Does anybody know if theres an accurate timer for projects in 3dsmax?Something that will count how long you have been working on that file or something?
Use a billing program, they are made for this and some of them can auto pause on un-focus, check the project your working on, etc..

If your scene has something around 2 Giga in size, that´s 80 Gigabytes you had to have just for the backup.
