Hey there!
I'm trying to make something similiar to the gif i posted.
I want to make a 3D rotating gif of a single card with the card on the front and the original back on the other side.
I can use photoshop but i never tried to work on something in 3D. Can anyone suggest me something?

Literally every single program can do this.

Make cube
Fuck with the shape
Apply texture
Add camera
Rotate
Export anim
Wowe

Just use the freeware/trial of choice and Google some beginners tutorials to do the above. Blender, Maya, Microsoft Excel. Doesn't matter.

You forgot some steps:

Definitely don't include a normal map or the card edges might looks like card edges

Turn off anti-aliasing during render for rough edges and flickering textures

Make sure to convert to GIF so it looks like noisy shit even if you didn't use Blender
