Who will be the red ranger?
why they are so perfect?
>oversized nonon sleeve
Nui when she goes incognito to work her way to a three star for shits and giggles then backstabs all the devas and steals their pieces of senketsu.
Ryuuko, of course.
>Ryuuko is rash and ignorant
>Inumuta is cold and calculating
>Uzu is calm and thoughtful of how he fights
>Gamagoori is built to last, and is a masochist
>Nonon is small, hot headed, and easily loses sight of the battle
They are the most back asswards sentai team.
She even has the special form that only red has for some bullshit reason.
The hat got a serious downgrade.
Obviously Ryuuko after she befriends them all, including Satsuki.
And they go after Nui for being a bitch.
My child with Nonon
The main character, you idiot.
Who will be the black ranger?
Green, Yellow and Black usually occupy two of the available positions, and is either the bonus member or nonexistent.
are they all slavs?
If you wanna talk tropes, Satsuki is already running a five-man band. That's a bit her whole shtick is that she has the 'hero' team and Ryuuko is the invader that runs away after every battle; this is part of the theme of the show: inverting and deconstructing the usual magical girl squad arrangement like TTGL inverted the wangsty-mecha trend that Evangelion started. What TTGL is to NGE, KLK is to Madoka.
Ryuuko is gonna be sixth-ranger once Ragyo becomes the real villain and Satsuki & Crew is forced to make a Heel Face Turn.
How come they're all back to being 3 stars? They lost...
>the leftover is either the bonus
Accidentally a word.
Fuck these hard captchas.
nice, epic, i like it
Ryuko will be the vice-president and join as red
Seifuku Sentai Gokuranger!
Watch the latest ep. Sats literally tells them why.
B-but Madoka already did the whole deconstruction of the Magical Girl trope. That was the whole point of the series, that being a magical girl was not something to be desired, and that the little mascot animal was an unholy eldritch horror.
hight quality post
>If you wanna talk tropes,
>Inumuta is cold and calculating
>Uzu is calm and thoughtful of how he fights
Isn't 'cold and calculating' the exact same as 'calm and thoughtful' only with a negative bent on it?
>yfw Nonon is the traitor
So I imagine the series is going to start being about Ryuuko getting all the scrap pieces of Senketsu back together but how is she going to fight against those who have said pieces? In the very first ep she was beaten to a bloody pulp by the first guy.
Blue's and Green's collars are hella popped
Yeah. One is without honor, the other is combat srs.
It's pretty obviously Dog
>loyal dog being the traitor
Wow, do you even Nobunaga?
I doubt it, is like how most of /a/ thougth it could be "monster of the week" after the first episode, and "Ryuuko figths every club pres that's left and then the elite four" when the naturals election was starting.
If anything, Trigger has done a good job trying to be the most unpredictable possible.
Eva was also a deconstruction, though.
Oh man, what if instead of stars, uniform power was measured in collars? Missed opportunity.
What reason would Nonon have to betrayal her waifu?
Don't tell me she's yandere
Probably something like "your mother gives me more attention"
Because she's a bitch.
Actually, he was a two-star Club Head. In the first episode she was swatting down one-stars without a sweat.
And do you remember how many stars the Deva's uniforms are equivalent to?
No, those aren't the kind of collars that are suppose to be folded in the first place.
Also, does Mama Kiryuin having 7 star scars mean she's like 70% magic clothing?
Nonon's been nothing but blindly loyal to Satsuki just like Gama. Neither are any threat becoming a turncloak, and it wouldn't fit monkey at this point in time so dog is the most fitting answer as everyone else has surmised.
Plus he has glasses.
I don't think KLK has been particularly unpredictable (except for a few things, like the Devas being so easily beat), but I think /a/'s failure at predicting this show is that they expected some kind of M. Night Shyamalan twists, whilst this show has been actually rather linear so far.
In fact, the only twists in this story, up to this point, have been Nui's appearance and Nui cutting Senketsu in the latest episodes, since both events did change the course of the plot and were rather unexpected (but kind of a given, since no one expected Satsuki to be the final boss, Ragyou had already been hinted as the big bad, or at least a bigger antagonist, and thus her minions being OP was a sure thing).
Notice that /a/ is still predicting the craziest things to happen, but personally I'm expecting the show to remain rather linear, with perhaps a twist or two here and there, but I think the big focus will once again be the over-the-top action (though I think KLK has been considerably inferior to TTGL in that regard - up to the latest episode, of course, for all I know, it could change later).
yes they are, all we need now is fanart
It only means she's heir to an 1800 year old Chinese martial art.
The smart guy is always the traitor. The glasses are a dead giveaway.
How much did you fist pump when her theme started playing and she saved Ryuko?
Up until she didn't kill Nui and I used that fist to wipe my dissapointed tears.
You don't get the pattern.
>recruited by Satsuki after his defeat
>recruited by Satsuki after his capture
>recruited by Satsuki after his defeat
I wonder which one is the traitor.
People called Mitsuhide "Nobunaga's loyal dog" and then he betrayed him.
Exactly. After a deconstruction you build it back up, like what TTGL did after Eva.
But then again, KLK is neither a reconstruction or a deconstruction.
Dog will be the betrayer
Snake will die too because she is Satsuki's Hanmaru.
Nope, the current ones; the three-stars are destroyed.
The Devas are only wearing special Anti-School One-Star uniforms.
Ryuuko, who is strong enough to fight One-Stars alone, has a part of a 100% life-fiber uniform on top of that.
>not Maeda Toshiie
Guess who was called "Inuchiyo"
she wasnt saving Ryuuko
she just wanted to wreck Nui
Satsuki think is trash and worthless
It was cool. It was obvious Nui wasn't going to kill Ryuuko, but I honestly expected her to be saved by Aikurou, maybe even Tsumugu or Mako appearing just because.
Satsuki showing up was rather unexpected for me. So, when her them started playing it was really, really cool.
I think the amount of screentime she gets is almost directly proportional with how much I enjoy each episode of this show.
That being said, I hope she'll start getting some development soon. Some flashbacks and a few words from her (most of the time carrying ambiguous meanings), is not enough.
Personally, I think she's been carrying this show almost alone.
Mind you, I don't dislike Ryuuko, I think she's cool. But I just can't find her interesting enough - either by personality or motivation to actually watch the show just for her.
But the one who has been set as drifting away from Satsuki, regrettably and against her wishes, is monkey.
Its obvious Dog will be the traitor but
Will he side with Ryuuko or Ragyo?
I really hope we get some ragyo x satsuki doujin. Normally i dont care for mother x daughter incest but watching ragyo feeling up satsuki really turned me on.
I really hope it's Ryuuko. But it's probably going to be Ragyo.
I think her behaviour made sense.
Nui is not someone you can take on easily, and fighting battles when you don't need to is foolish, fighting a needlessly hard-as-fuck battle would be even more foolish.
I think this shows a start comparison between her and Ryuuko, in which Satsuki is more pragmatic whereas Ryuuko is more reckless.
>she wasnt saving Ryuuko
>she just wanted to wreck Nui
Bullshit, had she wanted to wreck Nui, she wouldn't have let her go. She would have fought her instead.
She clearly was there to save Ryuuko's hide.
You should stop reading TV Tropes.
Eva is not a deconstruction and TTGL is not whatever term they come up with.
Eva just subverted some things, whereas TTGL played the Super-Robo deal perfect straight.
Judging from OST
we all know hell side with Ryuuko
he has gathered enough data to know that orphan bitch needs some good dog fucking to finally chill out
and considering hes surround by shitty girls, he probably has some sexual stress he needs to release
What about sewing club bitch?
>implying Inu is homo
Nah... Ryuuko has little to no data to offer to him (and he looks like the typical asexual nerd from anime, so no sex jokes here).
If he does betray Satsuki, he's definitely joining Ragyou, for a far more vast source of data.
Why does everyone think someone will betray Satsuki? Wouldn't it make more sense if calling the school "Honnouji" was just Satsuki's way of declaring her intent to betray her mother?
>implying he isnt homo as fuck and will join Ryuuko in hopes of getting fucked by Tsumugu
well i get the idea from this thread:
and my personal observation in episode 10 flashback
Sewing club girl is a girl, though.
I think this makes more sense.
Oda Nobunaga is likely to have lived in the KLK world and the Honnouji event happened as well.
Thus, Satsuki wanting to recreate the event by betraying Ragyou is probably something she planned - probably due to the name she got.
That being said, I can't see Satsuki succeeding, at least not in her first attempt. If anything, I wouldn't be surprised if things go horribly wrong for her, and she loses everything she's built up so far.
It means we're going to hear her say "omae wa mo shindeiru"
doesnt matter. satsuki is going to be the white ranger, and the white ranger is always the coolest
That makes for a rather interesting take on his story, but I still don't see it happening.
I think it's most obvious Ryuuko and Satsuki will be working together in the near future, so if Inumuta turns out to be a Nudist (and also if we assume Nudists other than Aikurou and Tsumugu will giving a damn about Ryuuko), then he'd still end up working alongside Satsuki, so a betrayal on his part would be ultimately pointless.
Him going to Ragyou's side would make for an actual betrayal and put in in a definite antagonistic role.
Who will be the first to fall against Ragyo's thugs?
From left to right
Pink, Green, Black, Blue
Ryouko will be Red after Satsuki recruits her and upgrades Senketsu and Satsuki will be White.
>he's networking everything
>gets a phone call from the people he actually works for
>shuts down the system, killing communications among the forces
>walks off after packing his stuff
It will so keikaku
If any of the Devas are going to die you know it has to be Gamagori
Nonon is the one that has to go
Not while Mako's still around
Yeah, I think it's really likely when Satsuki's plan to bring down Ragyou at Honnouji Temple (or wherever Satsuki is planning on bringing her down) fails, Gamagoori will perform his duty as her shield and die protecting her.
But well, plenty of people expected Mako to die and that's yet to happen, and probably it'll never happen. So, perhaps, no relevant character will die.
>anyone being kill in kill la kill
it's hard to believe that this is a possibility
Senketsu and Ryuuko's dad don't count. Maybe someone will be severely injured but not dead
Gamagori and Uzu are the most developed, and Uzu has to live to fight Ryuko
Gamagori is all about his loyalty to Satsuki, he'll die in defense of her and Mako
>They both die.
>Ryuuko and Satsuki join to mourn them.
Then they make a truce to kill whoever did it.
>and Uzu has to live to fight Ryuko
Which is precisely why they'll kill him off. It'd be tragic and shit.
Sanageyama is going to be the badass manly death that saves everyone else's life or allows everyone else to deliver the final blow.
Seriously, this show is practically a gender-bent version of S-Cry-Ed. Do you honestly think they're going to resist the temptation to kill off a couple characters towards the end?
>Then they make a truce to kill whoever did it.
How come no one has considered Nonon the traitor? She was Satsuki's bff since they were kids. Either that or she gets killed and SAtsuki loses control of herself Ryuko style.
Nonon betraying Satsuki would completely ruin her character for no reason at all
That'd be like having Mako be the one who destroyed Senketsu
Dog is the most logical traitor, he has no deeper emotional connection to Satsuki and hasn't demonstrated as many redeeming qualities as the other three Devas
>Gamagori is all about his loyalty to Satsuki, he'll die in defense of her and Mako
Gamagoori dies protecting Mako, not Satsuki.
Gamagoori: Ah... I had vowed to become Satsuki-sama's shield, but... I don't think Satsuki-sama needed my protection. She's strong, really strong. In pursuit of my ideals I followed her, I wanted to become stronger, in order to protect people. But I forgot... I lost my way. And thus, right now, I have finally managed to protect someone, not the strong, but the weak... my original pur.... pose.
Gamagoori: Heh... I guess I can no longer... wipe my tears any more.
*Mako wipes Gamagoori's tears*
Gamagoori: .... Haha... hahaha... I guess... this wasn't a bad way to go.
Gamagoori's thoughs as he closes his eyes: Mankanshoku, live for my sake. You've still got a long way to go.
Satsuki-sama... all glory for you.
*Ashita no Joe scene*
Gamagoori is dead.
Yup, that's how it'll happen.
>Most popular Deva among Nips
whelp, Nonon confirmed dying
>Gamagoori: Lady Satsuki...the Makanshoku girl...did I manage to protect her?
>Satsuki: Yes...yes, you did.
>Gamagoori: Good...that's good.
>passes away. Meanwhile, Ryuuko's walking away with Mako's body in her arms.
>He delivers every line screaming.
>He dies standing up, like Ganondorf in TLP.
>He dies standing up, like Ken-Oh!
>Satsuki when her rebellion fails
>Implying she wont break up and cry like a bitch
And Ryuuko, feeling pity, will hug her
>>Most popular Deva among Nips
Isn't just because she's a girl, and Japan isn't as gay?
That image reeks of Redit.
Anyhow, I doubt she'll show anger. If anything, once Ragyou shows her that whatever power she has, she's got a hundredfold more, I can easily see Satsuki losing all motivation.
i think Satsuki is adopted
Do I smell an alternate universe with men and super-powered popped collars and the foil to their ideals, the Jesus chain wearers?
If Satsuki called on her shit for a leeching bitch I could see her go crazy and try to atrack Satsuki
But I dont think she would be able to make full prepared betrayal
>Sensei Trains Ryuuko
>Arrives to battle late
>Walks up behind the crying Satsuki
>"I'm sorry I didn't arrive sooner"
>Pins her filling her with vitality and vigor
Nonon's thing with Satsuki isn't completely one-sided, you know
If Nonon actually was a leeching bitch there's no way she'd still be at Satsuki's side. Satsuki would have cut her loose years ago if she didn't earn her keep.
>implying it wont be like JoJo were the protagonists wreck every monster of the week until the final boss fight and then bam half of the cast is dead
>Satsuki when she finds out that her mother supplied her enemies with OP Life Fiber battle gear.
I actually had a dream where Satsuki cried (which is a good indication that i'm thinking about klk way too much). Starts with a single tear down her cheek then she grits her teeth trying to hold back the tears but they just keep coming. It just weird to see that happen to character so stoic.
Well enough about my faggotry
Here's a yuri pic.
>implying Satsuki won't drop her like a used condom the moment she loses again
I dreamed about klk yesterday
Too bad i never remember most of dreams
I just know it starred the devas and mako with no sign of Ryuuko and Satsuki
Satsuki is like Griffith
She only cares about fucking Ryuuko, her other comrades are disposable
>Satsuki is like Griffith
Do you think she'll betray the devas then?
I hope Aikuro senseis up and actually helps teach Ryuuko stuff in the following episodes. Not so much how to fight, as Ryuuko knows how to do that, but help her realize what she wants to do from that point.
She wanted to know why her dad died, and she found out. Now what? When she was focused on attaining that information, she was a powerhouse. When she got it, she descended into mediocrity. Setting of goals.
You know, what an educator is ideally supposed to help his/her students do.
Crap. now they're plagarizing Samumenco? I am disappointed Trigger...
>anything color-themed characters is super sentai
>Samumenco invented super sentai
Is that a life fiber cigar?
>Satsuki is like Griffith
I think you should start paying attention to the shows you watch.
If it was, that would make the item highly ironic in concept.
senketsu has really been a better mentor until this point
but well, thats no longer an option
What if Sensei is just genderbent Satsuki made of life fibers?
Growing up with Satsuki turns you grumpy
>Your sandcastle a shit
>Santa doesn't exist
>I can't believe you care what the masses think of you
>I'm looking down on you again
>When she was focused on attaining that information, she was a powerhouse. When she got it, she descended into mediocrity.
This is not entirely true.
Remember, she got her ass handed to her by Sanageyama and Tsumugu, and most of the opponents she beat were small fries.
When she beat the Devas, it was almost entirely Senketsu's feat.
Also, her behaviour during ep13 wasn't because she had no goal, but because she was scared of what she had done during ep12.
So, she started doubting if it was okay for her to wear Senketsu.
She still raised to help Nagita from the pursuers, which shows she still intends to help some people, but ultimately, when Nagita revealed he was Nui, and Ryuuko realised she was still angry, she held herself back in fear of going berserk again.
So, she's yet to have an issue due to lack of motivation - even though Satsuki and Gamagoori have already called her for lack of an actual, constructive goal.
Would this lead to Ryuuko and Satsuki finally on the same side, eventually?
Thing is, however, it seems like Satsuki's not that focused on backstabbing or sabotaging REVOCS, but building herself up more than her mother if anything. It doesn't make sense for Satsuki to rather suddenly revolt against Ragyo without a really good reason...
Am I missing something here?
I thought the Green Ranger was the comic relief character. it fits
>If anything, I wouldn't be surprised if things go horribly wrong for her, and she loses everything she's built up so far.
It would give her some much needed drama and conflict since everything seems to be going absolutely peachy for her so far.
>Became super sentai all of a sudden.
Just like Samumenco.
>it seems like Satsuki's not that focused on backstabbing or sabotaging REVOCS, but building herself up more than her mother if anything
I don't agree, notice how she's left Ryuuko wreck her "kingdom" and how she left it go into a state of anarchy just for the naturals elections.
Though it could be said she left those things to happen, in order to make her armies stronger (by weeding out the weak, and by gathering more data), there are still things that indicate that there's more to her than what it seems.
The way I think I understand her character, is that she's a person who cares for strength, but not in terms of physical or in terms of political or economic influence, but purely strength of the mind, which is why she seems to like people with strong resolve.
My personal theory is that she probably values freedom a lot, but realises that freedom can never be attained if people agree to fit any system, as long as they get any comfort out of it, and thus, building a strong character in the people is required in order for actual freedom to exist. So, she plans to bring down Ragyou, who is the one who holds the most power as of now, and who holds people in her power by keeping them clothed (I don't think I need to explain what clothes stand for, by now). At the same time, her own oppressive state is probably just a charade, so that people eventually rise, bring her down, and finally achieve freedom.
That being said, I do think thing like the No-Late day and allowing clubs like the Biology one to conduct human experiments is over the line, and hardly justifiable.
Well, Nui showing up and Ryuuko turning berserk and wrecking the school was an unwanted monkey wrench. It isn't that she doesn't encounter conflict, it's just that she's always calm and competent in dealing with it.
Okay which one of you faggots was this
Well that was inevitable. Is there a linkin park amv yet?
I fixed that dreadful image for you.
>She sees your penis
What I think will happen/like to happen is for Satsuki to succeed in growing the school empire by force and it to be preparation for getting an army together to take down her mother. The elite four will at first be unaware of her plan to take down her mother but after being told it will send imuta off to raygo as he is her spy. Ryuko will in parallel be collecting senketsu and training to fight satsuki and will eventually be able to take them down right before them launching their final assault on raygo. Raygo will royally fuck up satsuki, ryuko, and the rest of the elite four. They will all be knocked down in power level and then have to train as a team and get powerful once again together to take down raygo.
This is Satsuki when she saw the helpless passed-out Ryuuko.
I'm pretty sure Nui backed off because she works for Satsuki's mother and the school getting destroyed was pretty much a joke as she has the funds to fix it ridiculously fast.
People use the "Ryuuko a shit because Senketsu does all the work" argument all the time, but it's funny how they tend to glaze over the fact that Satsuki wouldn't have accomplished so much without her mother's wealth, status, and supply of Life Fibers.
People considered her a possible traitor from the start of the Oda stuff.
It's obvious that Satsuki can see Ryuuko as a potential equal. That's big part of the whole rival thing, two people that see each other as worthy opponents.
This is something Nonon can never be and upon her realization could make her lash out at Satsuki.
I was amped as fuck.
The timing was perfect, and the tension right there was so thick you could cut it with dat scissor.
Was bitterly disappointed that no Nui wrecking commenced...
>no Nui wrecking commenced
Let us be honest, seeing all the shit Nui can pull, had Satsuki decided to fight against Nui, the only one wrecked would have been herself.
Satsuki would probably only have fought her had she had no other option, and she'd probably still have ended up in a bad position - though she probably knows Nui would never kill her, because Ragyou is her mother.
are you colorblind?
>devas get color coded track suits
>Going to be getting their old uniforms back, but in the meantime, will have replacement uniforms, color coded
>Ryuko is now without a combat uniform, but Satsuki is taking her under her wing
It's obvious she'll get a red suit, and use it as she slowly earns back senketsu.
Hopefully we get Nonon x Satsuki bonding scenes
I can see her maybe acquiring a suit, but it makes more sense for her to learn how to fight without relying on a life fiber outfit first, probably with nudisto beach
If ryuuko's shadow. Who's shrek?
>they were probably the same height at one point
That alone is pretty funny.
Did that drawfag ever finish redoing Toadowner and Dogsoon?
green ranger is black
That is adorable. Let's post more cute KLK art.
Super Duper God Tier Power Jersey Shrekmono
Ryuuko, do you not understand her clothes are red?
Just a friendly reminder to the newfags: "Tropes" existed before tvtropes was created.
>What TTGL is to NGE, KLK is to Madoka.
That's the dumbest sentence I read on /a/ today.
>He dies standing up like Whitebeard in One Piece
I wonder why Satsuki is visiting the battlefield where Uzu is fighting.
