I mean, when you look at the shit he had to get through to get to the level he is now, and to be able to go balls deep into a dungeon with no fear? Without a doubt the most based character in Log Horizon
Why are all the "noobs" kids?
Why are they making him out to be a dog?
Rudy is the deadest scrub.
Fuck you man, Rudy is love, Rudy is life
Rudy isn't even a real person.
>ruby is NPC
>he can actually die
>still joins them practicing in dangerous areas
He is nuts
He doesn't afraid of anything even when he knows if he dies he won't respond since he is an NPC.
You do realize if he is an NPC he's an NPC who's gaining levels and skills like an adventurer right? I would think that would be one of the biggest shocks.
>You do realize if he is an NPC he's an NPC who's gaining levels and skills like an adventurer right
All NPCs do, it's common knowledge.
Fucker has to work 4 or 5 times harder than the other nubs, and yet he still manages to keep pace with them
Landers can level too, just a shit ton slower than Adventurers
I hope he is just one of the few how can do that because I would love to see the NPC's try and start a war only to get completely anal devastated by adventures.
How so? Never hear of it being possible.
That is just how freckle face see him since he reminds her of a golden.
They have to learn it, instead of like Adventurers who just level up and magically gain knowledge.
For example if you want to be a mage you have to study magic and tomes and undergo training. If you want to be a warrior of some sort you'd undergo physical training and weapon training.
At first I fucking hated his guts but now that I know that he has the balls to fight even though he won't respond and that he has to work waaayyy harder to keep up with adventures, I'm starting to warm up to him.
And here is that retard again.
Isuzu and Rudie have a nice relationship, it would be a shame if something happened to it.
I'm going to assume he does die but someone using a revive spell quickly after since lake wizard guy said it was possible to revive npcs if it was used quickly after death.
20 year old game
You're free to believe what you want anon-chan
Well its not like he is even an actual person anyway.
That's not exactly how it goes. Keep reading at your own risk: Serara and Isuzu try to resurrect him, but it doesn't work. They call Shiroe, in tears, asking him to save Rudy, since no matter how many resurrection spells they use, he's not coming back. Shiroe then goes there and uses a magic contract with the most high-level materials to give him the adventurer subcalss, that gives him all the benefits of an adventurer (cathedral resurrection, exp, friends,... except for the fact that, since he already has a subclass, he can't get another one), in exchange to joining Log Horizon.
But he is, all the Landers are real people.
Bestiality is an important part of this series think about cut guy and little druid girl.
Except they think he's an Adventurer and don't do shit until it's too late, thinking he'll just respawn.
I have never played a mmorpg in my life but after watching SAO and LogH I want to give it a try. Any suggestions?
They all are shit and waste of time + money.
No one has altered the krillin pasta for him yet yet?
I like how they're showing Isuzu's inner voice in this episode.
Its a cute side of a growing adolescent on developing a crush without leaning to much on cliche.
>brb, walking dog
episode 16 fucking when?
that means they must be on a date.
Cat guys is like middle aged or something right? but since their are no age of consent laws in their new world it would be ok to give her the D since she obviously wants it so bad.
red rocket and knot.
Serara is a high schooler, and she said that she wouldn't mind 20 years or so of difference.
I wish combat was more exiting like in SAO. I still am liking log since it has an interesting plot and mystery that makes me seriously want to know whats going on and whats going to happen next.
Damn the way she looks/acts/speaks I would said at most 10 years old.
Rudy is so fucking cute, I love him.
Wait until the village defense.
Thats because she is really Yui
Wait I got it... she was in high school but she is actually extremely smart and skipped a bunch of grapes
Is this actually true?
How much hax does Shiroe discover before Rundelhaus dies?
fuck grades not grapes
He's already been working on contracts.
He's been writing up documents and quests that are magically binding already.
When should this happen in the anime? I can't wait, it's going to be delicious.
>LH is a sequel to K-On
Fund it, stat.
>Realize what that the scene in OP is significant
Was always curious why she cared if he died.
All the hax.
Hopefully the anime doesn't ruin the scene. In the LN they had to finish the fight first before they could care about rudys condition.
>prefer combat in MMO to be full of DPS bullshit than a full tactical and teamwork one
I just remembered the part where freckle girl going to take a bath in the lake after waking up and ran into him training. He most have been practicing all night to just trying to barely keep up with them. did he make that rope recreation of the dungeon floor plan himself?
>tfw Dog-prince is the cause of Apocalipse
Yeah. In the novel it pretty much mentions that while everyone else is taking a break, he's practicing.
Combat like in Dark Souls even though its not a mmorpg seems more entertaining to watch than WoW.
>Chocolate is sweet even though its not a chili
why do people expect nyanta to not just daughter zone serara?
nyanta doesnt seem the type to get desperate and need sex at this point of his life
>tfw no friendlist
The little "huh" he did when Isuzu mentioned the friendlist was so heart-breaking. Poor Rudy.
live like a windrammer as you fuck
The sudden realization that no matter how hard he worked and how strong he had become he still was't an adventurer.
Also is Rudy actually trying to keep him not being an adventurer secret or did he just not understand what it was to be one and thought all he had to do was become strong and go on adventures?
If you ask me, that's exactly what's he's doing. But I feel bad for Serara. She really likes him.
The former, Landers know that Adventurers are a different species from them
I'd like to know this too, LNfags. I was wondering about it as soon as he had this expression.
Of course he knew what an adventurer was. At least, the basic concept: really strong heroes that are resurrected in cathedrals after they die.
This got me thinking, what if I made an account for my dog and we were both playing during the Apocalypse. Going on adventures with your dog, now that's fucking rad.
he is nice enough to let her dream though
She just doesn't know feline penises are extremely thin and barbed.
I think his refusal to join a guild indicates he knows the basic mechanics
this isnt a VR game like SAO ya know
dogs cant really use keyboard nicely
What if your dog was sitting on your keyboard the moment the update went live?
I don't know if this is addressed later on, but could someone tell me if the NPCs were actually sentient before the apocalypse? That would add a whole new nightmarish layer to the story. Hell, I feel guilty just thinking back to all the silly torture/death people put the town guard through in most MMOs, just for a laugh.
hmm so do they age in this world or are they the same age forever?
It must suck to be a normalfag casual that just picked the game up and went through the apocalypse where he is a third class citizen compared to level capped neckbeards with high level items that would now be a huge pain the ass to acquire.
What about a chimp
that'd be one hell of a trick to get a dog/animal to smack Login at the computer
and know that the damn update was gonna transport you to that world which is like no one
What if you logged in 2 accounts at the same time?
What about a gorilla
Your consciousness gets copied into both.
I can't believe people like Rudy, he's that guy in every pug group that fails because he can't settle down and watch his aggro.
>Multiboxers during the Apocalypse
Army of Clones GET!
Can you not have an adult body until you reach a high level?
If this actually happened in a real mmorpg 90% of the people would be male socially stunted neck beards.
The worst part is that when you eventually commit suicide from living in such a hell you just respond.
in EQ i would drag rats to the guards to give them something to do
There's a Chinese gold farming bot who has gained sentience in the spin-off story.
because he probably has no way to watch aggro himself
just think of playing an mmo fresh without any UI
thats what rudy has to deal with
in the chinese servers probably
if marmalade could trust a chink to write it
>I was that guy in vanilla WoW
Although I could get away with it since I was a hunter.
Someone suggested that the adventurer must have seem really retarded before the apocalypse. Think about it: a bunch of retards in the capital dancing nude, shouting and staying still for hours (read as days in ET).
Prove that he started at level 1 and that he wasn't autoleveled to 20 by the system.
>The battle starts as soon as I see the enemy
That fucker, I was getting pissed when he said that
To anybody who has read novels, does this keep being good? I'm enjoying this insanely and hoping for a second season.
>all these spoilers
>RUDY IS ACTUALLY AN NPC AND HE DIES
>AND THEN SHIROE IS GOD AND BRINGS HIM BACK FROM THE DEAD
What if I put the login info, and put some peanut butter on the mouse, the dog licks, clicks and that gets him to login.
>tfw your dog gains sentience and tells you how much he loves you.
How hard is it to understand that Elder Tale is a reality?
Yes it's still great
Probably not though, we don't really have enough material for a second season anytime soon
>>tfw your dog gains sentience and tells you how much he loves you.
>This doesn't actually happen
>Dog is now stuck in a human body
>fate worse than death
Sorry for going off topic, but is this "respond" thing a meme I missed or does no one in this thread know that the word is "respawn?"
wait so he can't even see health bars, status icons and all the other stuff on the HUD?!
like I said
you'd have to actually know the damn transport has to actually happen, what would be the point of the trick other then to get an animal to press log in and check a character
Rudy is a scrub, so he obviously dies.
Shiroe has some super rare revival item and brings Rudy back, he then writes a contract which basically makes his subclass 'Adventurer'.
dogs are dumb i doubt he would have anything important to say
You don't play videogames with your pets, man?
I find it funny how easy it is to tell when a building is in Japan without seeing the Japanese writing.
It's those damn tile walls
Also the rails
He can, Landers can see status windows too, but it's not as detailed as Adventurers
How does Rudy even walk with balls that big?
they are all dead
hah thank you i am also wondering this
>The battle starts as soon as I see the enemy
>That fucker, I was getting pissed when he said that
I remember having one in a guild that was in our A team raiding group, and absolutely would not believe that I couldn't hold aggro versus him without the advantage of being the initial attacker. Because our guilds main tank could do it, he expected me to do it as well. He was a great guy usually, but if you put him into a dungeon he became an indescribably uninhibited attacking machine.
Yes, that's right, no dogs on the internet.
>I don't find him handsome, he's just a dog.
>I don't feel anything for him, he's just a dog.
>I don't mind his dick inside me, he's just a dog
>I don't mind take care of his children, they're just puppies.
Watch it happen.
Well he would just act as if we would act in real life. Once you're in the shit, your instincts take over.
Shiroe shows us that bureaucracy is god.
>I don't mind helping him rape Minori and Serara, he's just a dog
>Shiroe has some super rare revival item and brings Rudy back, he then writes a contract which basically makes his subclass 'Adventurer'.
You've got it mixed up.
The super-rare revival item is the contract. Remember the infodump about dark/light mind/body: lander prana dissipates into the world until a new lander is born, while adventurer prana reforms at a shrine. What Lightfish does is whip up a contract - with some super-rare materials - that alters the rules governing Fido's state from "lander" to "adventurer". With Barkley now an "adventurer", his prana reforms at a shrine as any other adventurer's would.
He's a gentleman. He wouldn't do that.
He can see those things too, just less detailed
Just as expected from a country girl.
Presented by xration
You got that right, this here a neko hood motherfucker.
You assume it was his idea.
So if he can't get friends requests how did he join the party? are they in an actual group or just fighting alongside each other? if so that makes the healer/tanks job really fucking hard
He didn't even seem scared even though he would would die in fact he was extremely aggressive and gun-ho about it and did not want to stick to the rear.
Not sure, but have you never played a mmorpg that has a quest where a NPC joins your party? I wouldn't find it that rare for him to be able to join parties, but not have friend list.
episode 16 when?
He was in there party, I guess Landers can do that
You read spoilers but you still fail to get accurate information.
Shiroe overwrites Rudy's subclass into Adventurer so that he can resurrect when he dies just like normal Adventurers.
>mfw they all get sent back home and Rudy stays behind since he has no body to return to in the normal reality
>mfw Isuzu decides to log into the game again and finds a quest about a lone adventurer wandering the land during a time when there were no other adventurers
>mfw time sped up 12 times faster for Isuzu so when she finally completes the quest, she ends up meeting Rudy's kid who tells her that before he died, Rudy was always talking about a female bard that he traveled with
>mfw the kid gives Isuzu a bard item that Rudy specially crafted for her
Man... he's there because he wants to live adventures, not because he's a pussy.
ITT: spoiler mine feild
Please no, I can't handle that.
No. Fuck you. She's gonna stay in ET, and they're gonna be happy together for all eternity... ;_;
true but in most games it puts the npc in a sub group not the primary group so as to not take up a slot
Well he was confused about then events that happened at least, he did use an item to revive him sorta
>Shiroe used 'Hades Incense of Soul Recovery' as he finished his sentence.
>This was used to wake your allies or creatures for a short time, a medicine mainly used for special monsters. The effect was not resurrection, just regaining of consciousness for 3 minutes before you died again, and the Adventurer would be forcibly sent back to the cathedral.
>But for Rundelhous whose 'Essence' was dissipating continuously, this item held a certain possibility.
>No matter what happened, his body would be destroyed, the psyche and soul residing in the host body would also perish.
>'Hades Incense of Soul Recovery' would re-energize his 'Soul' and forcibly connect it to his body, but at the expense of death after 3 minutes. He could only pull Rundelhous back to this world for 3 minutes.
>A fake resurrection with a time limit.
And now I feel sad...
You are hitler reincarnate.
I feel nothing
No, that's Leonardo.
Goddamn, my sides.
>Mortal sorcerer who can actually die.
>Habitual over-nuker who starts with his most aggressive Damage-spike spell
You bastard Marmalade sensei will never let ths be. ErudaTare is reality now, no going back!
Maybe he likes using that spell so much is because it's the best spell for solo-grinding and it's the spell he's most proficient at.
It was a real world. The second world magic connected it to their game that just happened to be almost identical, bringing adventurers to their world to fight the monsters for them. Adventurers were basically these dumb brutes left to their own devices who would do jobs for money. Then the third world magic brought the players themselves to the world in their characters bodies. This is why landers are suddenly freaking out, since adventurers, their only hope against monsters, are suddenly acting more self aware and erratic.
No spoiler text because this was all explained in the show the other week.
Needs Isuzu marrying and having a child with Rudy before being sent back for added suffering.
>Shiroe didn't hate Henrietta. She was beautiful, smart and reliable. Shiroe had a good impression of her. But her abnormal passion turned Shiroe off. But in the eyes of the Round Table Council members who did not know about her hidden intentions, Shiroe seemed to enjoy the attentions of both a young maiden and a beautiful lady at the same time. Shiroe's claim that "That is not true" was rejected.
What the fuck Shiroe, plow that shit
That child is Isuzu's.
>Implying that they're ever going back home
>JUST LIVIN' IN THE DATABASE
Except that killing people permanently is suspected to bring them back into the real world
Shiroe likes lolis more
>implying Shiroe won't get his hands on World Magic
>implying the Adventurers won't have to choose between their families in the old world and their lander waifus and husbandos in the new world
The Americans were right all along.
Unprofessional, you can't be dicking your secretary.
Suspected by whom? I'm not sure how anyone could gather evidence to draw that conclusion.
They were definitely sentient pre-apocalypse, but the apocalypse changed them as well.
For instance, they were apparently totally fine eating that soggy-cracker food before the Adventurers came. Now they're all like "Goddamn what were we thinking".
There's a method to make Adentueres disappear, Nureha thinks they go back to Earth, but Shiroe says all they now for sure is that they disappear from Elder Tales
Nope, once you leave Elder Tale you go to Hello Kitty Online
How do we not know if Adventurers can get pregnant or not? Some of them have been fucking for sure.
Sara needs to be banned from Akiba, hips and thighs like hers, are a crime.
They're both lolicons.
Oh dear. They could totally have a three way relationship with them couldn't they?
They both do have impeccable taste.
From what I heard they craft a weapon without using the menues and a guy killed by it didn't respawn.
If that's true, then Landers just became infinitely more dangerous.
My god, heaven
But aren't they weapons they've been using were NPC made?
Landers need Adventurers, though. They don't have the means to fight monsters on their own, even if they COULD keep them from respawning. There's only about a million Landers in Yamato according to the novels, there's gotta be 10 times that number of monsters.
More like, it makes PK'ers infinitely more heinous.
I heard differently
No that's fake
>Doing things without the menu always are more efficient than doing with it.
>Everyone starts to stop using the menu
>After a few genereations no one uses it anymore
>It really became the real world
Shiroe knows her and Marie from real life right?
Also, what was his relationship with Akatsuki pre-apocalypse? Was she just a good player he occasionally played with and nothing more? I don't recall her being mentioned as a member of Tea Party.
Not to mention the highest level Landers are around 50-60 (not counting Ancients), while obviously monsters can go up to level 100 or beyond
Landers are the Adventurer's bitch in this relationship, no two ways about it. Hence why the nobility freaked the fuck out when they stopped taking quests or venturing outside of the cities.
And NPCs make them with menus, just like they've been doing with food.
likely, or she wouldn't have to be introduced to the rest of the cast, plus they (more akatsuki) act like newly met love interests.
>just a good player he occasionally played with and nothing more
Yep, she didn't even know he was in the Tea Party
They probably met in his post Debauchery days
She wasn't a member, they just partied together sometimes, I don't think Shiroe knew Henrietta or Maryelle IRL either
Marie and Henrietta know each other from real life, Shiroe doesn't.
Shiroe and Akatsuki party'd together post-Debauchery.
It's not true. The only difference between handmade gear and menu made gear is hand-made stuff has to be cleaned and repaired by hand, while menu based stuff gets auto-cleaned when it's auto-repaired
>Shiroe knows her and Marie from real life right?
I don't think so. Shoryuu, Marie and Henrietta are all IRL friends (and Marie and Henrietta worked at the same company according to the manga), but I don't think Shirou ever hung out with them.
>Was she just a good player he occasionally played with and nothing more?
This is the part that bothers me. How were landers unable to make food before they discovered the cooking thing? I mean the only restriction was that you had to have the proper subclass/level to craft things manually, but surely to the landers it's common sense that a cook should be the one doing the cooking and that you should leave weapon crafting to smiths for example.
They were living a depictions, cmon now.
You have a point
Rudy's Theme Song
>Shiroe and Akatsuki party'd together post-Debauchery.
>partying with someone post-debauchery
>according to the manga
Whicg manga should I read, there are 3 according to wikipedia
WWB, LH[which I think is just a straight adaptation of the novels] and a third one I can't recall.
Keep in mind I've started reading the novels and am on the second one atm.
>Marie and Henrietta worked at the same company
I'm pretty sure Mary was a NEET
Because from a technical point of view, landers are just very gimped adventurers. They can do everything adventurers can, but since they were created when needed, they never leveled up or where a higher level than 60~
Ok, allow me to give you a piece of common sense: to cook, you get your ingredients, prepare them accordingly, and put them into the appropriate device. In other words, you kill a monster, it gives you his drop, that appears in your menu, you select them all, and prepare the food by clicking on the proper submenu. That's common sense for landers. It has always been like that.
So, do they ever explain the menus and the landers overwhelming dependence on them?
I wanna be an Adventurer, too!
And stroll right into Akiba!
Landers and Adventurers are separate species. Like how a maid gives you low level cooking abilities being a Lander gives them low level utility abilities.
This is a good question, and the simplest answer is either that the Landers were non-sentient before the Apocalypse or were otherwise somehow ensorcelled to keep them from advancing. Either way, it's clear that the Apocalypse is what changed the Landers.
see >>100118947, the Apocalypse was marked by a change in her clarity of perception. As though a fog had been lifted, or perhaps her consciousness restored.
I know the one you're talking about but I can't find it with any of the search terms I'm using, otherwise I would.
It's exactly the same explanation we have for electricity for most people: it just works, it has something to do with the natural laws of the world and it's convenient.
This is fake by the way.
>since they were created when needed, they never leveled up or where a higher level than 60~
Doesn't that contradict the entire point of them being living sentient beings? I figured that the thing about landers just gaining XP way slower than adventurers (possibly having to learn it the old fashioned way instead of just levelling up like someone said in this thread) was enough explanation for them being so much weaker than adventurers.
Wait, are you sayingthat adventurers use the menu system? Furthermose are you implying that they do so subconsciously? Beause that sounds wrong on so many levels.
There are actually 4.
Log Horizon is the manga adaption of the main story. It's on hiatus. Skip.
West Wind Brigade is the side-story featuring Soujirou's famous Harem Guild. It owns. Definitely read it.
Honey Moon Log is another side-story featuring the Crescent Moon Alliance. It's fun and gives some good backstory, like why Marie has the hots for Naotsugu among other things, but it has some canon conflicts. You should read it if you like Crescent Moon.
Nyanta's Recipes is a spinoff featuring...duh. It hasn't been translated yet.
There's something I've been wondering about... if time is faster in ET... doesn't that mean that for landers, adventurers were quite slow? But that would be weird, because for players, landers would move too fast, so they must have been also slow... does that mean that before the apocalypse, everyone was slower by far than they are now?
>Wait, are you sayingthat adventurers use the menu system? Furthermose are you implying that they do so subconsciously? Beause that sounds wrong on so many levels.
That's exactly what I'm saying. They've been using it all their lives. They have level, HP, and other parameters just like you have eye color, skin color, and other shit like that. It was natural for them.
They don't say in the novels, I don't think. But Honey Moon Log shows Henrietta and Marie working at the same company and even rooming together.
>It hasn't been translated yet.
First chapter was.
You don't need to spoil things to people who don't know yet.
Does anyone have that image fomr the LN im guessing that shows what the scrubs are carrying item wise?
I know Rudy is carrying a brush made for dogs but has no idea what its for so uses it for himself
But we can explain electricity. How do the menus work? Is it some kind of higher power bestowing it upon them at birth? Is it something biological? I must know.
Apparently that's exactly what's going on in the Euro server. Landers hiring invincible Adventurer mercenaries to anal devastate each other.
It's the DATABASE WOW WOW
Realtalk, it's either a form of innate magic brought about by the World Fraction that all people have access to, or it's a sufficiently-advanced technology mimicking the familiar MMO interface.
The first chapter has Henrietta talking about her being at work and calling Maryelle, but nothing about them working or living together
The anime has been very stingy with explanations, but I think it's for the better. I know it's bad form to bring up SAO comparisons, but SAO tried really hard to explain everything and what it ended up with was a plot of spongle like texture: riddled with holes.
Magic, for example? The fact that we don't know the explanation behind it doesn't mean that there isn't, or that is less "natural". It just means that their laws of nature are different.
Thanks anon, got the rest?
WWB and HML check
I always get a little mad at those recipe share series/special chapters that cooking series like Shokugeki and A* Curry[can't recall title, dude revives curry shop Ganesha for friends daughter] do.
Mainly because it looks so delicious but I can't be motivated to actually put in the effort to cook. Also thoughts like what if I fuck it up? The ingredients and thus the money I'll spend on them will be wasted.
I think calling implies they don't live together.
They can explain it too: it's magic.
It's all on the wiki.
You mean, the DATABASE, right?
Oh, you're right.
Well, there was a later chapter where Marie has flashbacks to Umeko waking her up, so...maybe they were college roommates or something?
>3 manga adaptations
Just how popular is this series
7/10 if intentionally done.
The first thing I thought of was I would get to fuck my dog.
Landers also only gain exp at like 1/4 the rate of adventurers, so he's managed to reach that level with all that grinding without dying once. That's fairly impressive, you'd think he'd be better.
>Also thoughts like what if I fuck it up? The ingredients and thus the money I'll spend on them will be wasted.
But you'll have had the experience of trying to do it, which is something that you otherwise wouldn't have. You can only get better if you try, right?
Minori and Isuzu both know. The only people who don't know what's going on as soon as it happens are Tohya and Serara.
Project 99 eq emulator
I think you could teach the dog the basics of movement and maybe use of a few skills.
Let's say you set up a some rather large buttons (Think the Staples Easy button) that acted as keys and for each of those buttons you bound a skill like Heartbeat Healing or whatever. You could probably teach the dog to tap the button on command, with every day give him a treat for doing so. Conditioning, I think it's called.
Then all you gotta do is set the character to follow and have the dog spam buffs and heals.
>Living in such a hell
>Trapped within a physically perfect, beautiful body with no fear of death and an entire world to explore
Truly, a fate worse than death
Literally the only downside are the loved ones you leave behind. If you can get over that, it's all money.
>"Oh god, all these Lander farm girls are sucking my dick because I'm a strong, handsome, famous Adventurer, oh woe is me, woe is me this is true hell"
>be lvl 90 Sorcerer named Shiroe
>About to log into Elder Tale
>Cat suddenly jumps on the keyboard, right when the update happens.
What about if you get tortured for all eternity, with no release of death?
They are much worse things than death
No they are friends and Mary just stays and takes care of the house
That's what Call of Home is for
Alternatively you can just kill yourself
Call of Home needs to be channeled, no?
It hasn't come up yet. It's confirmed to have a long, minutes-long cast time, but whether it can be interrupted, who knows.
Seven minutes, and if you get touched, it cancels
>Griefing people who are trying to go back to city by nudging them while they channel
huh, so you could be theoretically tied up and raped/tortured for eternity
Theres also apparently a menu option to suicide, but I dunno if thats actually true.
Shiroe mentions how keeping people in captivity is a lot more dangerous now, since death isn't an escape
You could always bite your tongue though.
I was listening to Rewrite's OP when I read this.
Not him, but I deduced as well he is an NPC, was I wrong?
There are countermeasures one can take to prevent this.
What if they smash your teeth out?
Yeah, but keeping someone alive who is determined to die is pretty damn hard. You need constant vigilance 24/7, and that's not easy.
Plus there might be that menu option to suicide. It'd make sense--no need to bother a GM if you get stuck, or be forced to teleport back to a city. Just die and respawn.
Then you go on a hunger strike. Don't be weird about this.
Force-feeding. IV if they've got the tech.
Man this spinoff is pushing ShiroexHenrietta like crazy!
NPC in elder tales=real people.
And then they force food down your throat with a tube
THE POSSIBILITYS ARE ENDLESS
On a differenet note, what kind of Log Horizon merch will be available?
Consider that before ET became reality there was no way of confining a player such that they couldn't kill themselves as it wasn't part of the programming thus not required to be moderated by GMs
Many things that were not even in the games mechanics are now possible such as rape etc.
There are no preset rules governing this i.e. triggering the city guards thus people cat get away with it.
I think menu suicide option is highly unlikely.
Crude IV should do the job, if not you can always forcefeed them manually.
You know what would suck?
Playing a girl character, for that exact reason.
Well, he's fine SOLO. The way he plays works there, since that really is a matter of burning down your enemy as fast as possible before they can kill you.
It just kinda falls down on the teaming side.
Who's to say they're aren't any shota/man lovers out there?
No one is truly safe.
Why is this Shiroe so different?
This, If I was in elder tale I'd be taking so many into my dungeons never to be seen again.
That one's pretty easy to explain.
>Consider that before ET became reality there was no way of confining a player such that they couldn't kill themselves as it wasn't part of the programming thus not required to be moderated by GMs
Incorrect. If you lured someone to your guild hall, then disallowed them from leaving, and turned off combat skills so they couldn't use Call Of Home, a suicide button would be the only way out. Or contacting a GM.
Not to mention all the different ways you can get trapped on world geometry. Been there and done that, in WoW and other games. Oftentimes its best to just suck it up, die and respawn rather than use a portal or wait for a GM.
its crusty in disguise
Well, I guess I'd probably be on the police force, because of my Lawful Neutral outlook on life.
Not really. I'm an expert at the wizard class and if he really had that much experience he would have learned about pulling properly.
Now since I know Rudy is an NPC that can actually die. I have a whole new vast of respect for him.
(Although I already had props for him since he's a mage.)
>"Since you have the found the heart to tease me, can you straighten your back, we are the center of attention in this hall alright? We need to dance as gracefully as feathers... Because Shiroe-sama is our tactician that is darker than black."
NOW I'VE LOST IT
Not only can he die but has to train waayyy harder to level up.
> If not for Akatsuki-chan, I would want to offer myself to him." Shiroe was unable to tell from her words if she were praising, joking, or putting him down.
But now that he's an adventurer, everything's good right? RIGHT?!
Yeah it's great now
Thank you based Shiroe
She must REALLY love akatsuki to turn down shiroe
I think she means she values her friendship with Akatsuki, since she knows Akatsuki wants the D.
So it's basically like Pawns in Dragons Dogma all suddenly having the capacity of emotion and will even without an Arisen giving them part of their soul?
I like this.
I also want a sequel for Dragons Dogma.
Pawns do have emotions. They just don't have an independent will.
>Dragon's Dogma 2
>Ferrystone, only $2.99
From what I've seen (finished through the main story and Dark Arisen at least 17 times now), they aren't capable of expressing emotion until you give them part of your soul, which is why all the other villagers and citizens were complaining about the pawns being a clumsy bunch in the first place (they wanted to use the Pawns for other means for example).
They learned from their experience with the first game, which is why Dark Arisen made it so that you could buy an infinite amount from the Black Cat. I assume they'd follow the same pattern if a sequel came by. However I do understand how ridiculous Dragons Dogma was before that.
Incitement to rape
And, naturally, Shiroe will think she means she sees Akatsuki as a more viable love interest, since he doesn't seem to be aware of Akatsuki's interest.
It all works out in the end.
Sorcerer's magic seems generic as fuck in this game
As expected of MMOs
They should have just been regular-ass black haired Japanese girls in the real world.
There's sorcerers' magic that isn't generic?
The Goblin King event is the joke
>strongest, biggest army in history
>24 adventurers needed to deal goblin genocide
>there's 500x that many adventurers in Akiba
>Minori seemed determined as well, as she looked at Tohya confidently.
>They bumped their fists, a greeting they had since they were young.
>Under the night sky of the Sand Leaf zone and the crackling sound of the campfire in the school campus, the beginners were filled with anticipation and determination for the training that started tomorrow.
How the fuck could they leave this gem out of the show
Kind of brilliant when you think about it, though.
>Arthas, the immortal Lich King, is going to cover the world in darkness with his unlimited armies!
>10 dudes destroy his army and kill him
Can't say I'm enjoying this so far. The character design for Maryelle is a downgrade, even if it is sluttier and everyone in general just looks slightly off.
The story too confuses me. Didn't Nao and Maryelle already know each other?
And then a few raid bosses decide to bro up and destroy the fuck out of a raid.
The point is PVE encounters aren't going to be complete pushovers.
Whats the point of having high levels there if they dont even teach the new players the basics?
Or is their group just complete shit compared to all the other ones and they assumed even the newest players would know basic mechanics
>Shiroe's party just beat some Arthas-esque raid boss
>THERE MUST ALWAYS BE A LICH KING
>Shiroe pulls out some paper and starts writing
I would love to see a game here there is a random chance that that extra boss would shows up.
This would piss off a shit ton of people
God damn I love Henrietta.
More anime need more older girls.
They wanted them to figure it out themselves, so they could bond as a party
Because it's pointless to just teach them everything and leave it at that. it's important for them to figure everything out themselves and learn to adapt to situations, especially now that that they are fighting with their own bodies.
>boku no pico
Yeah, why would you even want to go back?
It also sets up a nice mode of thought in new players, so they're thinking about the world rather than following some rote instruction. Things changed with the Apocalypse, and having new players ready to adapt to the unknown gives them an edge which compensates for their level deficiency.
escapism isnt healthy.
but that wont sell anon
I remember one time in Molten Core, a patrol somehow managed to aggro onto our raid while were fighting Magmadar.
Total fucking chaos, and a hilariously unfair wipe. We actually had to stop for the day because the main tank was so mad (although it wasn't anyone's fault, it was just fucking bullshit)
It was more than 24 adventurers that wiped out the gobbos, Krusty took a Legion Raid straight into the army while another Group of Adventurers fought them head on.
Good scene. Especially the whole, "Did you even look for other ways to go home without annihilating an entire world?"
Question, has anyone compiled the novels to PDF format or similar?
This is a hypothetical where they are really trapped in a game world.
>the Maoyuu novels got a translation project
Something nice to tell Mamare if he ever comes back.
Not in MMOs
>the bridge above golemagg
oh god please stop
Fuck you Marche.
I started making epubs yesterday but gave up halfway through Vol 1 Chapter 1
I thought, fuck that I cba, baka-tsuki has an andoird app so it's all cool.
Also the spelling and sentence structure is quite horrid in some places, at least in Volume 1 which I read. Needs somebody to go over it and correct it while wording it so no meaning is lost/altered.
It events like that, which makes the game less boring, I mean really after the 5th run of any raid you are therefore for drop and not the experience.
Why would anyone want to live life as an adventurer when you could go home and be an awesome librarian or a cripple.
Now say goodbye to your npc wife and child because you will never see them again
I'll give it until the anime is done airing and then read it i suppose. Hopefully someone has fixed that shit then.
Nice, I read the manga up till after the potato farming bit where the first skirmish of war had started. Never tired the anime but always wanted to read the novels.
>an awesome librarian or a cripple
Better: cripple librarian.
because like in the real world, you need money to do anything fun
Well, we hadn't managed to kill him yet. Shit happens, but it's not a big deal if you've got the dungeon on farm.
See: getting punted into the eggs while fighting Onyxia.
There is some guy who is making a translation with proper english, but I think he's doing a complete retranslation instead of using the other one as a base, so he's slow as shit and hasn't released anything since november.
>strongest, biggest army in history
In the history of goblins.
I'm more surprised that the devs didn't notice that obvious bug:
"When trying to add an NPC to the friendlist, the interface spazzes out instead of displaying the appropiate message".
Which one did you read? There are several manga adaptations of the novels, though the "Kono Watashi no Mono Tonare, Yuusha yo Kotowaru" by Asami You is generally agreed to be the best one.
Seriously? Most LN translators I've seen release a novel chapter by chapter and then a final pdf/epub release when the volume is complete.
Not even a Prologue out of this guy?
Here's a thing
It took me a bit to find considering I didn't remember the actual link just that someone had posted it in one of the old threads
Don't worry, a certain scribe can fix all this.
>The devs are alvs that achieved ET-CHIM
Liberty in adaptation. Novels just say that she can't add Rudy, without describing how it looks. Having a glitchy interface communicates that it's something with the system, and not with her action.
He's done two chapters or somethinig so far.
Yeah, I know, just a dustie of fridge logic.
If Shiroe doesn't want Henrietta I'll ask her to dance instead.
That's a pretty nice lander family you have.
It would be a shame if something happened to them
no marche stahp, don ruin my dreams
B-but I thought Marche is just destroyer of dreams not cold blooded killer
landers arent people.
It's just escapism
Rudy is a person to Isuzu.
I think you're mixing them up.
That's the one I read.
That's the one by Asami You
I'll just read the novels, three manga adaptations[at least 2 of which i assume adapt the main story] is a bit insane.
You think you can just go and live inside the game, leaving your PC running and not paying bills and rent?
Our new Constitution is now established, and has an appearance that promises permanency; but in this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.
>Landers get 1/4th the xp adventurers get
>Rudy still grinded his ass to level 24 even when he gets no respawn or special perks
>Still goes on crazy missions with adventurers knowing he cant respawn and one lifes all he gets
RUDY A GOD
Rudy is a person to all of us
A great person
He's not a person to me. Now stop masturbating to fake people and get a job
You're not real either Marche
>World Fracture is when somebody obtains AMARANTH
>The granddaughter of a duke placed her whole forehead on the marble table and enjoyed its cool temperature. Even though there was a man present she could ignore him. How could there be such a luxurious thing in the world? Raynesia was certain there wasn't any, hooray for solitude, hooray for ignoring people. I need to look people in the eye? Feed that to the dogs instead.
Holy shit, she really is Princess NEET
The very best
How can you be real if our eyes arent?
I wonder if she'll get the crusty D later on.
Isuzu smiled as she nuzzled up against Rudy's arm. The blond boy was doing his best to hide his blush, but ultimately failed.
"Hey, Rudy..." Isuzu began. "Don't ever leave me, ok?"
Rudy's face became agape with overly-dramatic horror. "What! My lady, a gentleman like me could never do such a thing."
Isuzu giggled, long-since used to her lover's melodramatic behavior.
And they lived long and happy lives, settling down on a farm and-
"This is wrong!" A voice suddenly called out.
Isuzu lifted her head from Rudy's shoulder to see a boy with a massively oversized ahoge. "Excuse me?"
"This isn't real. People of the Land aren't people. This world isn't real, and all of us here are using this false world as ESCAPISM.
"Who is this guy?" Rudy asked, confused.
"My HUD is saying he's a Level 90... Dream Breaker(?) named Marche."
"LET ME SHATTER THIS ILLUSION OF YOURS!"
Officer Dojima sipped at his coffee, nursing a headache. "Adachi, do we have any leads yet as to why the coma patient committed suicide immediately upon reawakening?"
Adachi shrugged. "I dunno, sir. She was unresponsive until that moment, just like the other Novasphere Syndrome patients."
Dojima sighed, annoyed at being unable to return home to Nanako and Brotag that night. "Speaking of which, you played Elder Tale, too, right Adachi?"
"Yes, sir." Adachi confirmed. "I was lucky to not be afflicted with the syndrome. My character was a special event class character named 'Marche.'"
I think the most "logical" explaination for menus could be some ancient magic to make things easier, since it's ancient nobody really gets why it works but it does and it was simple.
>"LET ME SHATTER THIS ILLUSION OF YOURS!"
Touman would never get in the way of love
He would if they weren't living their life correctly.
>Takes an arrow to the fucking head
>Doesn't give a shit
Because its not an arrow to the knee
This was actually great.
nothing can stop Rudy
RUDYS GOD FUCK DA ARROWS
now imagine he feels real pain because this is his reality
Holy shit, I hadn't even considered that!
Adventurers have a reduced sense of pain, but Landers presumably don't.
How more fucking hardcore can you get, Rudy?
Rudy is like a grunt fighting alongside super soldiers
>She just doesn't know feline penises are extremely thin and barbed.
But his raspy kitty tongue is just perfect for... making Serara very happy?
No, Rudy is a dog to Isuzu.
How much rape is going on both play on npc and play on player? I imagine the guys greatly out number the girls and its not like there is a police force to arrest them.
Also why did the wolverine guy want the little red hair druid girl so bad?
Fuck no oh god
It's implied in the novels that Demikas had started by enslaving NPC's, and moved on to enslaving players
Basically, he wanted her ass
>Also why did the wolverine guy want the little red hair druid girl so bad?
Cause Delicious-san is into that stuff
I was disappointed to read Volume 1 and find that the "Delicious" bit was totally anime original.
Can you force feed players the think akatsuki used to change her appearance?
>Turn all male prisoners into rapable girls
You do realize that if you commit suicide enough in that game, the pain of losing your original reality will go away.
>Start a suicide guild(cult).
>Everyone erases all memory of original world.
>Worship some ingame god.
>Go on crusade against heretics who deny one true reality.
Hentai has taught me cat's tongue feels good on vaginas. This can not be disputed.
what if Shiroe go full Marche?
Oh god I fucking hope not. I am so sick of cults after Terraism, I never want to see another one again, I almost dropped Golden Time when that one cult episode aired, thank god it was only a one off thing.
Not really. First of all, the potions are mad rare, and second, the one who drinks it is the one who chooses how they change.
>There are guys who played as girls getting kidnapped and turned to sex slaves.
>/a/ could finally be the little girl who gets mind broken
Those guys are truly living the dream.
I hate how in MMOs every tank and raid leader makes it a no fun zone even after content has been on farm. They expect their party to be some power gamer server first team and then they wonder why everyone quits after a couple months.
Isuzu's face cracks me up here every time I see it
>Shits getting 2spooky4me, I'm out of here
That depends on the guild you're in. With relaxed top guilds, normally they just chatter like normal because the gear carries a lot of the fights. But nobody likes to wipe to a boss they've already cleared before. And its especially important to drill total retards when it comes to things like raid group finder.
>Shiroe and Crusty dressing their love interests up in christmas outfits before banging them silly
Im sure some glasses were adjusted that evening.
They might censor that part of Rudy burning wolf alive from the inside with a fireball
It's amazing how much important/interesting information the novel just casually drops on the reader.
>She [Isuzu] was tall and skinny like an athlete with a hormone disorder during puberty (her stamina was not good too), and she thought her face was not ugly, just plain, but still a long way from being beautiful.
Hormone disorder?? What?!
Reminds me of gw2, which wasn't even too bad.
Consider also that he's only gaining xp at 1/4 the rate of an adventurer, so he would have had to have practiced much, much more than the other characters.
>He's been writing up documents and quests that are magically binding already.
>quests that are magically binding
Shiroe confirmed for RURUSHU!
Yeah, but the scrubs become pretty much irrelevant for the next 2 volumes (sae for minori who does stuff in vol5)
Vol8 is going to be Isuzu centered tho, according to the mamare Q&A
How did the scrubs make it to level twenty while being tutored by Shiroe without understanding something as simple as managing aggro? It boggles the mind.
>Just living in the database
>inb4 Cu Chulainn End to someone who accepts too much of these.
Actually Landers feel less pain too in proportion with their level.
I remember In PSO2 you could get multiple bosses if you had real party members.
They were easy as hell anyways, despite the chaos
Becuase dog is a stupid lander.
I just wished Minori was less of a beta. Shit would have taken half the time.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE PUNCHLINE?
>Has to literally read and understand tomes to use a spell
>Dog is now stuck in a human body
Bet he misses being able to lick his own balls.
Adventurers are probably signing contracts with their real names. That's silly.
What the hell is this, you talk about all this stuff about Half Gaia Project and all that, and I'm supposed to believe it came out 20 years ago?
He is stupid in a different sense. Like, game mechanic wise he's dumb, but worldly and magical knowledge I'm sure he knows his shit.
They would forget their real life name eventually, so they have to use their in-game name.
>I am getting way too into this lore.
>Confirmed for not paying attention
Just because the game is 20 years old does not mean Half Gaia is 20 years old. Shiroe mentions the game has gone through numerous expansions and upgrades throughout it's life, it's very reasonable to assume Half Gaia was added as part of one of these expansions somewhere down the road.
>some unfortuante kid named their character xxsephirothswex
Then they deserved it.
(Although I'll have to start calling myself Marcusias if this shit ever goes down.)
I think you can safely assume that it was there from the beginning. You don't wake up one day and go "Hey, you know what my game could use? A 1:2 simulation of the planet earth".
That's something you base your game around.
This anime always makes me want to play an MMO like it. Except every anime visual style MMO I look at always is terrible, has terrible character customization of stats/builds and even worse customization of character visuals.
If your characters name is over 4 letters, your doing it wrong son
Just wondering how many actual 5-10 year olds are trapped in ET, i mean how fucking scary would that be? Being so young and seperated from your family I just hope they all found friendly guilds that could take care of them
Nah, they're probably having the time of their life
>Oh hello Goblin
>Oh hello monkey
>Oh hello Lander
Little shits are mostly edgy and parcourfags.
I still agree with you on the normal kids who just played for fun and were normal people. It'd suck to be them.
>I wonder if she'll get the crusty D later on.
Doctor: "Are you sexually active?"
Princess: "No, I just sort of lay there."
I hope based Shiroe uses this as a quest name
Lazy Princess rule # 224526, it's too much effort to feel pleasure.
Wait, since these are quests he is giving rewards for them right?
>Vol8 is going to be Isuzu centered
To be honest, I thought he doesn't have other spells because he was limited as an npc.
><Trial of the Dragon> Quest
>The Adventurers are given a disc of power to look after and have to deliver it to the legendary Tomboy Monk of old without breaking it
I wonder if there are guilds that uses or sells those children as sex slaves. I mean they will respawn, it's AWWRIGHT to do anything to them.
BR server, yes.
Brigandia canonically wanted Serara's ass for raping purposes.
Probably very few, Elder Tales was a pay-to-play game
Minori and Tohya only got to play because wheelchair
Can't blame him, who doesn't want a Serara.
So is Fatalpulse on the job? Please tell me he is, this show is basically made for him.
But serararara is the worst out of all the scroubs
No idea, but 6 months is all a woman needs to grow a bump, and that much time seems to have passed by Volumes 6-7.
Or Adventurer bodies are TOO STRONK for sperm to pierce the eggs.
Well this is fundamentally not true
Shes decent at healing but personality is just meh, i'm burnt out by it over the years tbh
Minori is so rapeable.
Because he is probably some sort of super special joke character the developer created in memory of his dead dog/husband/wife/boss or something.
>Henrietta's side tail
I just noticed, hot damn.
Rundel Haus is indeed the best boy.
Now posting best gril.
It's no menu option, just commit sudoku with your bladed weapon.
But I'd rather not experience the feeling of spilling my own guts.
I dont understand how elder tale has so many male characters.
Everyone wants to be the little girl which is why they are always 90% of the population
Am I supposed to be getting so rustled with Soujirou? His success with women sickens me.
It's probably jealously
Muh TV world
That's just it. In the game, trapping characters inside buildings would be patched out, and glitches would have you call a GM.
An intentional suicide button would be unlikely in the coding.
You do not possess the true samurai spirit.
They have a lot kinds of suicide buttons in Middle East localization of ET and it's intentionally
1. Shiroe should dick Henrietta or have a threesome with her with Akatsuki
2. Rudy is based
3. Who doesn't want a Serara?
4. Adachi plays Elder Tales
And equip item lore affecting Adventurers BEFORE Serara gets rescued. Too much muddling.
Imagine if log horizon was about hundreds of men playing little girls. Then they slowly turn into the little girls that they always wanted to be.
Soujirou is a good harem protagonist because not only is he not trying, he also doesn't care. It's so natural for him to be covered in bitches that you can't even be mad about it. It's like yelling at your dog for having fur.
So what you're saying is we'd need a dps guardian or assassin to go after that class and race with the lowest defense with it being a level one and a level 90?
Dungeons. That being they had done none. Questing is different than progressing through mobs to take a goal.
Mamare finally got culturally enriched.
>mfw he picked up both paladin and capoerista suggestion
no it isnt popular enough
So what did they replace?
If skills can be applied outside the required tools, then why not?
>Assassinate egg with your sperm
But I'm still working out the calcs regarding the amount of force Lv90 Kannagi Nazuna would need to pierce Lv90 Guardian Krusty's eyes.
Pirate replaces samurai, Medicine man presumably replaces kannagi and brawler sounds like it replaces mon.
There's no connections, because the poll is ongoing and ends Feb 10.
All those Scandinavian ones...yeeessssss.
>lumberjack connected to Canada
There better be a fucking plaid shirt+jeans light armour set, I fucking swear.
Cangaceiro master race though.
So has he explained how regional classes work? Could I choose a NA class but choose my origin to be Japan? Or are players stuck in starting a character and having to go from their starting zone and using fairy rings/boats/flying to get to an area where they have friends?
They're so strong that they can cut trees in one chop with a one-handed axe while having their butt chewed by ten grizzly!
Regional class is tied to server, so unless you want to proxy into another place with a different sub model, you'll have to bear with your own country's versions.
You can still get your character saved in another server if you make the trip (Fairy Ring, sailing, gryphon, etc.).
Seriously? It even fits with Medicine Man like Samurai and Kannagi fit together.
Well this Viking is flying out of country then. Also there's a berserker subclass. I want too see a berserker berserker. Can't remember what skalds are. But Viking should offer the best spear skills I'm thinking.
>chop trees with Samurai sword anyway
What about your items and shit, if I off-server to the Scandinavian server as a samurai to I become a viking waving a katana around?
Where did I imply that. I was highlighting them. Lumberjack makes a lot of sense for the upper regions of NA. It's a type of frontiersmen any nation could be and they were some tough dudes. You had to be that far north.
>not a tsurugi
Anon. I am disappoint.
Number of suggestion based of region
North America: 401
South and Central America: 255
Southeast Asia: 494
Middle East: 42
Western Europe: 209
But they aren't specifically warriors unless you count trees as a threat to your everyday way of life. Braves were the warriors of many indigenous tribes and are pretty much samurai incarnate.
Viking it is. Much as I like dual wielding I'll stick to shield and sword and board I think. I wonder if they'd be a version of guardian or not. Maybe berserkers are their assassins...
You're still a samurai since your server of origin was Japan. Your items also don't get reskinned, if you were wondering.
Ah. I thought you were implying I was implying they were cowards. But anon. You ever had to fight a moose?
>But they aren't specifically warriors unless you count trees as a threat to your everyday way of life
Canadian here, my great-uncle died after his leg got hacked off when out lumberjacking, don't ever underestimate those fucking trees.
also, those natives can be pretty vicious too
>player loves to travel
>eventually is a samurai wearing Valkryie armor with an obsidian sword
>mount is a giant dog from Britain gifted by the queen.
>unless you count trees as a threat to your everyday way of life
Hahaha, get a load of this guy.
>don't ever underestimate those fucking trees.
I can just imagine some tribe in Africa screaming "IS IT SATURDAY YET" while whilst dancing around the campfire, trying to summon the day closer
Does anybody have an updated chart of all the classes+skills+subclasses?
Best. Class. Ever.
I would use a canadian proxy to become a Lumberjack
I just realized I'm making a big deal out of nothing. They had guides for the fairy rings. It was probably like catching a bus or the subway terminal.
Fatalpulse jumped in the KanColle train, just like 90% of the artists.
Which one of your hues did this shit?
>No superior Jaguar Warrior
>So much BR classes pillaging into this server
>On that note, no "amazon."
I know they weren't real, but can't you BR faggots have some fun?
Really? That sounds cool
Although i would have hard time picking my main because it's simply impossible to choose between cossack and hussar.
>Server is too Viking love. Guardian warrior Viking, Viking warrior, assassin in Viking, Viking bard! It's raid aboard the ship with his party of all Viking!
I know part of it is google translate, but I can't stop laughing.
shame the opening spoils his death.
come on they fucked up an entire continent and three ancient civilizations
>Monk is now Brawler
>"Compared to Monk House, battle of style violently aggressive it is good looks.
Does that mean Europe gets football hooligans as a class?
I'm suddenly picturing American Monks in full handegg gear as armor.
>I pretend to be retarded for the lulz
So I guess that might be the class switch options? Figured volva would replace kannagi. And maybe berserker IS the Scandinavian assassin.
I'd put them as Euro, but w/e
>someone rolls Skald.
>wants to wish buddy happy birthday in game
>only song he can play is the birthday dirge
It's your Birthday! (thud!) Happy Birthday! (thud!)
Doom and gloom and dark despair
People dying everywhere!
On your Birthday! (thud!) Happy Birthday! (thud!)
It's your Birthday! (thud!) Happy Birthday! (thud!)
May the candles on your cake
Burn like cities in your wake.
On your Birthday! (thud!) Happy Birthday! (thud!)
It's your Birthday! (thud!) Happy Birthday! (thud!)
Your servants steal, your wife's untrue
Your children plot to murder you
On your Birthday! (thud!) Happy Birthday! (thud!)
It's your Birthday! (thud!) Happy Birthday! (thud!)
Burn the castle and storm the keep
Kill the women, but save the sheep
For your Birthday! (thud!) Happy Birthday! (thud!)
I read a story of dubious authenticity on the undernet once.
It said some pedophiles would kidnap chillunz, amputate all four of their limbs, blind them, and cut out their vocal cords. They would then be kept alive and used as living dolls.
Probably what happens in the background of the Log Horizon universe as you watch the show.
If it's tragic, someone will pull it off.
I can only imagine what kind of calculated mind would instantly go for that.
Not saying anything about you, just that the internet is always a scary place.
Hey, there it is.
