italian here, it looks a little too vertically-stretched, also the top "handle" thing could be a little taller, and the section in the middle should be a cylinder because it contains threaded sections for screwing both parts together.

i dont have a pic with me rn but google "bialetti moka" or something; that brand is the most recognizable italian coffee machine. At least, here in italy.

Modelled it about a day ago, am trying to figure out how to use my vertex groups correctly so I can give each area it's proper normals. I.E walls have wall normals and floor has floor tile normals, but I'm happy with it.


Didn't make the textures btw, got them from texture haven. I'm hopeless at 2D

yep but im a concept artist. But right now i want to follow a more 2d/3d mix career, already create a pbr stilized character, now im doing this one in realism style, same as this one, full body, full japanese armor, for marmoset and ready to use ingame.

I want to create 3 - 4 characters and go and try to land a 3d job.. already worked 7 years as a concept artist i want to swich to 3d

for concept? 3 methods, black and white to color with shapes, or line + basic colro and on top of that layers of shadow - ambient occlusion - depth, light etc, and then paint on top of everything

basically it starts with the stem and adds 1-3 branches repeatedly (about 4-5 times) - making them shorter along the way. Vertices and edges. then this thing gets a subdivision modifier, a skin modifier and another subdivision modifier added.
For the final branches and leaves it adds a new Object with more edges, another skin modifier and a hair-particle system in object mode with a lowpoly handmade leaf mesh.
Materials are hand made and procedural. Leaf-aging is basically just a slider, but the whole thing isn't well integrated into blender like many plugins I've seen

Yeah I've always wanted to do something like that with Balmora (like pic related). Always liked the aesthetic. Never really had the time to invest in it as a project though.
I could imagine all the clickbait ass articles (about a Morrowind remake) that would stem from it if it ended up anywhere decent looking.

One of mine was used as a GTA 6 leak even though it's pretty shitty (it was just something I made while learning for fun).
Honestly it was hilarious seeing a few articles pop up and a few YT videos using it as the thumbnail for GTA6 speculation. Especially since I was really into the low poly aesthetic at the time and tried to make everything like that. So if this really was a GTA6 screenshot, it'd be fucking shit.

I've come a long way since then. Right now I'm putting together my portfolio. I had wanted to be an environmental artist as well, but I've recently fallen in love with just texturing objects. I'm pretty decent at it as well, so if anything I'd try to get a job doing that.
