Do you think it's possible for me to read 170 pages of a LN in 5 hours?
Very possible. Personally, I can finish 600-700 page novels in about 6-9 hours.
If I can finish that much in 2-3 hours, then so can you.
Are you illiterate because I can read 170 pages in an hour
We are not talking about textbook pages here.
>not being able to finishing Deathly Hallows in 1 day
Do you even read?
I could get that done in an hour or two.
5.000 pages an hour here. Step it up.
Depends on how well you can read, but yes, it's quite easily possible for someone who reads at least from time to time.
no, because if you actually cared about reading, you'd be doing it right now instead of posting on 4chan
Yes. I believe in you. Also, use text-to-speech software to enchance speed.
>not reading faster than you can listen
Shouldn't be too hard unless you are a very slow reader. I can finish a LN novel in a couple of hours easily if I actually care to sit down and read for that long at once. (I usually don't, and do it in 30 minute segments spaced throughout the day.)
There's no reason to insult someone because of the speed they read at. Plenty of people read at different speeds, especially when reading for leisure purposes. There's not really any benefit to speed reading stuff you're reading for fun anyway, is there?
>not doing both
What the fuck is wrong with you? Read even numbered pages normally, and at the same time listen to odd numbered pages through TTS. You can finish the book twice as fast this way. If you know braille you can go even faster by taking out every 3rd page and reading it in braille while reading and listening.
The brain processes each set of sensory information individually, so only using one pathway to absorb information is wasteful.
You have 2m to read every page if you aren't 4yo you should bea able
All those delusional nignogs posting in my /a/.
I'm more of a careful reader and reading a regular page doesn't take more then 2-3 minutes. We are talking about regular books here, which take more time then clicking through a VN or reading through a textbook with big letters.
Reading faster than that boarders on bullshit if you aren't on a run. I know that diagonal reading is quite common and I've mastered that too, but it can fuck up your interpretation of all kinds of things that are important to grasp a story fully.
You should only do that with informative letters and not novels though.
I think that 170 pages isn't that much, expecially if the context is loose as there aren't any LNs that are that hard to read if you know the language.
That's assuming you just sit down and read the whole thing straight through without ever looking back, looking anything up, or reading something again to make sure you got it right the first time. Who even reads this way?
Blindfag here. Are there any LNs translated in braille?
Learn to write first before you shitpost.
This should be a official 4chan rule.
Just get a braille e-reader and convert them.
I don't know you, but if you're asking I'm going to assume you're not fully literate. So, it's possible for many people, sure, but for you I'm going to say no.
What is the fucking point. Better to take your time and fully enjoy the book.
Wow you guys are nerds
I can't even read my own posts.
as a blind person, how do you enjoy anime, if at all?
I can still kind of understand what's going on with my surround headphones and the dubbed version.
does that mean youre watching space dandy, since its like, a currently airing anime that has a dub?
Who the hell is that supposed to be?
