>tfw this will never become an anime it so deserves.
>wanting this, or sharin no kuni or ever17 to be an anime
but then my secret club will be overrun with normal people
You make a very valid point anon. I'm beginning to rethink.
All the good VNs will never get good adaptions or adaption at all, just have to deal with it
But G-Senjou is garbage.
Just rewatch Code Geass dude.
Good, because visual novel adaptations suck dick.
It wouldn't work, It would basically have to be in third person to avoid spoilers and that would mean it's pretty much the VN.
None of these "WHAT A TWEEST" VNs would never work as an anime.
SnK might possibly work if they just kept ririko out of view but even then the writing in that game is pretty shit to begin with.
G-sen would never work since if they wanted to animate the canon route, they would essentially never be able to show Maou on screen lest the big plot reveal is given away early. Same thing with E17.
Its been a year since I rewatched it, I should get to it.
Haru is best girl with best route.
G-Senjou would be much easier than lets say Ever17.
Just keep Maou's face in shade all the time or something. With some clever directing and visuals, it could be doable.
I'll settle for nothing less than Takemoto for director.
The entire VN shits itself in Haru's Route though.
They build up the entire VN that Haru is going to best girl for the MC, and then when you get to her route you find out that they have the most shallow form of romance imaginable. MC with literally any other girl is more interesting and acceptable (personally I liked Kanon the best).
And the Epilogue is melodrama in its most raw form.
what about the MCs voice?
>they have the most shallow form of romance imaginable
Maybe the point was to show that Kyousuke gets over this?
>And the Epilogue is melodrama in its most raw form.
I can't help but agree with this though.
>they would essentially never be able to show Maou on screen lest the big plot reveal is given away early
He just has to stand in shadows. With his outline and eyes being similar to MC it fits fine. You don't have the imagination for this kind of work. I didn't even try
She was daughter of person who ruined their whole lives. And "he" ruined her life in revenge. The point was the love between people who ruined each other's lives.
You will never be as man as Kyouske with gf loyal as Haru.
Ah, this game, memories...
It seems doable, more so than e17, but it would need some mad skills to make it work.
Not probable to happen though...
Posting superior song
I wish looseboy would go back to writing vns.
Taiyo no Ko never. ;_;
I don't think that would be enough to convince the audience they're the same person though. Maou would just end up coming across like a shadowy villain, a separate person than the MC, that they're trying to keep a mystery. Whereas in the game the way that they reveal him, flaunt him, and depict his scenes in first-person make it seem he really is MC.
That is actually how he seems in game too. Only retard would think they are same people. It was too obvious for it to happen.
but G-senjou is not that good. too many plot holes, such as MC's coincidental headache
Taiyo no Ko is being worked on actually albeit slowly, there was update saying so around the start of the year. They are just too lazy to update the official site
secondaries need to stop glorifying translated only games
>I don't think that would be enough to convince the audience they're the same person though.
...yes it would. It's no different than the novel where MC disappears and Maou appears.
Why glorify something most people here can't read?
To give them the motivation to learn moonspeak. I won't ever forget the satisfaction I had from struggling through my first route in a non-translated VN.
Of course, the elitist had to invade this thread.
You're sounding like a weeaboo, anon.
I'm starting to learn moonspeak, what are some good non-translated visual novels to start with?
Naw. This VN went to shit.
>hurr durr I have an evil twin
Different anon here. The most important thing is to choose material that you enjoy; you want something that you'll feel motivated to read. However, it seems that games by Union Shift: Blossom are pretty easy reads.
Kouhei and Kyousuke are supposed to be damn similar to each other (remember when Mizuka mistook Kouhei for him?). They could simply make them pretty much identical visually in anime, with that difference that Kouhei face would appear somehow ''evil''). Since Kyousuke has this headache issue which is believed to be effect of his personality disorder, I guess problem is solved.
By writing ''problem'' solved, you mean that whenever Kouhei would appear onscreen, it would be preceded by Kyousuke headache, making spectator that already knows that Kyousuke probably has personal disorder, that the Kouhei who appears in next scene is in fact ''evil'' Kyousuke?
Would be still better than Code Geass
Same VA, have him deepen his voice when he does Maou.
Maou and Lelouch share a VA.
So just keep FukuJun?
play easy games like baldr sky
avoid hard games like subahibi
