guardian mojo going on
Now spaming alchemical-fire aoes, or paralysing clouds
He's Shiroe: He can dual wield staves if he wants to and doesn't afraid of anything.
Yes. Rest is an appendix of info about the classes, locations, etc.
Strawpoll Guy here should i create after the new Episode tomorrow two sperated Polls for for the Girls and the Boys from Log?
Wait a minute.
This old, kinda portly guy carried his daughter, pregnant with twins and in labor, to the other side of the mountain, in a goddamn blizzard?
Is there something in the water that's making these Landers harder than nails? Because that's fucking crazy.
Gotta do what you gotta do.
Besides, he's a farmer peasant in a world full of horrible monsters. He can't exactly be a pushover.
He probably has a few levels in him. You've gotta remember your base stats actually help in this world. He was probably a badass (for a lander)fighter while younger or something.
For instance even shiroe can stop an attack by a "high" level lander with his middle finger thanks to all the str he has from being lv 90 even if its shit str compared to a melee class.
Landers live in a world where wolves can grow to the size of oxes, the local water supply can be infested with fickle Undines and the source of the local forest fire can be a goddamn dragon.
I wouldn't be surprised if the average Landers with an adventure class is crazier then any equivalent level Adventure. because for them, Elder Tale have always been hardcore mode with exp penalty and perma-death. they git gud or they die.
Weapon Buff Build
I always run two mains, a healer and a dps. No idea which I'd get stuck on.
Assassin / Magical Boy / Race of Ritual - Subclass from Mamare's notes
Druid / Tracker / Foxtail - reroll to 90 until I get the combat vanish from Assassin
qt Foxtail Sorceress minmaxed for immobilizing targets and nuking them at a distance wearing some kind of high magic resist robe.
Prior to even knowing it was actually possible in-universe to use the juxtaposition of MMO and real life mechanics to get brokenly OP I was considering how it could be done, so I'd probably set up a science guild based on using experimentation to discover game mechanic idiosyncrasies that can be exploited to hell and back.
Monk - Brewer. Gonna go all drunken boxing on fuckers and travel the land looking for new booze recipes. Gonna try to figure out how to breathe fire using alcohol and use fist weapons or a naginata (if it is a valid weapon).
>tfw there isn't a game as deep and crazy and political as Elder Tales
Maybe one day.
Drunken Boxer is already a canon subclass. The NPC that gives the subclass disappeared. No one know where they wandered off to.
I like to believe he's off on a drunken adventure.
>Race of Ritual
Too glass cannon.
What's the best build for muscle wizard?
>watch log horizon and maybe SAO
>want to be as equally badass and play something of the sort
>some games that are relatively close are either P2P or shit
I know how you feel anon
Was originally Monk wielding chakrams, but there aren't any skills for ranged weapons in Mamare's notes. Fingers crossed for the trpg.
Do we know if someone plans to translate the TTRPG?
>you will never play the translated TTRPG with /a/
whats the point in living anymore ;-;
Not a word. Sky can't, and it might be too big an undertaking for Sphaela. No clue on TL-anon,
Seriously though, with all these stressed and sex starved players, why aren't there established brothels or pleasure palaces?
>Implying there aren't
Brigandia was selling NPCs for rape, but you can't show that on a government channel
We could always play over IRC if it gets translated.
Knowing /a/ it might get a little too magical realm though.
Summoner, pathfinder, whatever race
Traveling the world looking for monster girls to contract as summons.
Isami is a cutie in the anime.
He made a contract that created possibly the most powerful subclass from thin air, giving people dual wield shouldn't be that much of an issue.
the manga also starts with attempted npc rape
>put all points into speed
>absurd dps and blink tanking
CAVE WOMAN STRONG
CAVE WOMAN GOTTA GO FAST
BakaReader Ex really needs to get fixed so I can leisurely read the LN in bed.
>not taking your computer with you in bed
I can see the QUALITY. I hope we get more Rezarick.
What volume is this in? I want more details but I don't want to spoil myself.
Just so it's clear, the file name is Minori sucks at drawing.
The creating the strongest subclass? Volume 4. AKA within three episodes.
Should happen in 3-4 episodes or smething.
Did Tohya get taller, or is that perspective, or is that just an animation mistake?
>Minori realizes she sucks at drawing p2.jpg
Wow, I can't even read my own file names.
