That only happens to me when I disconnect my HDD and all my running torrents stop because I/O errors.
Your D: HDD is fucked up.
This error occurs and then the download goes into pause.

Doesn't happen to me. Not even when I disconnect my external HDD. I have Vuze though so it might be a app related problem.

An I/O error like that basically meant it failed to write to your hard drive.
Try reconnecting the cables to your HDD, if that doesn't work than your HDD might just be starting to fail and ultimately crash.
