Why do you always complain about people not lurking /a/?
>>
But that's wrong. In an online community, this principle gets reversed, as the contributors are the pieces of shit who won't do anything in real life
>>
Because it's the 10% who don't lurk who stick out like a sore thumb.

Not anime.

Seems legit.
>>
You do realize that 4chan is basically designed to break this rule right?
>>
No that's called the Minority Rule.

If you release a creature made out of 100 atoms into the atmosphere, 90% of the atoms that make up that creature would behave normally and as expected.

The remainder 10% however does whatever it wants like trying to stay up in the air or going left right.

The principle applies here. Moot confirmed it. When i first arrived here i didnt know how this worked at all. I got used to it.

Maybe now is more intiuitive, but i don't think so. clicking in the post number for replying, thats not intuitive. Needing to click "reply" to see the full thread, that's not intuitive.

Between the time i first came here and the time i started posting regularly it happened 8 months.

I complain because for every poster that been told to lurk more there are 10 lurkers that have been could of be contributing a couple quailty posts but are being too lazy.
I am actually more upset with our lurkers
>>
>>100035613
It's not about 'not lurking' it's about NOT LURKING ENOUGH to understand how things work around here, what's acceptable behavior and what's not.

There is nothing wrong with lurking. The more people lurk, the more they will assimilate the board's "culture" so they are less likely to post retarded shit. Like your thread.

Saged, reported, hidden.
>>
>>100036016

we should do a welcome the newfags thread, but it will be reported to death because half of the posters in /ยช/ are autists.
>>
>>100036080
this poster could be replaced with 2 active lurkers that knows they could make a better quailty post than this.
>>100036016
>>
>>100036091
if we did that then the turn out of newfag posters wouldn't be worth it. I for /a/ at least the majority of them have been scared into forever lurking, never even thinking about contrubiting a post.
