I'm just now catching up with Samurai Flamenco.
Can someone tell me what the fuck is going on?
No. Nobody knows.
Welcome on board. We don't know, and it's not clear if they'll tell us. I hope everything is a beautiful lie, though.
Are they just making shit up as they go along or something?
What happened in last episode? I can't force myself to actually watch it.
Giant robot dick.
Not even fucking kidding.
>not dropping Samumenco after VIVA TORTURE
Why would you do that to yourself?
never watched power rangers or something?
It's one of these things.
That said, I don't believe it's really possible to make up an entire show as it airs, though it would explain the production issues.
I thought this was going to be about a guy trying to be a superhero in an ordinary world. That was the charm of it for me.
Now this shit happened.
How was your reaction to GG, dude?
I like how the quality improved along with the plot line.
What the fuck.
Flamengers fight the remainder of the Four Devas.
Huge robot dick beam.
Worst girl is literally living in Sugita's closet because of bullshit reasons.
You're missing out.
As for what's going on, I think it's fucking aliens.
inb4 that angry tokufag comes over and shits all over this thread.
Whatever, DATE-TIME on my playlist makes up for everything. I'm in this one to the bitter end, guys
Don't forget there are now 64 more BBEG
Why is moe so moe?
Shit. I was going to start watching it. I don't know what to do anymore.
Just watch it, what have you go to lose?
It is indeed a giant robot dick, alright.
Did he told about it to his girlfriend?
Fuck, I bet at this point girlfriend mystery is actually the only reason why some people continue to watch it.
Do it, seriously. You will either love it or hate it, but it's nevertheless a experience.
Start watching it now.
This anime is bad on so many levels yet I feel like it could easily be good just by changing a few things.
I don't know what those few things are though.
>Did he told about it to his girlfriend?
They didn't say he did but he probably did.
He's keeping it secret from everyone else though.
is this show just a huge train wreck and the only redeeming factor is watching it just to laugh at the fact its so bad? judging by the threads it seems that way
I know. I was going to watch it from the first episode but I lost my way.
I guess I'll go for it.
Manglobe, please, stop, it hurts.
QUALITY aside, it was great.
It's not really "bad". It just doesn't make any fucking sense.
Its the last "Fuck you" of a terminally ill man, Manglobe goes out with a bang.
What do you expect SF to do after the sentai arc or do you think they'll keep it this way until the end?
Mecha and space, duh, what else.
>trying to use your brain when watching SamuFlam
It's not actually that bad.
People (myself included) just don't like the fact that it went in a completely different direction that we were led to believe in the beginning.
It can't stay like this. Hazama's heart isn't in it at all now that he's not Samurai Flamenco anymore.
But also they're almost definitely going to have to go into space and destroy From Beyond.
I expect the sentai arc to be over after the next episode or two, to be honest. They're not actually going to fight the sixty-four whatevers.
I'm not familiar enough with tokusatsu to know what the hell they could do next, though...
Oh wait, they haven't done Ultraman yet.
Hazama will turn into Ultraman, that's what they'll do next.
Guys I am honesty considering dropping this.
I liked how it started out as a look at a toku hero in the real world. But then it turned into actual toku/sentai stuff, and a mediocre one at that.
I have never dropped a show this far in, and I dont want to, I feel that I must now see the story to its conclusion, but I get no enjoyment from doing so.
Is anyone out there having the same problem?
Yes, to a extent. I'd say your best bet would to be to let it finish and just watch it all back to back. No point in dropping now this far in.
Same here, but I'm in it just to see how deep the rabbits hole goes.
At this point I don't even care about Hazama's story and more interested in what the "normal" characters are doing.
Guys, are you conscious that the arc is going to end tomorrow, right?
It's an experiment, OP. Manglobe is trying to find out just how bad can their anime sales get.
