Slice of Life about a guy who posts on 4chan all day. Twist: The threads he makes aren't shit.
Romantic comedy involving imageboard posters who write anime plots on /a/. Twist: both leads are played by m00t.
Art by Dowman is the twist
Professional sumo wrestlers doing professional sumo wrestler things.
Nice SOL about some group in the army boys and girls. Has nice developed characters that are really likeable some moments here and there. i.e love interest dies in battle. Plot twist at the end when everyone in that group are caught by terrorist and killed one by one in front of the viewer. 45 minute special for that.
>This One Girl Can't Be My Whole Harem!
>when MC-kun was little, he was best friends with FMC-chan, his neighbour
>they were friends 4eva
>she was a tsundere
>until her parents died
>having no other relatives in Japan, she moved in with MC-kun for a while
>being a year younger than him, she was kind of like his tsundere osananajimi not-blood-related doting imouto
>then her overseas relatives were able to jump through the red tape and adopt her, so she moved to sweden to be with them
>years later, MC-kun is your average high school student
>when his tsundere osananajimi not-blood-related doting imouto moves back to nippon
>she skipped a grade in sweden and is now in MC-kun's class
>and she has become a little more gentle and feminine than she was so she is now his tsundere osananajimi not-blood-related doting imouto kind transfer student
>but she's still and overachiever and her popularity rockets her into the student council president positiong
>so she's now his tsundere osananajimi not-blood-related doting imouto kind transfer student strict seitokaichou
>turns out her overseas family were rich as shit and they sent her back home with plenty of money to keep her afloat, and she's learned to be a bit posh too
>so now she's his tsundere osananajimi not-blood-related doting imouto kind transfer student strict seitokaichou oujo-sama
>with this harem all rolled into one girl, MC-kun must negotiate shenanigans
Reminder that a yuri VN of this already exists.
>MC is secretly a masochist, but deathly scared of other people knowing about it
>puts all his fantasies into a notebook that he carries around so he can add to it whenever
>one day gets beat up by delinquents in an alley and drops his notebook
>gets saved because a bystander walked by and happened to see them
>bystander is a girl and picks up the notebook
>she's a sadist who blackmails him into being her sexslave
>next day MC walks into class and sees the girl who's blackmailing him has transferred into his class
>she acts normal in class and even asks him for help on homework
>MC is confused, but interacts with her in class reluctantly because he's a nice guy
>eventually realizes he's fallen in love with his rapist
>It's a happy ending where they get together and have consensual S&M sex
The story of Naruto Uzumaki, an adolescent ninja who constantly searches for recognition and dreams to become the Hokage, the ninja in his village who is acknowledged as the leader and the strongest of all.
Twist: /a/ will end up hating it.
The anime starts off centered around a demonic looking female character who is quite powerful in the magical world. She obviously wears lewd clothing and has command over many people. Eventually she is told that if she wants to keep her reign, she needs to have a partner. So she heads over to the human world in order to trick some human being into becoming her mate. She realizes she is actually quite shy and ignorant of human love and sexuality, and doesn't understand human relationships. Anime follows another male character who helps her find a boyfriend after he had just broken up with his girlfriend. Of course, said dude becomes her boyfriend in the end.
>mc has a crush with her mother in a steampunk setting with most characters reminiscent of myths and lore of ancient cultures, the plot is focused on solving the ethical dilema, in the middle of heavy political and spiritual changes in society
plot twist: the mc is his own father, because he can do time travel.
Reminder that this is a stealthed recomendation thread
Wow, it's fucking generic!
Straight action show about 4 people all separately trying to get to BBEG's castle to kill him and save the world.
Plot Twist: Two of the MCs are female and they aren't weaker or stronger than the men because of their gender, they are all relevant in fight scenes and have interesting backstories and powers
Aniti pls stick to vidya
Tell me more anon
But that's misleading because 9 times out of 10, women literally are physically weaker. /a/ excluded, that would skew the data.
Does it make me a femenazi to want the men not want to be pussies compared to the women? I watched Maken-Ki for like three episodes and just couldn't keep going because it made me want to puke. I'm tired of guys being portrayed as useless, lazy slobs who can't get anything done without a woman to hold their hand. It's fucking disgusting.
I don't know what that means
>9 times out of 10
Okay then the characters in this show will be that last one in ten. It's not like anime isn't already full of snowflakes.
Now that's just sad.
What happened to Asuka?
This isn't mine.
>MC moves to a new town and starts at a new school
>(un)fortunately for the MC his last name is the same as that of a large, well known yakuza family in the area
>this is played for laughs at first, with students assuming that he's the heir to the family and the MC plays along more out of bad luck than anything else, with no one giving him a chance to explain that it's a coincidence
>eventually the yakuza get word that there's someone new in town and he's supposedly part of their family, and they send guys to pick him up
>misunderstandings continue when he's brought before the boss of the family in the town, and in order to keep himself from being killed for impersonating a family member, the MC has to pretend that he really is a part of the mob
>through sheer luck he manages to satisfy their questions about how he is related to them and they welcome him as one of their own
>as the show goes on, he becomes more involved in the yakuza operations and ends up being the thing he was only pretending to be
>the family is tightly woven into the fabric of the town where they are thought of more highly than government and police both
>as such, he earns a great deal of respect (rather than scorn) for being a gang member
>but when corrupt cops decide that the mob hasn't been paying them enough, they try to bring down the family that has lined their pockets and replace them with one they can control
>using underhanded and downright illegal tactics, the police fabricate evidence, pose as yakuza and perpetrate crimes, and do a myriad of other things to spoil the yakuza in the eyes of the townfolk
>despite the fact that he is pretending, and despite the fact that the MC doesn't really have much good to say about gang members, he finds himself oddly attached to his new town and his new 'family', and wholeheartedly takes up their quest to keep the town peaceful, even dirtying his own hands to protect the people who look up to the mob for help
If MC knows Karate and has some good fight scenes I'd Throw my money at it
MC gets plotnesia and wakes up to discover several robot girls that calls him their "creator." apparently he created several robot girls but he has absolutely no idea why. Within several episodes the gynoids come in one after another except one who is a robot guy who was the prototype. As well as a government conspiracy trying to exploit his scientific mind to build more robots and a terrorist group that wants him dead for that reason.
Can the MC deal with this while taking care of his harem of robot girls? turns out the MC is a robot and one of the harem girls is the inventorit's the yandere.
MC is part of a harem
for two different people
MC's gender is not revealed
Both of the harem leads win each other
>Geography mostly based on Earth, mostly focused on the Eurasian continent, but the New World will be an important location / plot point.
>Eurasian continent is divided into two empires: The Holy Empire and The Eastern Empire. Anyone with any history learning should be able to figure out the parallels here. There are also countless independent feudal kingdoms and satellite nations.
>Technology is mostly consistent with medieval setting, but presence of magic has a heavy influence.
>Story focuses on two MCs in the beginning, both of whom are knights. The primary MC carries a massive broadsword, but in spite of his straightforward weapon has a very odd and adaptive fighting style, and will often drop the sword for good old fisticuffs when the opportunity comes up. He has a very firm sense of right and wrong, and is surprisingly intelligent. His family was killed by bandits when he was young due to the knights stationed in his village fleeing from danger. He has an intense fear of fire as a result of this trauma. His goal is to protect everyone he can.
>Second MC was trained until he was about 15 by a swordsman from the far east (a samurai) while living in a merchant state. He carries both a longsword and a katana. He specializes in quick-draw. His country was destroyed by Antony, the Holy Emperor. His goal is vengeance on Antony.
-Third MC introduced early in the story: young witch rescued from a dungeon keep by the male MCs. She is notably much stronger than the two MCs for some time (although physically she is much weaker), until they catch up and more or less stay on the same level for a good while. Becomes the first MC's love interest.
>Plot begins with the two MCs performing missions for their order, until eventually the Order joins the Holy Empire, forcing the MC's to desert. From there they begin acts of guerilla warfare against the Holy Empire. At some point learn they have to stop Antony from finding a McGuffin and becoming immortal.
Teenage boy from a DARKNESS clan where people use wings made of DARKNESS for magic. He only has one wing for some reason, and is an outcast to everyone except his older sister, who does a lot to take care of him(also tries to take care of him sexually but he won't allow it). Both him and his sister have a rare mutation that makes their wings crystalline when the normal is bat-like.
One day, the MC is sulking in some field at night when a demon possesses his arm. He runs back and his sister tells him he will have to battle it inside his mind. While doing this, the MC does something weird and it makes the demon stop. Then the demon says he will leave the MC alone if he kills this one angelfag from the angelfag clan for him.
So he goes off to fight angelfags with his demon arm and darkness wing which has taken on an appearance like hair because of the demonic presence.
He reaches the target angelfag and sees that his lair is full of demons chained to walls by weird roots made of light. When this angelfag shows his wings, instead of being feathers, they're like branches.
After the first few moves, angelfag uses one wing to tear the demon out of MC's wing. He says questions him on whether he will fight now that he has no reason to, and of course he does. Angelfag is fighting at half power because one wing is still busy sealing the demon. Eventually he hits the MC's wing again and now they're both fighting powerless.
Of course MC is getting his ass kicked now. But when all seems lost, he unleashes a branch-like wing made of light just like angelfag and breaks the demon free. Then angelfag is killed by a joint attack while smirking at this unusual twist of events.
After going back to his sister and asking if she knows what the fuck is going on, she explains that she is actually his mother and the guy he killed was his father, who raped her in the past.
A boy falls in love with a girl.
Unable to confess, he is gifted with by a deus ex machina with the girl's phone number. Never minding the strange area code, he immediately calls her, and is overjoyed to find out that she has a crush on him as well.
But, the next day, when he recounts the previous day's confessions to the girl, she only looks at him with a perplexed expression. After some investigation, he finds out that the girl he called is not the same girl he fell in love with. In fact, she doesn't exist in this universe at all. She is the girl's alternate universe counterpart, who has fallen in love with the MC's own AU self, who too is blissfully unaware of her crush.
Hijinks ensue as the two strike up a deal to give each other their darkest, most private secrets in order to equip the other with the weapons they need to conquer the heart of their other selves. While the two chase their respective loved ones, DRAMA ensues as they begin to fall in love with each other instead and question the NATURE of LOVE.
In an apocalyptic future, a new global government sets out to search through the remnants of society for ancient books to learn more about the history of man. Because of how rare these are to come by, though, they have become a valuable bargaining chip for bandits and corrupt leaders to extort resources and manpower from the people. Two young men, one a brain and the other the muscle, are sent out by the new government to search for the books and deal with these people if and when needed.
>aliens arrive in every country's capital city
>aliens are peaceful
>about half of the countries attacked on sight
>world war ensues
>aliens aren't that much more advance
>story follows both sides, neither side is the "bad guy"
>aliens only want peace and leave in hopes that the fighting stops
>world still fights to the bitter end
>very few humans left
>aliens come back
>they kill the rest of the population and take over the planet
>they've been doing this all over the universe
Fucking Jews man
I think I'm going to write this. The guys doing it don't seem to have ever gotten around to finishing it.
>your plot must have a twist that mods would actually ban people for spoiling on /a/.
Anything to do with a Planetes sequel. That is, if moot still posts on this board.
cute girls doing cute things, but the twist is that in the final episode we reveal that the whole show is just the fantasy of some loser in an online message board "Write an anime plot" thread and he'll never have his shitty idea be an anime.
Imagine punching somebody so hard that they turned into a door.
Then you found out that's where ALL doors come from.
Might as well post the whole copypasta instead of being a faggot, Anonymous.
Imagine punching somebody so hard that they turned into a door. Then you found out that’s where ALL doors come from, and you got initiated into a murder club that makes doors. The stronger you punch, the better the door. So there are like super strong murderers who punch people into Venetian doors and shit.
And then you find out that you have the power to kick down doors so hard that they become people. Because you are the first door.
Dark-skinned blonde bombshell trap goes around acting as a mercenary for oppressed rebel groups and overthrowing tyrants in a mountainous medieval setting.
At the end of first big arc, MC is revealed to be a vampire-style outsider who kills people to steal their time left alive, and his student who has a huge crush on him learns that all MC actually does for the rebel groups is incite them to become just as awful people as the ones they replace, to set up for the next time the MC rolls into town and is in need of time.
The story turns into a race across the land, as the MC's student/lover gathers a band of vengeful survivors and chases down the MC. They end up finding the MC at a massive utopian supercity, which is of course run oppressively by a clan of people who can turn their bones into weapons that protude from their bodies. The MC is courted by the heiress to the throne, who is on the lookout for a partner to do most of the actual killing needed to keep the masses oppressed.
The entire mess culminates in a three-way running battle through the streets as the MC's lover/student incites a rebellion and throws the city into chaos. MC is begged by both of his love interests to give up the sword and put an end to the cycle of butchery. Instead, he reveals his true gender as a trassexxual (full-on both sets of genitalia), goes 'lol nope I'm gonna go live forever' and kills them both. A lucky shot from the last of the mercernaries strikes him in the chest and at the moment of his death all the gathered time is released, freezing the city entirely in time for all eternity.
The story follows Bal-Shadi, a young, arrogant, rather cocky young man, who has one desire in the world; to gather the whole world's treasures. His beginnings are not simple, as he gathers a band of unique and extraordinary individuals, such as Bashrada, a quiet, tall man with phenomenal physical strength, Haraldo, a introverted mage from the western continent, and Dal Hazya, a woman of such incredible archery skills she can pluck the eyes off a rabbit from a mile away, and his first accomplishment, stealing his home kingdom from a tyrannical ruler. It is but one small start to a large journey for Bal-Shadi and his allies to gather the great treasures of the world under his name
The twist is the anime is a retelling of Bal-Shadi's stories, as he did accomplish his dream, becoming the King of Treasures, and has many many stories written of his travels. The anime shows these travels from the beginning
Yeah, not a very good twist, but whatever
I know this copy pasta, but I kind of wish someone actually went with this idea. It would make a interesting anime.
MC is schizophrenic
one of the harem girls is all in his head
>He goes for the one in his head
the one in his head is the best girl
best girls never win
he goes for the tsundere
A harem composed entirely of yandere. I want this to happen.
We follow the life of seiyuus.
Recording lines, singing songs, etc. Pretty normal stuff
And then at night they head out to fight monsters, their abilities are determined by the characters they voiced, so a seiyuu who voiced a mahou shoujo would have powers like the character she voiced.
>All their abilities are all seiyuu references to the real seiyuus who voiced the characters, so a character voiced by Nana will voice a Not!Fate
Hey this is actually awesome.
Except for the MC is teacher's daughter, too random
>Satan sends a devil-mc to spread the word of Hell across the Earth
>falls in love with qt3.14 christian nutjob
Twist: Turns out she was sent by God to spread the word of the lord
MC was an extremely ruthless death squad leader for some dictator during the intergalactic war and is sentenced to death for his war crimes.
In some other dimension, some princess sees her family get killed after a betrayal or something like that, she runs away from her Kingdom swearing revenge.
Years later she finds herself working at some farm, her revenge plans has totally failed until one day she sees a lamp and rubs it and like all cliche, a Genie comes out.
The Genie thanks the girl for freeing him and grants her only one wish because he's a pretty shitty Genie. After all her attempts to wish for revenge gets rejected due to certain "codes" the Genie follows. She starts to mumble out random wishes until one of them was granted, that wish is for someone to help her.
So he crosses some dimensions and meets the MC. Pretending to be a lawyer, he tells the MC that he could get him out...on one condition.
MC is a 2nd year high school delinquent who attends at a school filled with no good punks who do nothing but go into gang fights and turf wars. MC fights using 2 baseball bats.
MC's father wants him to be the next successor of Ninten Ichi-Ryu because he has massive amounts of potential.
MC doesn't want to go down that route and so, his father tells him that if he becomes the strongest punk in the city by the end of the year, he'll allow him to become whatever he wants in life. If he fails to do so, he must follow every order his father tells him.
And so every episode, MC fights another punk to build up his gang, and then goes on all out turf wars with different schools all with different themes to them or different gangs. (Martial Arts School, Rich Kid School, Biker Gangs, etc.)
This would be an acceptable plot if you throw in philosophy as a different between the DARKNESS-fags and the HOLY LIGHT-fags and flesh it out. Also you could advance on the ending instead of the "twist"
Vampfag reporting in.
highschool boy gets turned into vampire chow and wakes up as one of them. Accidentally kills/turns his crush, turns out the feelings are mutual, and the two lean on eachother for emotional support in learning how to live a life that doesn't let them age and requires harm on others. Evolves into a sort of angsty psuedo romance that's probably more harmful than good.
Bonus features, girl who crushed on MC turned yandare later in the series, the issue of the feral vamp who killed MC, evolving morals, and other fancy shit like that.
Generic anime vampires with little to no advercity to sunlight for a 'and life goes on' feel to it, don't like silver and holy stuff.
The names of these characters have been changed for the sake of privacy.
It starts off as your typical shonen story, then goes into the training arc. Our protagonist, "Ryuuko," is captured by our resident antagonist, "Satsuki," and brought to Los Angeles. They decide to lie low and drive to the meet-up point in Halifax, Nova Scotia instead of flying. One group goes ahead by 3 days, while Ryuuko and Satsuki trail behind
Inexplicably, Satsuki crashes the car outside of Phoenix. With the car beyond repair, they decide to go to a car dealership, to no avail. Satsuki dismisses it as a sign, combining Ryuuko's "penalty" with a good spot of training. She demands to be called Satsuki-sama, and expects Ryuuko to have her own supplies as she does her own. Ryuuko begrudgingly agrees, and so the trek across America is afoot.
Many wacky adventures set the two at each other, each learning about different survival skills and occasional combat techniques. It takes them about 8 months to get to the Northeast coast.
>MC is a 13 year old guy
>His parents don't give a shit about him
>One night, his bike is stolen
>Knowing his parents won't care, he decides to look for it himself
>He goes around asking his neighbors if they had seen his bike
>No one has seen anything
>When he is about to give up, he realizes he has one house left
>He goes to the last house and rings the doorbell
>To his surprise, a girl about his age opens the door
>MC tells her what happened, and she decides to go find the bike with him
>Thus, they embark in an adventure which will take them to the darkest corners of the city in order to find MC's beloved bicycle
>Over the course of the anime, the girl goes full yandere. When they finally find the bike she gets it run over by a truck and tells the MC tha she is the only one he can ride.[/spoiler[
thanks for the laugh
If only Pee Wee Herman ended like this
>/a/ will never start it's own anime studio and make these fantastic ideas
Feels bad man
One day, they end up walking along a seaside highway. Ryuuko's just about to break from all of the walking, but still goes along with it. Much to her surprise, the ever-cool-headed Satsuki collapses to her knees in silence. Taking it as a sign of relief, Ryuuko suggests they take a break.
As they settle down and take out their lunch, they start arguing about their situation, Satsuki barely recognizing it and just sits there eating her 4th-to-last sandwich. Hearing strange sounds, Satsuki notices a slipping boulder up above, and dashes to drag Ryuuko out of the way. When she's back to her senses, she returns to find that all of her supplies were crushed.
With the last of her water gushing out onto the pavement, and thirsty enough for blood, Satsuki finds herself bent over, lapping up the remains, struggling not to cry. When Ryuuko calls her out on it, she snaps and tells her to go away. Almost about to do so, Ryuuko reflects, and realizes that they wouldn't be this desperate if they had worked together.
Ryuuko goes back and offers Satsuki a bottle of orange juice she had been saving. At the most humbling point in her life, Satsuki accepts the offer, and admits she could have planned the escort better. The conversation then goes to Satsuki's motivation for conquest, which boils down to a sense of distrust with the world, outside of certain individuals. While a naive prospect, Satsuki sought to back it through tactical and political prowess, along with previously established physical and personal might. With a second wind washing over them, and a spilled food cart 3 miles down the road, the two set back off towards Halifax.
By the time they reach Halifax, Ryuuko and Satsuki are pretty much best friends. Surprised that they came on their own, the evil organization had since made a foothold throughout the province, though to much less of an extent than anticipated. Realizing her place, Satsuki retakes control of the situation, and thus earns total control over the province's actions in secret within the month.
With this, Ryuuko is let go, set to wander and survive off the land. She will be branded as a criminal, and she will be made to suffer alone. This is the path that Satsuki has laid out before her, and feels is the best course of action. As she's about to leave, Ryuuko stops at the door, and says, "Hey Satsuki, let's take over this dumb planet together." With a stream of tears in her eyes, Satsuki agrees, and allows her into the ranks. Thus begins the next story arc.
