There were only like 15~ enjoyable shows.
Winter 2014 alone has 10 enjoyable shows.
Somebody made these charts the other day. Did they continue all the way up to 89?
In ten years /a/ probably will have the same reaction to 2014
>mfw only 10 years later its finally getting subbed
That's because it's shit.
>Maria-sama ga Miteru
Oh shit, I remember some dudes on /a/ having a major boner for that show way back when.
I thought it sucked
GitS S2 was 10 years ago? Jesus.
Fuck yeah Precure
Who would've known back then.
I don't care nigger its fucking Megaman.
>you will never watch the first season of Aria with /a/
there were a ton of fan-made stuff the Japs made for Marimite until Touhou took over
I want Precure to die already.
Precure is the Naruto of moeshit. It's not dying.
>Ragnarok the Animation
Damn, so many personal favorites came out that year
Too bad, Precure is forever immortal.
Omae nanda, tomodachi?
Hahah, no. We get to see what is clearly on our dish these days thanks to anime charts. Back in 2004 you'd only have a vague idea of what came out in what year, but now we can see it for what it truly is. 2013 is one of the shittiest years of this decade so far. I'm not entirely sure if 2012 is better or worse, but 2011 on the other hand was pretty exceptional.
However you might be right, if anime becomes much shittier than it is today in 10 years time.
I feel bad for not knowing there was a Zipang anime,is it any good?
Precure is for little girls, and I've seen worse moe shows than that.
>I feel bad for not knowing there was a Zipang anime,is it any good?
it's pretty much The Final Countdown
Mahou shoujo anime have been around for decades. Why would Toei stop?
I would like to see some other studios competing, though. I know the trend now is for music/arcade game themed things (Aikatsu, Pretty Rhythm) and toy based (Jewelpet), but I'd like to see another one with combat.
89 has already existed for some time now, but the charts you posted are pretty good, since no one had done them yet. I think we have charts for every single year now since the 1960s.
It's obvious nobody can take the risk. Toei have the backing of Bandai, the biggest toy company in Japan, and Asahi, one of the federal channels.
Really? Can you name them all? And are they better than the good shows from 2004? The word enjoyable is quite ambiguous.
Do you have 89? It and 88 are the only 80s ones I'm missing.
For the 70s, I'm missing 76-79.
No, I won't name them because nostalgiafags will call me a faggot
