Based on the first and second episodes, what do you feel is the most promising full length anime of the season?
Sekai Seifuku or Mikakunin.
Noragami is the best thing this season for me. No contest.
Noragami probably has the most going for it as the most 'solid' show of the season.
Hamatora sold me with the first ep, though Noragami is a close second.
Hamatora was fun, but the character's names are way more distracting than they ought to be. I can't take anything seriously when they're calling eachother names like Birthday, Art, Ratio and Honey.
Wizard Barristers (but with Umetsu and ARMS it's all but guaranteed to fuck up somewhere)
It's a tough choice for me between Noragami and Sekai Seifuku. I decided to go with SS but really I think they're both equally amazing and stand out as potential greats. I gave SS the edge because of amazing character designs and interesting plot.
Noragami and SS have the best starts this season. Whether SS will continue to be good is a tossup because A-1, but I'm confident Bones will deliver on Noragami.
Same for me. I'm bracing myself in case Bones does their usual when it comes to adaptions, but in the present the first two episodes have been fun.
Noragami and SS winning by a margin? Sounds about right.
Best op for sure
No one will ever vote for ImoCho. Even the fans think it's shit.
In that order.
Man, forgot D-Frag for 3rd instead.
4th is SS.
If D-Frag plays its cards right like they did with episode 1, it could be comedy of the season.
While I like Space Dandy, it feels like the staff are trying to give their trio some chemistry, so it's too hard to call right now.
Sakura Trick is going to be a weekly 20-minute dose of adorable finger-locking lesbian kissing done with some Hidamari aesthetics sprinkled on top. I just wonder if that's enough to carry it.
WUG could either be great or go to complete shit. It's Winter's wildcard show.
>If D-Frag plays its cards right like they did with episode 1
What, by shitting all over the manga and having every joke be SHOUTING HA HA FUNNY?
So far Noragami has the lead for me.
SS didn't impress me so much tbh, and don't like the character design.
About the rest, it's still early to tell for quite few shows.
Wizard Barristers have potential, but the first ep was a bit a rollercoaster (had quite few down moments).
D-frag was entertaing to say the least, if can keep up with the pace of first ep it's going to be good.
Hamatora had a weak/unimpressive first ep, but depending on how they will use the setting (supernatural detective or shonenshit superpowers) could either become great or shit.
Dandy so far is very disappointing (and i've watched it with literally 0 hype), visuals and overall atmosphere are good but even for a comedy it's so inconsistent that hurts.
Also, cause i'm not watching quite few shows don't like every single possible anime genre) there could be another couple of shows competing for AOTS around.
>and don't like the character design.
How, they're easily the best character designs this season
>1. Sekai Seifuku
/a/ has good taste this season.
I only watched it for the character designs here.
Not that interesting yet though.. its just goofy.
In that order
1. Sekai Seifuku
3. Space Dandy
5. Wizard Barristers
This is my list, obviously I'm quite impressed with this poll.
Agreed. I'm so happy to finally be able to see Kuroboshi Kouhaku's designs translated well into anime.
I didn't realize how loaded their staff was before watching the first episode. It's amazing to see Hoshizora Meteor (Forest), Kuroboshi Kouhaku (Kino no Tabi), and Katou Tatsuya (Horizon, Free) working on a single show.
You are also forgetting the Darker Than Black director and writer.
Wow, /a/ has good taste for once.
Most hopeful for:
You should have run this poll up next week anon, we don't even have a second episode for most of the full-length shows yet.
>all this Noragami
/a/ sure loves trite nonsense. battle powers + panty shots + pre established character networks that leave no room for personal growth = jizzmatic pander-fest
fuck all you faggots who like this shit
