If I can only do 3d (either unity gamedev tuts or 3d modelling tuts) for 2.5-3 hours a day before i get too bored to continue, will i ever make it? I dont give up, but I just max out if you know what I mean. I understand that if i got a real job in the industry i would be expected to work 8 hours a day. HOWEVER I can only do 2.5 - 3 before getting frustrated and bored

And no. Eventually you're gonna need to do shit on your own. Tuts may help you get started, but they won't actually make you proficient enough to get hired anywhere. You gotta make that legwork or go to school.
