Rin is great, and Harold Sakuishi is a fucking genius. I can't tell you how many times I've reread BECK.

I have only read 7 Shakespeares from this author, and it was really good.

Rin is building up to be his very best work. Its kind of meta as he self inserts both the young MC and the Tezuka stand-in. Also I'm not sure if I'm reading too much into the MCs family because I don't know Harolds personal history. But it feels like a very personal work. I've never felt so much fear for a character as I do for this one.
