What does /a/ think of homolust in their anime and manga?
It's better than Yurishit, that's for sure
Homolust is the only reason to watch anime.
It makes me moist
That alone made me forget about watching the show.
It better have a damn good story and action to back it up. Don't make the two dudes the plot point, give them some god damned villain, like a violent anti-male lesbian or some shit who wants to rid the world of men and create a world full of jar-grown women.
I hope that plot never happens, but it's an example.
Good in small doses.
Especially surprise homo is wonderful.
Surprise homolust is the best.
I'd watch that
Forced homolust to pander to fujoshi and get more sells - bad
Good homolust - good
What's the difference between homolust and bromance?
Best anime in Fall 2012 (and probably AOTY) and a lot of idiots dropped it because they are TOO MACHO
Except if you know anything it's actually pretty homophobic.
You and tumblr would probably get along since you're both deluded fuckwits.
It's a very fine line but you know it when you see it. For example:
Kotetsu and Barnaby = bromance
Zoro and Sanji = homolust
You got your example wrong, those are both homolust.
Except there is no lust in the first example, only heterosexual life partnership.
Better than yuri.
Depends on the boys. If they are the typical Edgemaster McKnifechin and whiny bitch tsundere uke, then it is disgusting. If they are cute boys, it is the best thing ever.
Not really. The final episode was pretty homolustish.
The only gay thing was that bit about the eyelashes. And the princess catch.
>homolust in Wan Piss aka No Romance: The Shounen
>bromance in T&B, where Barnaby is repeatedly labeled as the blue bitch's romantic rival
Dude, what the fuck.
I welcome every single ounce.
There's nothing better.
So homolust = gay fanservice?
I really love it, but it's not very common
Yes. Gay fanservice, gay situations or relationships, fanservice or not.
Harem shows have a lot of surprise homo, surprisingly.
Bromance is a type of homolust.
But you should normally expect a bit of homo teasing between the harem lead and his best friend. That's been common for ages.
It's not as simple as that. There is also shit homolust (like in K) and good homolust. Maybe I revise my earlier point and say that good homolust needs some element of romantic tension.
>Bromance is a type of homolust.
Is normal male friendship also homolust?
Is male rivalry also homolust?
Doesn't change the fact that a lot of them do have surprise homolust.
>shit homolust (like in K
They went over the top, but I did like the story with Red and his waifu.
For fujoshits, yes.
They don't know the subtle differences between those types and automatically assume best bros want to fuck.
Men are very sexual creatures so yes. Any male interaction is homolust.
In my opinion the homolust in FZ was god tier, one of the best I've seen, and there was zero romantic tension.
Homolust can be as vague as two men making eye contact, or as obvious as two men naked in bed together. It all depends on what you want to see.
FZ had homolust? Maybe it went over my head.
it's really cool
>good homolust needs some element of romantic tension.
But no-strings-attached comedy homolust is great in it's own right.
Team Yuetsu, man. Gil wanted the priest dick. Even the staff and Nasu admitted that he was acting like a horny slut around Kirei.
>it's actually pretty homophobic
I wouldn't sayy that. Not at all. But the gay isn't just for the sake of being gay. It's world building, and explained pretty well. People hate on it because it came out of nowhere, but the show is still fantastic.
This is turning out more difficult to define than I'd imagined. Maybe it's just tension of some sort then. Even in FZ there's a wide range of homolust from Team Yuetsu to Team Sadist/Masochist.
I'm not talking about teasing, i mean real homo.
Why was Gil so sexual every time he was in that couch.
FZ was about 80% homolust and 10% kirei's ass.
BakaTest, KoiChoco and Hoshizora for example had real surprise homo. Legit homo.
Half of the time Gil was on screen I was expecting him to go down on Kirei
And the other 10%?
No one cares about that.
Something about fights and... a grail?
Didn't that and T&B even rank in the some bishoujo mag's yearly Best Couple poll? I recall the editors were damn surprised.
Massive backlog and little time here recently. I had no idea any of those three. How was it?
I'm having trouble recalling if there ever was a time I was surprised by Bakatest homo. It's one of their staple jokes.
Fujos really like to vote
The blue haired guy who was in love with MC maybe. I certainly didn't expect it..
What the fuck am I reading? Are you talking about the green yaoi stick faggot? Because that wasn't homolust, that was shit. Stupid comedy device, not even cute.
But I mean, right from the get go there were constant jokes about Kubo, about Akihisa and Yuuji's "friendship", Hideyoshi's entire character, the guys crossdress countless times, and so on. I can't be surprised when it's been an omnipandering thing from the very start.
BakaTest has a trap the MC openly lusts for and a homo guy who wants to fuck MC. There's also some nice bromance between MC and his bro.
KoiChoco has some moments where the trap character says and does a lot of suggestive things to the MC. Definitely wants to fuck him and shows this.
Hoshizora has a delicious shota otouto and MC's friend lusts after him to some degree. Also some nice moments between the brothers.
Quality of the show in descending order (best to worst). Just start with BakaTest, you won't regret it.
Gon a shit
I would love to have a fanservicey show, with all drama and action and shit, and fap-worthy scenes, only for the guy to declare his love to another man at the end, and preferably a men who is taller than him and more muscular, so you can be sure the hero is the one getting fucked in the butt of we follow seme/uke stereotypes.
But Killua loves that shit
One day anon, one day.
Kiillua deserves better.
>Killua deserve a god dicking
Not more than his hermaphrodite sister.
He completely forgot about her for hundreds of chapters
Thanks to Illumi. Once he got rid of the nen needle all his feelings came back. Plus he sort of had to leave Gon since he couldn't beat Bisky that one night. He didn't love Gon hard enough.
>Thanks to Illumi.
Source? i don't remember that
Forbidden love is the best love.
>People hate on it because it came out of nowhere
The false minoshiro in episode 4 said that it'd happen and the lesbianism was already pretty blatant, and the whole episode was leading up to it
It was obviously supposed to be 'shocking' considering this reaction and how they showed it, but it was more about showing how the society works than real romance
Yeah it was packed with it from the start, I for one loved it, omnipandering everywhere
Remember when Killua removed that needle from his head? That was from Illumi. Illumi's a manipulator, and he manipulated Killua by altering his mind. Killua didn't know of nen so he had no way to defend himself or even know what happened.
You misspelled too stupid.
>look mom I'm shitposting
Yeah but where does it say it made it forget his trap brother?
I think I'd need to re-read the election arc because I honestly don't know. But I am sure that something prevented Killua from thinking of it when he went back to the mansion after the Exam.
I thought it was just a fan theory
Well, even if it does get a full explanation, not like we'll live to see it.
You don't say
I'll look into it. Thank you.
I think you mean >>>/cm/
>you will never see /ss/ doujins with Gon
