Whenever I watch anime, I always skip the opening credits part and always close before they start the ending credits.

Am I a terrible person?
>>
No I do that too. Once you see it once I see no point in seeing it 12, 26, or 40 times.
>>
>>100005981
You are a blogging piece of shit if that's any consolation.
>>
Everyone does that OP.
>>
No, just a newfag and a pleb.
>>
the world would be infinitely better off without you in it, please immediately kill yourself in the least troublesome way possible in order to make the future a better place for all of us
>>
>>100006050

Let me rephrase; I don't watch the opening credits. At all.
>>
>>100006171
Not even once?

Yeah you're a terrible person kill yourself.
>>
I usually do that when marathoning a show. towards the end I can't wait to see what happens so I skip OPs and EDs. at that point I've already seen it 10 times, I'm pretty sure I get the picture and know the song.
>>
>>100006171
Not even once just to see it? nigga why? while some are lame others are catchy as fuck. you're missing out.
>>
The OPs and EDs are there because they're expecting a weekly audience, not some dumb ugly turbonerd from /a/ marathoning it
>>
I always watch the OP and EDs, although I will often browse /a/ on my phone during. The only series OP I consistently skipped was Crest of the Stars.

Closing the show when ED starts means you have probably missed a lot of post-credits scenes.
>>
Depends on the show. Skipping Carnival Phantasm's OP should be punishable by death.
>>
I skip OPs and EDs after the first time unless they are different, even for those I like.
>>
>>100005981
Yes, because OPs and EDs are used for storytelling too. You miss out on the writers changing them around, or scenes after the ED.

The show your pic is from never used the same OP or ED twice, making it especially bad.
>>
Yes, you're a terrible person. I watch them every time.
>>
The true anime connoisseur's OP/ED watching procedure:

Watch OP at the beginning of a marathon
Skip ED to see post-credits scenes
Watch ED at end of marathon

For ongoing shows, watch both OP/ED until it gets boring.

Faggots.
>>
>>100005981
No. but if you're one of those faggots the gets surprised by a gif from the OP or ED asking what episode it was from then yes, yes you are. bonus fag points if you do that because you missed the after credits scene too.
>>
>>100007556
And then the last episode has no ED. What now?
>>
i don't either
>>
>>100007783
You never hear the ED. Sucks I guess.
>>
>>100007783
Then didn't see the ED fagoloid
>>
>>100007556
Pleb. You need that emotional attachment to the OP/ED in case they play it midway through the last episode.
>>
>>100007863
Or play the NCED included in most BD batches
