what does /a/ think of big o?
i love the ost and atmosphere, even if it is a little dated.
nobody? wow im suprised.
i nvr watched b4
dont blame us the ending was so bad no one want to remember it
First time here?
I actually just rewatched it last week.
/a/ loves the show, but they pretty much dropped the ball with the ending.
Biggest cop out of a final battle ever.
I do agree about the OST though.
Roger's speech at the end makes up for it, at least for me.
By the way, did you watch the dub or the sub?
Not the OP.
Still, I watched the dub. I don't turn down Steve Blum.
Gotta love the blum.
I'm still disappointed that he didn't do the voice of Kamina in GL. He did a good job with Leeron, but I feel like it was wasted potential by not having him do the badassmanly role.
I thought Big O was on /a/'s list of permitted dubs.
It's virtually got the same cast as Cowboy Bebop.
It's on the list of it doesn't suck so much, watch it if you are blind or something.
It is. Tryhards try to say it isn't though. Plus, without the dub, you miss hearing about how much a louse roger is.
Blum sounds too much like an arrogant villain in the dub. Sub is superior.
>Blum sounds too much like an arrogant villain in the dub
But Roger Smith kinda is. He's not a villian, but, he's a totally pompous dick.
I thought Blum fit the role of The Negotiator pretty well.
Need i say more?
It did so many things right. The end was so fucking unorthodox I couldn't even call it shitty. It was kind of like EoE. When I finished I knew modern studios would never risk making something like that.
Also Dorothy a best
That was because Cartoon Network cut them off, the ending was supposed to be different.
End of Big O when?
It was great, shame it never got the final 13 eps it was supposed to.
>That was because Cartoon Network cut them off
To be fair, without CN, there wouldn't have been a 2nd season.
2nd season wasn't that bad.
It wasn't as good as the first by any means, but it was good enough to justify making.
One of my favorite series
I love S2
